I just received the yearbook produced by Strawberry Studios, and its obvious they ensured students with silky hair had neat and polished photos. Its also clear that Strawberry Studios took extra time with certain students to ensure they were presented well. The photographer didn t even have the decency to tell my child to fix her hair.

Children s pictures don t come out so nicely. I also ordered some through the school packet, then they sent the wrong sheet. I then let them know and I never received the correct one in the mail. Then I contacted them once again and this time I received a package in the mail with my child s name on it but it was not my child on the photograph.. it was another random child. How is it hard to match the name on the envelope to the name on the photograph? I don t know. Dissatisfied with the service.

My son has his picture retaken, and both photos came back pretty bad. It must be difficult to tell a child how to smile and where to look. Seems like they charge a lot of money for little work. Its easier to collect money I guess... To bad theres nothing that can be done.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I have two students that attend school where photos were taken of them by this company. My oldest had her photo taken with her hair being a complete mess. My youngest had her picture taken and it looks like a booking photo from a county jail. If you are going to be providing a service like this you really should not only take more pride in the work that you do you should take into consideration that these are the memories that parents and grandparents are going to be holding onto for a lifetime.

Out of all the years my kids have been going to school, I ve only purchased pictures one year. Not only the pictures really dark, but photographers do a very bad job with pictures. I wish I could show my daughters picture, but she ll be embarrassed. Her hair is a mess, & you can see a part of it going the wrong direction. I once called to see if I could get a retouch on a photo to purchase & the guy got mad insisting he didn t understand why I wanted one.

My grandson had fall photos taken in September. I have tried to look online for his photo but I get Oops something went wrong! They want me to purchase a package even though I cant see his photo. Tried chat and was told it takes a couple of weeks to show online. Ive tried several time to look. I get emails telling me to finish my purchase! I called customer service and was told agents are busy, call back and was hung up on. Im beyond mad at this point. Terrible service and the fact that I cant see the photo unless i buy a package is absurd!!

I had received an error in my photo package and when I emailed Jennifer W. From customer service, she informed me that the issue will be corrected as soon as possible and shipped to me with no charge. I just received the photo package and was suprized to see that there were more photos delivered than requested (even more than I previously bought as well). Overall I got more than what I paid for and this was handled with kindness and professionalism. Thank you strawbridge :)

I wish I had read this reviews before placing an order. Its been almost a month now since I place an order of my daughters pictures that I havent received. They dont answer emails, nor phones calls; so customer service is pretty much non existent. I just need a refund on my order!!! My daughters pictures were taken through her school. I will never use this company again. Please stay AWAY even if it is through your childs school.

Horrible Customer Services Bought my son his Kinder Cap and Gaund Picture and I never received it, its the only picture he was wearing a cap and gaund since the school decided not to use them for graduation. So no memory there the only good thing I got my money back which I struggle back and forth but I also purchased a class group photo and never received it they told me to ask the school if they received it. Dont they know if they send it or not?Anyways it was already summer time Still no picture or money Never ever purchasing again.

This company as a whole is amazing!! Customer service is EVERYTHING in a company and when my child s school asked to place me on hold only to disconnect when they did after asking what photo package my child was sent home with, I was very disappointed and discouraged. Honestly was going to give up because I m in the middle of a tough work day, but I happened to notice a live chat function on their site. And got in touch with an amazing employee of theirs. ANGELINA was super helpful from my first question to my last. I ll spare the details but my situation is a little embarrassing, and she made me feel absolutely NO shame. We need more customer service reps like Angelina in the world. And more companies like Strawbridge. This is by far the WORST company ever. I ordered my child s school photos from them and it has been WAY over a month now and I haven t received anything. The only thing I ve gotten is the digital copy which is complimentary with the package I ordered. I ordered physical print outs for a reason! Their call volume is by far ridiculous and their online chat room is no help either, I have had to email them three times! The most active email I received from them stated that my order shipped out in 11/23/2022 and to wait 7-10 days! It has been way over 10 DAYS!! Do NOT even bother ordering from them. I will be contacting the school and hope that the following year they switch companies because this is ridiculous!

Cherie did an amazing job she was able to complete my request. Ive purchased my sons pictures with Photoshop for the last 9 years. However it seems that this feature has changed because it made my son look almost like a cartoon very animated. I explained and provided pictures and Cherie was able to assist with a replacement. This is one of the few years my son cooperated without trying to run from the camera. I am very excited to see and have the pictures at home.

I wonder if people in this company would pay for photos before having the opportunity to view the proofs and make sure the photos are good quality. But this is what they force onto parents, OR you have to pay to have your order shipped to your home. So, heres a penalty for not wanting to buy something you may not want. Seems truly backwards to me. And payment is up front 2-3 weeks before proofs are available to view. Theres been years I dont get my kids school photos due to bad photography. So to have to deal with returns and refunds (I think this is how it would work) which is such a hassle to the parents, is ridiculous!

Notice fall to winter inks, paper, editing changed? Not sure what failed, a lot! As a customer & photographer myself I m really disappointed that quality control drop the ball. The pictures are always beautiful! However, the low rating is because I ordered my babies first school pictures ever about 4 weeks ago. Unfortunately, when I called to check on my order they said it was going to take at least 8 weeks to receive them. Their pictures aren t that great but I get them for the memories. I ordered my daughters pictures September 25th and on the 20th of October I received an email saying they were shipped.It is now the 3rd of November and I still have not received them. I have emailed and no reply back and I msg someone on the chat today and they said oh then you should receive them by Friday I paid for shipping and it should not have taken this long to receive those pictures. Ordered my sons senior pictures, they arrived damaged in a flimsy cardboard mailer, no protection. The packing and mailing was terrible. The majority of the 8x10 photos are bent. You have to call North Carolina, they never answer their phone, the message says to email, I emailed over two weeks ago, sent pictures of the damaged photos. Still no response. I ve called the local number, first time they said they will try contacting the parent company in NC. Never called back. I called again yesterday, no answer, left a message and still no return call. Very unprofessional business in resolving issues.

They never finished photographing all students at our school. Two out of three of our kids had their photo taken and one didnt. They refused to come back and finish the remaining students. Now those students will get theirs taken on retake day, which of course means they wont get an option for a retake like the other students.

I would like to Thank Strawbridge and their staff who were able to locate my daughters access code because she had lost it at school. For a moment I thought I wasn t going to be able to see her beautiful picture that was taken at here school. So they take photos at my daughter s school. And this is literally the worst school photos I ve seen to include my childhood s. As one of the reviews indicated, I don t think they care. For young kids, they may look awkward at times because they are not great at making appropriate picturesque facial expressions. But who cares?! It s not their kids photos. They got the money so they are printing it anyways.

First let me say that JR is the absolute best!! We are faced with unique circumstances due to Covid and a high risk heart child that needs his senior photos taken. We have him isolated with us in Dallas until he can return to Corpus and back to school. We called JR to find out what can be done up here for photos or down there if we make it back down in the next month or two. JR went out of his way to give us options of a private room to take photos so our high risk kiddo wouldn t be exposed to anyone and then even went as far as to call a local Strawbridge Studio in Dallas to see if they could help us. He found a contact and location so we can keep our Senior safe. Customer service is so important and JR truly went the extra mile. So thankful for kind people who understand there are some with unique situations that require a lot of flexibility. High recommend calling JR to schedule your photography!!

They do pictures for our school. This last fall, 2019, I forgot to turn in order form and their office made it very easy for me to order pictures after the fact. I would give them 5 stars but for individual pictures the options for payment were cash (no, in envelope with my kid?) or check (haven t had any for years). When you take pictures of kids at schools I wonder if you verify whether the pose or smile of the student is good enough, if not then you should try to make them give a good smile. Striving hard to get best of each student should be your priority. Instead I see you have just pressed the button and washed your hand and delivered mediocre work. I will never let you take pictures of my kids ever. No wonder your overall rating is below 3. Improve the quality instead of quantity. Worst customer service ever!!! I called several times to get answers about a missing order,that I had already sent a check for. Not only did I not get what I paid for but they cashed the check six months after I wrote it . I called and they never pick up it always sends me to a voicemail. And when they actually picked up I had the wrist experience in customer service ever, the service rep asked for information to look for the account I provided for what he asked for he then laugh at me and start talking with his coworkers about me while I was still on hold he didn t realize I was not on hold, and when he did he hug up on me. If he would of asked the proper questions and used his resources he would of found the answer he was looking for but instead he chose to be rude and unprofessional. That tells me a lot about this company ,by the way they treat customers and not try to solve the problems they make themselves. Unreliable, unprofessional and simple RUDE!!!

I see what you did.. cant sell pictures honestly so you have to trick people into it.. as we all know schools are sending something every other day on pay this , pay that , donate blah blah. So my kid had spring pictures with you guys, ok picture (Ive taken better with my phone, but anywho) so I decide to buy them. Sent the money and received my package, all was good. Then several weeks later theres another picture day. All of a sudden I get a package of pictures and of course I assumed I paid for them because it wasnt a PROOF like normal. It was prints.. it wasnt till after I already cut them up and placed them in mailed envelopes that I realized the pack said return ones that are not wanted. So basically Im about to have to pay for pictures that I never aggreed to getting. You wasted money printing pictures in hopes of screwing over mothers that have to much going on and cant remember if this time they paid or maybe it was like last time and we wouldnt have received them unless paid for. So I tip my hat to you, you should be ashamed. Thank God I actually have the income to pay for it, what if this would have happen to an older grandmother taking care of her grandchildren on a small income! So if you want your money, get me an invoice because I will not do the leg work to finding you and mak it right when you cant get it right in the first place! Question- these thousands of photos that you print of these babies, and the parents dont want them- and send them back.. where do they go? Do you toss them in the trash for the world to get? Burn them- burn your own profit? You make no sense!

Terrible customer service. The lady, janie i believe was her name, was so rude and hung up on me. I called to order just one 8x10 of each of my childrens school photos and they dont offer that service. You have to buy one of the $30+ packages per kid to receive an 8x10. What a rip off.
