I wanted to give a better review, but what happened made me have to give a one star review. We went for a birthday party and the check in and checkout line are mingled together making the whole system confusing for the people they have working. However, when we went to leave the check in and checkout girls were just giggling and looking their phone while we just walked out with our three kids and two other adults who weren t our kids parents. They didn t even look up. We had to tell them we re leaving and you need to check us out. If you want to go somewhere you can let your kid have a little freedom without having to make sure they aren t going to be taken by someone, don t come here. When we told the manager about it she seemed like it wasn t a big deal, and the girls acted like we were a bother for telling them they need to do their job.

Their child check out is a joke our family with 3 children and a couple of other families just walked right past the girls whose job it was to make sure the children left with the right families. They were looking at their phones and giggling with each other while we walked right by them through the gate. I even said hey just so you know we re leaving with our children and you aren t even checking to make sure our stamps match. They just said oh and proceeded to talk to each other, not bothered at all. So un-safe!

The manager Diana was so rude for an error her employee made. Allowed me to pay for a service my kids couldn t utilize all because her employee failed to measure my kids height at the register (which he apologized for) however, Diana acted like it was a huge inconvenience to refund me as she rudely handled me rolling her eyes and shaking her head to inform me they have to cancel out my entire $150 charge and then recharge me the adjusted price of $112 and the refund was not immediate making this trip out pretty expensive for me until I m refunded in a few days.

We had my kids bday here Saturday and I was super disappointed. When we got there 15 min early, like they instructed us to, the tables werent ready at all. The lady helping us was super sweet but she was completely overwhelmed and disorganized. Our party was meant to be at 5:30 and it was basically 6 when they finally had the tables ready and set up or even had the play cards ready so the kids could at least play. They didnt have any of the goodie bags for the kids like is included in the party package. It took forever to get our drinks and food or even the cups so we could just go get our own. We paid for a 2 hour party and got seated 30 min after our time. Everything felt very rushed as a result of them not being prepared. We had hardly any time to play, eat, do cake and present s. They were rushing us off the table while he was still opening presents. Every employee in there besides the lady helping our party was super rude and unpleasant. If we ever go to or throw another party at a Chuck E Cheese it definitely wont be this location.

Really nice service. Employees were not rude. I did not see employee keeping tables clean. There were allot of people celebrating kids birthdays. It was more inviting for little kids 7 and under. There is no playland, but there is a trampoline area just for the kids though. They had a few arcade games, but not enough to attract older kids and adults. Vegetarian options: Theres a salad bar and cheese pizza. Parking: Its like an open parking space where many cars can park. Kid-friendliness: Not much for little kids to do to be honest. Youll be looking to spend $100 or more just to wear your kids out and feed them. There are arcade games, but not many at this specific location. There is no playland, but there are trampolines like in Urban Air but not for everyone. This location is good for little kids 7 and under.

Chuck E. Cheeses offers an entertaining experience for children and families alike. From the moment you step inside, youre greeted with the sights and sounds of arcade games, colorful décor, and the enticing aroma of pizza. The venues main draw is its array of arcade games, ranging from classic favorites to modern attractions, providing endless entertainment for kids of all ages. The ticket redemption system adds an element of excitement as players strive to collect enough tickets for coveted prizes. The restaurant area serves up a variety of kid-friendly fare, with pizza being the star of the show. While not gourmet, it satisfies cravings and fuels the fun-filled experience. Parents will appreciate the value-oriented pricing, making Chuck E. Cheeses an affordable option for a family outing. However, the noise level can be overwhelming during peak hours, and navigating through the bustling crowds may require some patience. Additionally, cleanliness standards could sometimes be improved, as the high traffic areas can quickly become messy. Overall, Chuck E. Cheeses delivers on its promise of providing a fun-filled environment for kids to play and families to bond. It may not be a culinary destination, but its nostalgic charm and entertainment offerings make it a worthwhile destination for families looking for a memorable outing.

My daughter and her friends had a blast for her 4th birthday. Thank you Christian and Dakota . Food was good. Service amazing minus a few who seemed they didn t want to be there . Atmosphere was expected a lot of little people running around but not too crowded for the time of day and parking with plenty of room. It was a great time!

Worst experience ever! I hosted my sons 3rd birthday yesterday at this Chuck E. Cheese. I decided to make the drive since this location has a bigger section for toddlers than the Gulfgate location which is closer to me. I was hoping my son would have more fun with more games and of course interaction with Chuck E. Well it all went downhill as soon as Chuck E came out, he literally dragging his feet walking to the birthday boy and did not acknowledge my son seen how excited he was to see him he just stood there. I talked to the manager Mr. Lincoln was careless and only said sorry Ill talk to him. For that poor performance I regret not having it at the Chuck E Cheese on Gulfgate that mascot there enjoys interacting with the kids. My money was literally not worth the party experience they advertise. Very disappointing. Kid-friendliness: Make sure whoever is in assigned as the Chuck E Cheese mascot is having a good day. Pizza has changed a bit, not quite as I remember it but nontheless its pretty good. My son enjoyed himself running wild and playing with new friends. The place appears as clean for the most part, however its full of toddlers and young children so theres that. Overall an enjoyable experience would run about $45 per small family. Kid-friendliness: Kids love it here

Oh how things change. Ch.E. Cheese is nothing like it used to be. First, no more tokens and tickets. You get a reloadable debit card that costs $1. You load time or etokens on it. We got 4 cards, 2 ea $30 & $60. We asked specifically to know which were which. The boys were meant to get the larger ones and us adults the smaller. Didnt realize cashier messed that up till way into the visit. The Chuck mascot came out and disappeared in less than 3min. No more tossing out tickets for the munchkins. Prices are awful, like everywhere else. Theyve got nerve though charging $11.49 for a very dinky salad bar. The pizza wasnt cut through, but they apparently know about this and dont care because they give some plastic knives with each pizza. The overhead playground is a thing of the past. Liability I imagine. In our case, we got a package, we asked for one of our pizzas to be upgraded and it didnt happen (we didnt get charged for it). We were asked if we wanted to upgrade we picked one cashier confirmed which one but didnt get done. To end on a positive my boys had a great time and fun. I did not. Kid-friendliness: Its Chuck E. Cheese of its kid friendly as long as your cash agrees Wheelchair accessibility: Its the law.

I have not been to Chuckie Cheese in years. I was pleasantly surprised by the tasty pizza and bread sticks. They also have unlimited play for certain amounts of time that you pay for. That was a super cool feature I thought. For one flat fee, the games were unlimited. If you have small kiddos, its definitely worth a try

Honestly never thought I would give this place 5 stars. But the pizza was actually pretty decent, the Veterans package is a great value, there were no issues with the games for the kids and the place was decently clean. Yes, they have a Veterans package. Was completely surprised. Well be back with the kids for sure.

For kids ages 2 to 10 its an awesome place to go... The Chuck-E-Cheese character is really involved with the guests and puts on a little show as scheduled however the employees seem disinterested have no customer service they need to spend a little more time on customer service training. If you have a job where youre involved with the customers you need to actually engage and not act like you dont like you dont like your job.

It was busier than normal (which resulted in slower service at the counter) when we got here but I soon realized it was because they had about 4 birthday parties in the back. The pizza we ordered did come out quickly considering how busy it was, only reason service is a 3 is because of how difficult it was to get someone at the counter due to how busy it was. This could be improved with more employees on hand, especially if youre going to have 4 parties. Just my opinion. Otherwise, always a good choice for the kids. Games were all working, no issues there! Kid-friendliness: Games for big & littles

Came here to celebrate my brothers birthday. We ordered pizza and wings. We received the pizza about 35 mins later. After we finished the pizza, another associate comes to our table with another one. I mouthed to my mother and asked if she ordered 2 pizzas and she shook her head no. The associate noticed our first pizza and said that he did not know we already had one. My mother asked him if that was our extra pizza because of the long wait. ( My mom is crazy ). The associate just put the pizza down and left cursing under his breath. The wings were not bad, and the drinks well lets just say they practically water. Get it together!

You know what youre getting. The pizza will not be the best in town, but you are coming for the games. All of them are working and they have quite a good mix of games for kids all ages. My 3 and 7 year olds enjoy this place a lot and we had a blast. It has also helped me teach them to save their tickets for a bigger prize instead of splurging in the cheapest prizes.
