We tried to eat here this afternoon/early evening but after we were seated they just ignored us for about 5 minutes. This is just too long to sit at a table without being greeted. We d already waited for the person to seat us for a couple minutes before this The cloth napkins that the silverware was in were wet, I ve never experienced this before Had to leave before we found out how long it would be before someone came by (many servers walked by our table without saying anything) - bad vibes I won t try again

I had a fantastic dining experience at LongHorn Steakhouse! Even though I wasnt eating meat at the time, I opted for a variety of vegetable sides, and they kindly served it all together as one delicious platter. The flavors were incredible, and the quality of the food was top-notch. I highly recommend LongHorn Steakhouse for anyone looking for a great meal, whether youre a meat lover or not!

We visit longhorn often for dinner. It never disappoints. Great seasoning, generous portions, cook is always great on the steaks. The Spicy Chicken Bites are the best appetizer I ve ever had, and even my picky kiddos will eat their chicken and macaroni. We always have a good time here.

It was our first time dining here after a late drive from Houston and we were surprised they didn t need reservation and had no wait time on a Sunday evening. When we got there, we were promptly greeted and seated. Our server Jalisa treated us with utmost pleasure and the food was delicious. Except the mushroom were a bit on the saltier side. Shrimp appetizer and their salad with strawberry pecan was super!

My husband & I went to Longhorn for lunch to celebrate our 29th anniversary. Walked in the restaurant & the smell (not of food cooking) was almost enough for us to leave. We decided to stay & ordered an 8 oz steak meal. Our steak was so bland, no seasoning at all, & not very tender. The mashed potatoes & gravy were just as bland as the steak. No seasonings at all...Needless to say, we wont be going back. $40 for lunch plus $8 for tip. What a waste. The only decent thing was the service from our waitress......

Longhorn is one of my favorite for steak and chicken. I had the parmesan encrusted chicken with broccoli and salad. The salads are great, the plate is chilled, and tastes so fresh. The chicken almost melts in your mouth. Soon after you sit down, you have warm bread loaves at the table with butter that keeps coming throughout your meal. Our waiter was attentive and did a very good job. I will be back.

Came here for my dads birthday as both him and my mom have birthdays in the samemonth she recieved a gift card for bloomin brands we decided to come to longhorn steakhouse and ordered the 9 oz flos steak with lobster tail it was great service altough the waitress messed up my dads side as he ordered the chicken fired steak which comes with a side of masehd potatoes and he got 2 other sides one being the baked potato which was missing but other than that great service waitress was real friedly and generaus as she gave us a free ice cream sundae for my dads birthday.

We went for Father s Day and got there before 12:00 to beat the rush. After 20 minutes we had to flag a waiter for drinks. Put in for appetizers then ordered meals. 45 minutes later we get our appetizers, had to ask 3 times for our salads. Waited. And waited. 1:45 our steaks show up. Slightly warm but definitely not hot. Food was ok, just room temp. Couldn t get the butter to melt in the potatoes. No apologies, no comps. Plus we had my 15 month old grandson with us. He did really well the first hour then started a slow meltdown. Be a while before we go back. They need to get it together. I have seen it busier there with no problems.

At first, when we saw how full the parking lot was, especially with construction vehicles on lunch break, we thought we were gonna have to go somewhere else. My wife, son and I went to the La Frontera location on a Sunday at around 4:45pm. The restaurant seemed to be getting pretty crowded, but we were seated in about 15 minutes which we thought was reasonable. Our server, Nathali, was really nice and came to us pretty quickly. Unfortunately, theres not much positive to say beyond that other than our side salads we ordered came out timely and were pretty good. The three of us all ordered the Outlaw Ribeye, rare (we like it off the grill at around 120). My wife ordered regular asparagus and got asparagus smothered with cheese which they had to take back and fix. My son ordered fries and never got it. They brought out two of the three ribeyes which were medium rare (not rare). The third one didnt come out until over 5 minutes after that, and when it did it looked like a well-done flank steak. I had our server take it away and had it taken off the bill. She tried to make it right by having another steak brought to us on-the-house. That steak was cooked rare and was good, but the experience of going out to dinner with my family was already kind of ruined. Its not fun to start eating when my family is already done eating. And its pretty absurd that a steakhouse cant tell the difference between rare and leather. They did give us a 25% discount on our bill, but honestly I think the entire bill should have been comped. You go out to eat for the experience, and they fell way short on that. The manager did even bother to come speak to us. I would have given this place 1 star, but Nathali (our server) got us a $16 discount, which I gave back as tip. So 2 stars.

We have been customers here since the doors opened several years ago but after tonight we will either go to another location or another restaurant. I ordered a medium well steak and my daughter ordered hers medium. Mine came out overdone and my daughters came out rare with a cool center. So they remade the order. 2nd go round my daughter was only able to eat half her steak because the middle was still rare. Mine was so under cooked I wouldnt eat it. So they put the same steak back on the grill so then of course the outside of it was crunchy and it still wasnt cooked right and tasted gross. 2 hours later and tired of trying we left our waitress a tip and walked out hungry and tired of trying. I never thought Id be the person that got up and walked out of a restaurant but 2 hours is a lot of patience and forgiveness and I was done!

Martini, Brisket queso, Strawberry Salad, NY Strip, Ribs, Mac & Cheese, and a Loaded Potato. I was not impressed with the loaded potato, but everything tasted right where it needed to. The service by the nice and accommodating staff was good. This was my first time, everything tasted great and I had an excellent experience.

Shanika was so kind and attentive!!! Truly a fantastic experience because of the service I experienced, what a truly caring person. The food was incredible and cooked to perfection; with very reasonable portions for what I paid. Highly reccomend this place

Went here for lunch. Thought I would try the chicken fried steak The mash potatoes and the gravy were great. The bread and butter was good as always . The chicken fried steak. Well the breading all fell off. The meat was bland super tough meat. Not good at all Stick to the steaks.

Rogelio was the best part, besides the steak. Its always the host that makes the experience worth coming back for. The cocktail was top notch, and the birthday dessert was so festive. Thank you Rogelio, we all enjoyed the dinner! Best sendoff ever
