Called and no answer. No biggie because groomers can t stop what they are doing. Got a prompt to send a text which I did. It went unanswered. I would have at least gotten a Not taking new clients Or Sorry, I don t do standard poodle at least. I hate this because I really need to find a groomer who is caring and kind. I thought this would be it.

Heard about this place. Checked out the website. First time using. Loved it!! Didnt mind waiting in line. Wasnt sure about taking my Corgi to someone she doesnt know. Love the fact that everything i needed is available. Plan on going again.

I was skeptical but took my dog today. What a great experience and great idea for the Falls! NOTE: the washer only accepts cash; 10s, 5s, and 1s with a minimum of $10 to start. Its a private room behind Paw Spa with a wash station. Its just like the one professional groomers use. Warm water, integrated soap (berry) or fea/tick (citrus), and an industrial blow dryer and the wash station is elevated saving my back. $10 is 10 mins and thats all you really need. Clean towels and an apron are provided. This is the only way Ill bathe my dog from now on!

So much easier than bathing our Great Dane at home! They have everything you need right there, apron, towels, bath brushes, ear wipes, nail clippers, and the sprayer even has a setting with shampoo added so you don t have to bring your own. Great set up!

Always clean, bring cash just in case card machine is down. It starts off at $10 for 10 minutes, and also takes quarters. 25¢ =15seconds. I take my 115lb dog and its easy to use and much better than giving her an at home bath or paying a ridiculous amount of money at a groomers.

Just moved to the area and was hoping to find a great groomer for my anxiety-riddled Chiweenie (LOL). Upon arrival, Henry kindly welcomed us into their adorable little spa and immediately gave Pattycake some gentle, loving attention. Absolutely love the fact that they dont kennel / crate the dogs which I believe helped her not feel so trapped and tense. After about 40 minutes, she was all done and was the softest, cleanest, and most fragrant shes ever been! I could tell she wasnt scared at all being there and was a very, VERY happy girl. I will definitely be a repeat customer and highly recommend Henry and PawSpa to everyone!

Paw Spa is a great place for grooming your pet yourself. The equipment they provide makes it easy to do it yourself, with a waist-high tub and an efficient sprayer. You dont even need to bring your own shampoo unless you want to. And if your doggie needs a nail trim, just call ahead and make sure Henry is there. Hes kind and gentle and does a great job. A word of caution, though. Always bring cash. Sometimes the machine wont take a card.

Very impressed!!!! I loved how when I walked in it didn t stink like other grooming shops that I ve been in, it actually smelled good. And when I went to pick up my fur baby, he wasn t shoved off into a kennel, he was actually looking out of the picture window watching me I feel like he had a great experience and so did I! This is going to be his spa from now on.

The self wash is soooo easy and you can get done within the time limit, no problem. 20 minutes is plenty of time to get both of my large dogs clean, dryed, and clean out the tub. Spa area is super clean (and easy to keep that way) and machine is easy to use. Big fan.

Super easy use. My boxer was a little scared at the beginning of the wash but she warmed up to it and I believe enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend this place for a quick, and easy dog wash. Only complaint is that you cant pay for singular minutes, you have to pay ten dollars for yen minutes, you couldnt pay like three dollars for three minutes.

HUGE shoutout to Paw Spa Splash for allowing me to come bathe my sweet old lady today!!! They were closed due to the weather and I didn t realize it so I arrived and called and the owner came right over, opened the DIY area for me, showed me how to work the entire thing and went above and beyond to give me tutorials on how to use the blueberry facial, ear cleaning, deshedder, and mouth wash for her. He even went and got her the CUTEST butterfly bandana too!!!! The blueberry soap and conditioner smells soooo good and the blow dryer is even better!!! I am so so pleased and will only take Meeshka to Paw Spa from now on for all things puppy pampering! Thank you very much for making us feel welcome and safe! Meeshka is in MUCH better spirits today and is happy and clean and bright white thanks to the blueberry facial!

The groomers and self serve bath are AMAZING. I have a Bernese mountain dog and a border collie mix that we pay $10 for 10 minutes to wash and dry each dog. 10 doesn t seem like a very long time but the hose has enough pressure to get the shampoo in there quickly and rinse it out quickly. Plus then you get free blueberry facial wash, breath freshening foam, ear cleaning pads, bandanas, and body spray for each dog for free! It s worth the money just to not have to clean dog hair off my entire bathroom after each bath at home.

Wonderful experience!!! Highly recommended!!! The self serve dog wash is super easy to use and provides a great place to wash your dog with fewer stressful distractions. Plenty of good quality towels, special face wash, ear cleaning towelettes and teeth cleaning gel available. The scented sprays available are much higher quality than your typical pet store scents. After the wash we quickly popped over to the grooming salon portion for nails. The operators are kind, knowledgeable and very patient with me and my crazy dogs. Great addition to the WF!
