I got the Detroit style pizza. It s definitely really good pizza but more of just the deep dish style square pizza instead of a Detroit style. Usually Detroit style has sauce on top and is normally poured on top cold after the pizza is cooked. I had an issue with the lady that took my order because she was coughing profusely and walked away from the register and someone took my order. I literally watched the lady that was coughing a bunch walk back to the assembly line and start making pizzas without gloves. I asked the guy that took my order to specifically not have her make my pizza and I watched him make it which made me feel better.

Josh and the crew went way out of their way to make my family, and I feel like comfortable , Josh listened to my story of the harships that my family and I were facing that night , and they went out of there way to Cheer me up and listen and be understanding, I am so very grateful. Customer service is a huge aspect of resterounts, and Josh and his team made me feel not just like a regular customer but like a real friend I can not thank Jets Pizza and Josh and his crew anymore I had an amazing experience and I am truly greatful

Canton, the employee that works there was so nice and went out of his way to make sure that my experience was quick, efficient, and pleasant. You have a great team member on your hands. He acknowledged me as soon as I walked in and was very helpful and even asked if I wanted any peppers or cheese. The small gestures may seem Small but they make a customer feel important and want to come back to Your establishment. The pizza is always amazing as well as the ranch. 10 out of 10 recommend.

The best take out pizza you can get! They re always consistent with our order and the pizza is better than these other big name franchises. We are a family of 3 and share a large Detroit style. The pizza is always ALWAYS perfectly divided! When we pull apart a slice, we won t get the toppings from the other half on our portion! My husband loves bold cupped pepperoni on his side and my daughter and I prefer mushroom and olives on our half. I love that they know me by now because I always order a side of pineapples, and they have it ready for me. My daughter doesn t like pineapples on our half of the pizza so I have to do this every time. lol The service is great! Everyone is pretty chill too. We haven t tried our pizza any other way besides Detroit style. I can eat up to 4 slices of pizza at any other place, until I get full, but I only need two slices with Jets Detroit style to be satisfied! It s full of flavor, the sauce is tasty and we get it well done since the crust is so thick. I highly recommend the turbo crust to give it extra flavor and ditching all the other big name pizza companies. You ll spend a bit more but it s really about the quality and consistency this place holds. Y all are doing an excellent job!

I first experienced Jet s ten years ago in South Austin when I made some friends who worked there when I was in college. It quickly became my top three favorite pizza places in Travis County I have recently moved out to Pearland and when I saw they had a Jet s Pizza, I immediately had to U-Turn and try them out. The staff are super welcoming and friendly. Their service and communication on your order is precise and awesome. I went to a nearby park to enjoy my pizza in the sunshine and fresh air. I have tried their deep dish and thin crust pizza and I swear it is some of the best pizza you will have. It brought me back ten years ago to that flavor, crunch, quality, and then some. I can t wait to try out the rest of their styles and menus. They are leagues above any other chain company. Dont settle for Papa John s. Don t settle for Dominoes. Don t settle for Pizza Hut. Don t Settle for Mediocrity. Go and Treat Yourself to the Quality Experience That Is Jet s Pizza.

Very cheesy, the cheese literally pulls apart as you are taking a slice. Beautiful presentation, I havent seen a pizza saver in a lot time. The pizza is very thick. To me even tho it was very cheesy, it didnt have much flavor. My 14yo said it was too tomato tasting. I love how the curst wasnt soft but had a crunch to it. The prices are a little more than the name brand places. I would probably order something besides the pepperoni if I was to return here. The delivery guy was quick and friendly. We received our pizza at the time stated when checking out online.

Jets Pizzas got to be one of the best pizzas Ive ever had! But trying to get through the autobot service and the order to text to save money is an utter nightmare! Almost makes me not want to eat there anymore for the hassle. They told me to call back two times in a row to get to an actual representative but lost my discount the Bots and text do not work. Thats the only reason they get one star I would not recommend ordering from this place from anybody because of the hassle it is.

Alex took our delivery order, told us about an additional coupon we didn t know about, and said it would be delivered in ~30 mins. Sure enough, 30 mins later our pizza was at the door! Ordered 3 pizzas last night. Went to pick up pizzas but they were not ready because the order was never put in for my pizzas to be made. Was asked to return 10-12 minutes. O.k. was not happy about my pizzas not being ready...but..I decided I would return (my kids really wanted Jets Pizza). As I pulled up, I received a call asking me if I was in the parking lot. I responded, Yes. The caller said, O.k. I will bring your pizzas to you. I replied, Oh, no thats o.k. because I have not paid for them yet. The caller replied, Thats o.k. I wont charge you. So I said I would come in. I walked in and I asked again, Are you sure you do not want me to pay for these pizzas? Yes, I am sure, please enjoy. Jets turned their mistake and my initial disatisfaction into earning a lifelong, loyal customer. Thats how you DO business! THANK YOU Jets!

I went to Jetz pizza like I have been for the last year coming from the beach yesterday May 7 Thursday at 3:30 I called in my usual order Deep Dish with works with xtra cheese and my Birthday being order chocolate chip cookie. Pizza was not fresh it seemed they reheated and it wast fresh or hot. They put way too many over cooked black mushrooms Was t fresh and didnt taste right I will take pizza back today May 8,2020. Also the desert Chocolate chip cookie wast done. Joe is #1 and certainly ensures every customer experience is positive. It s like he adds a special ingredient when making pizza that keeps me wanting more. I ve witnessed other people come in and ask for him by name because he is that good. The menu has something for everybody even those who don t consume meat. I called the store and complained the pizza was cut into squares. I was told all thin crust pizza is cut in squares. I think you should tell people you are cutting the pizza in squares. !!!MUST READ!!! BRO BUFFALO RANCH CHIKEN IS THA BOOOOOOMB!!!! I don t usually eat much pizza but man is this one heck of a spot never seen a jets pizza on my side of town not only is the pizza great they offer gluten free pizza for the wifey but the customer service is freaking awesome the young man I believe his name was Joe really made me and the wifey feel at home and we had lots in common really cool dude it was totally worth the drive from the southwest side of Houston this is a must if your in the Pearland area. AWESOME JOB GUYS keep it up...

This is a hidden gem. Best pizza this side of town hands down!!! We need this in the north side. The staff and management are nice and attentive. If youre ever in Pearland stop in and Joe make sure to take care of you!

I am visiting from out of town,(I live in Michigan.) Someone told me that this Jets was the best around. I ordered my usual, but it seemed better than usual. Talked with Joe ,who works there, and he simply said it was made with love. Thanks Joe and your coworkers for making the best pizza.

Love the large, thin crust pepperoni/cheese pizza here. I used to frequent the West Pearland till it closed, so whenever Im in East Pearland, I try to patronize this location. Much moreso than the West Pearland location, this one is very narrow, like a tight hallway from front door to back of the place. The restroom is at the back, while the pizza making area and counter are on the left, and two cramped tables with chairs and metal bench are on the right. I dont know how Jets made its way all the way down from its home state, but Im glad its here!

I wish I could leave zero stars. I ordered a 32 dollar pizza and they put the wrong topping on it. I called to inform them of the error and asked them to correct it, and I was told they made correctly. At this place the customer is always wrong. Wont be back.

This is Pearlands best kept secret. The pizza is phenomenal and can be made to accommodate a variety of tastes. I recomend the XL Chicago style meaty pizza. It will put you to sleep.
