I talked my wife into getting Pizza Hut instead of dominos. 1 stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and 2 marinara, that s it. The pizza was just pepperoni, sauce, no cheese. I m not exaggerating, she took pictures to remind me why I should ve let her get dominos. It was covered so heavily in pepperoni that the cook must ve thought it would be overlooked

I had some pizzas delivered and it was exactly how it was supposed to be, not over cooked and delivered in a flash. Pizza Hut was always my favorite but switched to another pizza company to save money, but they since have changed their recipe making the pizza smell worse than it tastes. I ordered from Pizza Hut to be reminded why I loved them for so many years, the stuffed crust pizza was amazing, as it always was and full of toppings, I m Back!

So, a random Tuesday night, and I dont want to cook. I ordered a pizza easy, right? Wrong. The app was fine. I got my big box deal, and this is about 7:40 pm. I wait and wait and wait. So at almost an hour later my food arrives. Its not a shock to me that it is cold, luke warm at best, since my app told me it left the store at 8:05pm.( also should mention I live 5 minutes from the store) I was willing to deal with this. I have many appliances in which to heat up food, but....... they forget my ranch! (I should also say that in said big box, I also got wings) . I am a condiments person. I like sauces. One way to ruin my meal is to forget my sauce. Not only for taste but I paid extra for it! I didnt see the ranch with my order. I chased the driver to his car. The driver insisted that they always put it in the box and to just call if it was missing. Well, heres where I go atomic. I called since there was no ranch. The lovely people at Pizza Hut pick up the phone, dont say a word, and hang up the phone. Uh, no, you didnt. At the end of all this, all that happened was I got screwed out 36 dollars for sub-par food and mad. I could yell, demand my money back, but really nothing could fix it at that point. So as I grumbled and heated up my food in defeat, I decided I just would not pay to eat Pizza Hut again. Dominos it is!

I will never order from here again. One slice of $2.75 additional topping pepperoni. One slice per piece on a large. Called to complain!!!! Number hung up on me!!! I ordered a pepperoni Big New Yorker but received a cheese. When I called to have it fixed the young lady advised me that she didnt know what to tell me but it showed a cheese. Do NOT order from here. Twice now, weve ordered pizzas from here that took forever to be delivered. The first time, it was over an hour until we called them wondering where the pizzas were - they said the delivery driver got into an accident and wed have to pick up the pizzas as the location. No thanks. I asked for a refund. Not only did they not give me a refund, but they sent a DoorDash driver to us 30 minutes after that call, and the pizzas were cold and they still charged me. The second time, they also outsourced the delivery to DoorDash which took ages, the driver got lost, and we got cold pizzas. Never ordering from here ever again.

Because 0 stars aren t available. My first order experience. After 3 hours I called to cancel the order and was told I would get a refund which never happened. After a few months I decided to give another try. Food came 30 minutes late. I got someone else s food and when I called them they said I had to bring it back to show them. If I wanted to drive I would not have ordered delivery. So I get there to show them and then have to wait while they remake my order. No apologies no discount. Guess from now on I ll have to get Domino s. They blamed it on the door dash driver. Like they aren t the ones that hand it to the driver.

My food was burned. When I went into the store to pick up my food, I was waiting a long time and screaming excuse me, can I get some help please. A rude older lady looked up from her phone in the back and finally came to help me. The oven door that keeps the food hot was opened the entire time I was there. When I opened my box, I asked for a refund since it was burned. She rolled her eyes at me and tried blaming me for not being there sooner to pick it up. I told her do you know how long I was waiting for someone to assist me? Terrible experience.

There was initially a long wait time, something like 90 to 108 minutes which I would guess is because it was a Friday night. However they showed up 30 minutes earlier than expected so that was nice. The only real problem was that the pizza was almost cold when it arrived. It was obvious it had been sitting in the car for a while.
