Best photographer in town!!! As repeat customers of Falguni, we have had the pleasure of working with her on multiple different photoshoots (maternity, newborn, birthday milestones). We were so impressed with her during our first newborn photoshoot that it was a no brainer when we had our second child. Our house is filled with beautiful pictures/memories captured through her lens. She is always attentive to our needs and providing different ideas for photoshoot. Falguni is amazing. She made our whole experience smooth and easy. She has detailed everything before the session to our choice, so no surprise. We had maternity as well as newborn pictures. By the time we at session, felt like we already know them, no stranger feeling. They were so interactive with our family to have great family pics. We had our photos taken in March. I wasn t going to write a review but my spouse made a good point that I should provide my honest feedback. We are not happy with what we got for the price we paid. The initial session went well with her having a make artist for hair and make up which is part of the session fee $300 plus tax. It became disappointing after the viewing session. Photos are viewed on her TV from her laptop. She held her laptop as I went thru photos with her and she wrote the on a notebook and from there I needed to narrow down. She doesn t offer a client gallery and you have to select photos at the viewing session so there isn t time to think about it when I had asked. I came by myself when I wanted input from my spouse but he was taking care of our newborn. She offers 5 packages to pick from most expensive is $3100 and cheapest is $599 with 5 digit images with $100 print credit. After we selected the digital images, she stated that we also needed to buy prints or the photos would be a la carte which is $200 per photo. I asked her before how does the price work in the beginning and she kept referring me to the package. After she sent the photos via drop box, we were able to look closely and saw that the photos were not edited well. Took her additional 2 weeks to reply to messages after multiple emails and texts. She then edited the photos and resent it via Dropbox. In addition, we paid via zelle and was thinking to get a 10% discount as the contract mention if we pay cash. However, she said zelle is not considered cash. We wished we went with another photographer.

Falguni made our little one super comfortable during the photoshoot and captured different expressions. We highly recommend choosing iShai Photography for your newborn session. We decided very late that we wanted to capture our daughters newborn moments and Falguni was able to accommodate us last minute. She brought my vision to life and kept the shots clean and minimal but also beautiful. Falguni was very experienced and professional and kept our already one month old calm and quiet throughout our entire 3 hr session. Bonus points for providing all props and swaddles! Getting photos taken can be stressful. Falguni made it such a stress free and fun experience. She did a fantastic job with my babys photos. The photos are focused on the baby and not on an elaborate backdrop. Also, while Im not saying that baby photographers need to have kids, Falguni is a mom and clearly has experience working with babies. I couldnt be more happier with my photos. She is GREAT with babies. My baby girl wouldnt always cooperate, but Falguni was patient and nurturing.
