I am a competitive 80 kg strongman who competes at the world level OSG . For almost two years now I have been coming to Dr. Chukhman, to access my physical state and to receive adjustments and treatments to injuries. During my second year going to OSG I injured my back during training. It was during that time I had only a few weeks to qualify for the show, I made several appointments for Dr. Chukhman to work on my back. You can imagine how over the moon I was being able to qualify for worlds and leave the contest with no more injuries. It was from that point forward I have made every effort to see him when I could, but most especially before a major show, or even during a high peaking phase of my training. Every time I receive an adjustment I feel my body being able to heal from all of the heavy stress I put it through. I can t thank you Dr. Chukhman enough for everything you do and all of the knowledge you provide, and the care you take with each and every patient. I started visiting Align Right Chiropractic in Richardson, TX, in July due to an old Army injury that left me barely able to stand upright. Dr.Z was fantastic, he explained all the different procces I had to do in a clear and calm manner. The staff was very patient to accommodate my schedule into giving me an appointment. They explained all the exercises for my rehab. I truly felt a positive difference in my daily activities. Throughout the vists, I became more active. Dr. Z was attintive to all my concerns and brought positive/uplifting energy. The front desk staff welcomed me cheerfully every morning. I also had my daughter, and she enjoyed it. She said it helped her be more flexible in sports. It was an all rounded amazing experience.

Had bad shoulder pain, tingling arm that would go numb and lose power. I could not even ride my bike anymore. That is when I visited Dr Z. Diagnosed with degenerative disc disease in my neck, bone on bone. Dr Z worked his magic and I am glad to report I am back to 100 percent. Dr Z is very honest, attentive and knowledgeable in diagnosing and treatment regarding the neck pain I was experiencing. After a few weeks of therapy, my neck pain is now very manageable. I truly believe God places the right people in your life and I say this because I m truly grateful for Dr. Z and his amazing staff. The staff and Dr. Z are amazing. very friendly and have a passion for helping people. I was involved in a car accident and was referred here by my attorney. They made the situation so much better and even helped correct problems i had been having well before the accident ever happened. You can tell everyone here has a genuine passion for what they do. I can even say I was a little saddened when I was able to graduate from my PT. They even left me with the knowledge of exercises I can do at home to continue my recovery. The only chiropractor I would recommend to anyone who needs it for any reason.

Dr. Z and his staff are all very friendly, helpful, and accommodating! I came in with lower back pain. During the treatment and adjustments, I realized I actually had neck and upper back pain too. Its just the pain had been there for so long that I didnt even realize it or pay much attention to it. After the full treatment, 30 sessions I believe, I do see significant improvements to my back pain. What to expect from my personal experience: As a new patient they took my x-rays on the first day and analyzed them with me there. They adjusted my back on the first day I believe. Approximately $150 I believe. Then 2-3 visits/adjustments every week until 30 visits. Then I was released to maintenance. Approximately $50 per visit as of 9/27/2023, so you have an idea of what to expect cost-wise. On one of the first few visits/adjustments they had a physical therapist (Sergio) show me some rehab exercises to do on my own. These exercises were very helpful and useful in my opinion, and if you do go with Dr. Z, I suggest you do them! Typical visit/adjustment: Sign in (<1 minute), get on a rolling table thing and it basically rolling pins your back for lack of better description haha (~15 minutes). It feels nice in my opinion (and Im sure there is a reason that benefits your back), and there is adjustable heat and pressure (ask the staff for more or less heat and/or rolling pin pressure) . Wait for ~5-10 minutes for my turn (theres a TV with Steve Harvey or something of that sort playing). Adjustment ~5-10 minutes. Schedule next appointment (~2 minutes). Random thing: There are beverage refreshments like tea, coffee, water, I believe. Sometimes I got Dr. Z and sometimes Erica (hopefully I spelled her name right haha). Both adjust well in my opinion. Erica adjusts softer (like less aggressively) than Dr. Z, generally speaking, but overall I wouldnt be worried about getting one or the other. Thats it for my review, I tried to be as honest/objective as possible. Hopefully you find this review helpful to you! I spent a lot of time on it, so hopefully it helps you!

I ve had nerve issues on my right side for years and finally decided to see Dr Z and team. Those nerve issues were caused by herniated discs from poor lifestyle choices and working at a desk constantly. After diagnostics and going through decompression therapy with lifestyle/exercise coaching, those issues are nearly gone now. Im officially a believer in chiro after getting adjusted by Dr Z at Alignright. Multiple injuries during my teen/20s lead to minor chronic pain last 10 years with my neck, back and shoulder. My acute pain was gone within a week and has not returned based on Dr. Z s treatment and recommended lifestyle changes. Super sweet people!!! They have a rehab center that patients can use, a coffee machine in the waiting room, and an awesome taste in music! Plus, I never wait too long after arriving for my appointment, it usually takes about 30 minutes or less for the whole appointment :) As for how effective they are: I came in with some really awful back and neck pain, and I felt better almost immediatly after my first visit. I recently moved to Dallas for work. My Neck, upper and lower back have been really giving me problems for over 5 years. I ve seen doctors, physical therapists and even got some acupuncture done. The best solution i found was getting adjusted and decompressed (Needs a special machine) so when i looked into finding a new doctor to help fix me up, i made sure to look for decompression. I didn t know the name of the machine at the time but i found AlignRight having it! Dr Z, Sona, Armi and Mina are all super great! Very welcoming and genuine people who you don t to interact with as much anymore these days! Dr Z is a straight shooter who wants to ensure you re leaving each session feeling better then you walked in. Sona and Dr Z help you with the Rehab and without that going along with the treatment. I don t think i would feel well enough to be able to run 5 miles and golf in the mornings again. My sleep improved so much as well and my neck feels a lot better. I 110% reccomend them for any Neck, back, Shoulder issues you may have. Very respectful people doing their best to make sure you are back to being well & heathy again!

I went for the first time to a chiropractor and wasn t sure of what to expect and I was even a little concerned about the process of adjustments. When I was looking for a chiropractor, I decided to try Dr. Z because of all the 5 star reviews he had. I was in a car wreck a decade ago. Positive to have had whiplash. Laid immobile for 6 weeks. The last thing I was concerned with was my back and neck. Fast forward a few years. I had my very first interaction with a chiropractor. He was amazing. Unfortunately, I couldnt talk him into moving with me to Texas, so I have been looking for his doppelganger in the professional sense. He is here. I have gone to other chiros who lined me and sent me on my way. Like my old chiro, he did the most thorough work up I have had since I transplanted in 2006. Because he was able to see with his own eyes, he was able to determine a plan for care. We started with neck decompression followed by alignment. We are now into lumbar decompression followed by alignment. My issue is long going and will plague me for years to come. I was given therapy to ensure muscles support the spine. From neck to glutes and abs, simple not too strenuous exercises geared to make sure you do them because they are not too difficult or time consuming. The work is just right. I am half way through my treatment plan and although I am still experiencing pain, it has been literally years since I have felt this good. I am able to do things I have not enjoyed for such a long time. The clinic works along side of physical therapy, which is really what is needed to get people not just getting better, but staying better. They interact with other health professionals to help you become the best, strongest version of you. The staff is fantabulous as well. It is a small place. Call it a mom and pop clinic as both husband an wife (who also has a medical background) make this place happen. You cannot go wrong. If nothing else, give them a try. I think they are the best in this area. I am so relieved, as I have worried about this for years.

This is one of the best chiropractic places Ive ever been too! The staff is super friendly and personable. Dr. Z really cares and takes the time to discuss your issue with you. The care/treatment is personalized to you. My neck is a bit straight and compressed, so I get decompression every time before getting adjusted. But everyone gets what is needed for them. Im also supposed to do exercises at home (or machines/props are available at the office to do them), and I lay on the denneroll at home (you gotta lay on the denneroll!!!). So its a great overall comprehensive treatment. Sometimes there is some wait time, depending on how busy they are, but its worth it, and again, they always care and try their best. I am pleased to come out of my review retirement for Dr. Z and his crew (Tammy and Sonia). I found Dr. Z on Yelp early this month. Chronic spine issues from a motor vehicle accident got the best of me and I could not roll out of bed due to a stiff neck, back, hips, shoulders, the major joints. I have long been skeptical about the efficacy of Chiropractic treatment and the cost was always prohibitive. But I was desperate. The first treatment, I could walk without a big limp that accompanied me when I wobbled into the clinic. Second treatment, I told Dr. Z he has hands of God (healing hands) and he is definitely an amazing healer. He did not recommend treatments that would break my bank and kept it minimal in terms of interventions, which my wallet really appreciated. I was started on their standard rehab exercise program to strengthen my core and correct my terrible neck posture. Not only that but his treatment and rehab program taught me the value in manual manipulation to break up scar tissue and adhesions around my spine, as well as continued movement and striving for strength that complements flexibility. I will miss Dr. Z and his team once I leave Dallas but I hope to find someone with his healing hands soon. Highly recommended, if you can grab a morning appointment that is when he is not as busy but expect a wait when you get there since he is very popular, especially in the evenings. While the clinic does not operate exactly on time, that is just a testament to the amount of care and attention Dr. Z gives each of his patients. Id much prefer to wait rather than have a hurried provider get me in and out like certain drive through franchise chiropractors out there!

I went in due to having severe back pains from my pregnancy and the pains getting worse after I gave birth. After a couple of sessions, I feel so much better. This is an amazing place with amazing staff. Connie makes me feel like we are best friends from the first conversation. Dr.Z is so caring, knowledgeable, skillful & friendly and he gave the best advice on my case, I regret not knowing him sooner. Sergio has been a great help to us, he is very caring, always makes sure that you are well taken care of and he nicely answered all of my concerns. As they say, the third time is the charm. I had pain in my neck all the way down my right arm for more than a month. Two chiropractors could not do anything for me, but in my third attempt for relief I found Dr. Z at AlignRight Chiropractic. What a difference! His adjustments, physical therapy and spinal decompression was exactly what I needed. In no time at all I was back doing the things I enjoyed, but without the pain. I have been to 3 chiropractors in the last 5 years and have been going to Dr Z for about 6 months now. Its difficult to find a good chiropractor, and he is BY FAR the best!!! ALSO, I dont feel like Im in a cattle call line in his office-- like most offices. I feel like a person who is genuinly cared about. And I fell 1,000 times better after I leave! Thank you Dr Z!! So! 4 years later, and still visiting Dr. Z. (Bc when you find the best you dont stray!) I want To rave about the phenomenal massage I just received from Amanda. Im a 40yr old woman who owns a massage business, so I know a good therapist when I get one... Amanda is one of the most talented therapists I have had work on me. Just.... WOW. 10 minutes after my adjustment, my whole body is relaxed. I feel so happy!

Dr.Z and staff have been great! I came in on my 1st visit and felt nervous and scared. As a retired chiropractor, I have subjected my body to various stresses and injuries over the years and recently my low back problem returned with a vengeance. The pain was so excruciating, I had trouble walking, standing, and especially sleeping. For three nights I had to take sleeping pills and melatonin to drift off to sleep. Due to other health concerns, I wanted to avoid surgery at all costs, especially since many back surgeries result in patients having just as much pain as before the surgery. That did not seem like a fair exchange to me, so I knew I had to go back to my roots and rely on chiropractic to deal with my issues. After several hours of researching the internet, I decided on AlignRight Chiropractic and Dr. Zinovy Chukhman. What attracted me to this clinic was the fact that all of the reviews by previous patients were positive, and that he had also undergone additional training beyond his basic Chiropractic training which I felt could benefit me. It didnt take me long to realize that I had made a brilliant decision. On the second day, I felt a slight remission in my radiating lower back pain, and with each additional treatment session, I felt like I was getting better and better. For the first time in 3 or 4 days, I was able to go to bed at night without my lower back throbbing; then as I began my usual daily activities, I discovered I was walking without discomfort for the first time in several days. I was finding this hard to believe since I had been enduring pain for so long, but it was a reality.....my low back and leg pain was gradually getting better. I am happy as I can be, because after only 5 sessions, I am 85-90% pain free, can walk without difficulty, and can go to sleep at night without being in pain. My quality of life has definitely improved and with continued chiropractic care, I feel like I will be able to avoid surgery. So if you are looking for a chiropractor, want to try chiropractic but are afraid for whatever reason, put those doubts behind you and make an appointment as soon as possible. The office staff is very accommodating with appointment times and the chiropractic assistants know their business and will do everything possible to work with patients to solve their aches and pains.

Ive been visiting their office since October, but these people made me feel like family the very first time I walked through those doors. The receptionist, Connie was cordial, and welcomed us with starbucks and a smile, and catered to EVERYONE in the lobby. She remembered everyones name. She also doubles as a tech so she is definitely a keeper! Janelle has always been calm and collected. I think she works on billing and paper work but she has taken an interst in my health and my costs and for that I thank her for being so diligent and kind! Sergio is well learned in the techniques of stimulation and hospitality. I believe he has a good future ahead of him. When he put me on the roll table, he opened up the Spinolator and showed me the moving parts to explain what was happenning underneath. We discussed the name of the machine, and over all the point was made that people could be afraid to trust it based on that alone, but upon further insight, there is no doubt every thing in that establishment was created to help, from the coffee to the gym. Take it for a spin and I promise your spine will thank you! He was a very charismatic guy, and nuturing as well, like the rest of their staff, checking up on me during my treatments all through out each process. Monica came back after a maternity leave at the end of my prescribed amount of sessions but I see a promise in her to excel in service and health for her customers. All of these folks feel like a warm fire lit cabin in Colorado to me and thats the best way I can describe them. Dr.Z is a lovable grizzly, and strong enough to pop your back with a single arm! Aside from strength, he was fully cognizant in taking my x-rays, reading them and explaining to me what my back and neck problems were. I believe his word as I would any doctor, but he is humble, and he is wise to know that a second opinion from a PHD for my case would ultimately amplify the scope of my treatment. When he put me on his table, there were places that popped I didnt even know existed. Its a process, but it is wonderful one at that! After telling me his story and learning of his perservearance through out his doctorate degree; I just couldnt NOT give these guys a chance! What can I say, I just love a good back story! *dadum tsss* However, all jokes aside, I have full confidence in their ability to get me back to 100 percent. Perhaps even better than before. Im normally a stray from doctors, as I have had my fill in prescriptions and surgeries before in my past, but the intensive care that I felt on my first visit alone has me thinking that perhaps there are some good ones out there as well. I may have degrading vertebrea discs and my posture is destroying my neck, but when I was in AlignRight Chiropractic, I have never felt more comfortable in my life! 5/5 would recommend their practice!

With all the stress and strain I put my body and mind through with Spartan races, rock climbing, strength training, lifting weights - you name it. I love this place for my pre & post competitions/ intense trainings! Dr. Z is hands down the best in town! He knows how to unlock those tensed muscles and pop my body back to full mobility. I get massages once a week due to back pain, and I like checking out new places in the area. I have gotta tried at least a dozen different places in the Dallas after moving here almost a year ago. I have to say this is my least favorite place. She had attitude and basically said no to all my basic requests. It felt like she was half asleep yawning and just had her hand swiping my skin the whole time . I usually tip about 25% everywhere I go, but I feel like I should be getting paid for wasting time at this place. Sore spots still sore. Already scheduling another massage for the next day!
