***UPDATE*** I updated my review to five stars because we just got home from my daughter s party and they truly went above and beyond to make things right. The district manager, Abigail turned a stressful situation into such a joyful experience for my daughter and she couldn t be happier. She and the company took accountability for what happened and she offered every possible solution and then some. We truly could not be happier with how she went about fixing the situation and it honestly was a great example of how a business should handle mishaps. We have one incredibly happy little girl that will be talking about her party for months! *Original* Really frustrated because my kid really liked coming here, but wanted to warn people so they could have a plan B unlike we did. My kiddo has a birthday next month and so I booked a private party here weeks ago on their website. I paid a deposit immediately and got an email confirmation both for the booking and for the payment. Just to be sure, I called the store a couple weeks ago to make sure everything was good to go. The girl I spoke to looked up the date I had booked, asked for my name and said Yes, I have you here. You re all set. I heard nothing until 2 days ago when I got a voicemail from them saying they had a question about the party. I called back to be told they somehow double booked and that I couldn t have the party there. I let them know that I had email and phone confirmation from weeks prior and asked how they could have double booked. I got I don t know, could have been a glitch or something. So will you cancel or reschedule? Not an apology or an attempt to make it right. I asked why the girl said that my name was the one that came up when she looked at that date and time and I again got I don t know, it could be a glitch. So now I m a few weeks out from my child s birthday party with absolutely no clue what to do. No apology. No attempt to rectify the situation. I can t reschedule and have no where else to go as everywhere is booked at that date/time. All of this to say, you could do everything to book a party properly, pay the deposit, get written AND phone confirmation that all is set and still get the rug pulled from under you. Moral of the story, if you want to book a party here have a rock solid plan B or you could be like me: a mom with a crushed almost 4 year old, invitations already sent, and tons of guests already RSVP d with now no party to attend.

Our first time visiting this place and my daughter caught a stomach bug from there. She had diarrhea and vomiting for 1 week. She doesn t go anywhere or daycare so we know it was from here. Her symptoms began that same night. We had to ask the front desk to refill the soap in the bathroom to wash our hands because there was none available. Many adults were walking in no shoes area with shoes on which could possibly contribute to unwanted germs in play areas. Otherwise my 1 year old had fun playing there.

I came to this establishment with my niece on a Sunday afternoon for open play. The young man at the counter, Mitchell, was amazing and very friendly. Seriously, he provided amazing customer service, which is rare these days, and answered all of my questions. I love how the area is small, but it has some fun options for the kids. She played for hours, and we will definitely return back soon.

They do a great job cleaning and preparing for the parties. Most importantly, the kids love it and have a blast running around! cute and my kiddo had fun playing and the venue is so cute! ! however the reservation time absolutely does not justify the amount of money it costs. i genuinely set up and than the party was over. everything is too rushed. the host was great and so patient but at the end she didn t help me put my belongings up because they were rushing me out to get ready for the next party. i would say the recreation needs at least 2.5 hours together, they say it s 2 hours but that s including 30 min set up window. I didn t even get to enjoy my company that was invited. truly too fast of a reservation time. overall 7 out of 10 experience will come back for play but not for our own party reservations.

The manager and workers will let there kids play there like they are the owner of the place. They allowed to hit your kids but you will get kick by Javier like you are a criminal and being ask to never get back .never mind scarring your kids and making them crying. It is the worker kids playground and you have to be enjoying being hit by them or being kick it out.

I first visited Bounce n Play at the Seabrook location for a birthday party and it was such a great experience. When I heard it was coming closer, I was thrilled. Its extremely clean, the staff is always accommodating and the layout is perfect. I love the private party option and if you can do it, I would. You get the entire space for two hours and the staff helps with setup and tear down. It was a tad warm--and they tried to turn the air down but I am not sure if its just that space or I just run hot but the kids had a fun time! They also work with you throughout to keep things flowing. I can not say enough good things about it!

Employees are thieves. I had a party there recently and called when I got home to confirm they found our apple charger and cable. The manager on duty confirmed they have my charger and cable in lost and found. I went in today and the charger is nowhere to be found so now I m out the money for that. I left. I called back to speak with the manager who was extremely rude saying I m calling his employees names because I told him you have a thief working there and that nobody is being held accountable. He told me there s nothing he can do. No solution. He told me to call back later because I m not having a civil conversation. I told him I m not calling names - that a thief by definition is someone who steals and I was stolen from. Something was confirmed there and then magically disappeared. Meaning it was stolen. This place is a joke. Don t waste your money here. Employees are dishonest. Heaven forbid you leave anything valuable behind because it definitely will not be there when you go back to claim it. I expected more from a manager but I guess that s what happens when you have kids working for you.

Wonderful place for a kids party! Hosted my kids party here (ages 1 and 3) in the early heat of the summer. Perfect decision! The kids had a blast. Everything was super clean and super safe. And mom and dad had extra help and hands on board for setting up and coordination. Would HIGHLY recommend!

We recently hosted our daughters birthday party at Bounce N Play and had an amazing experience! The facility is clean, well-maintained, and offers a variety of fun activities for kids of all ages. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting with setup, running the party, and cleanup, which made the whole event stress-free for us. Our guests had a great time, and the kids enjoyed the multi-story play structures, foam pits, and ball pits. Came by for a fun day with my son. There was a field trip and the other kids were a blast. Mitchell, the worker, was running all over the place, playing with the kids, cleaning etc. Dude was dynamite and made sure we all had a memorable time.

I bring my children here often! The second time i was there i bought the 10 passes that time my children ended up sick few days later and i figured hey its a kid place sometimes they are bound to get sick but then the more i brought them the more i realized they were getting sick ALMOST EVERYTIME I TOOK THEM . The last time i took them a few days ago and now my children have hand foot and mouth disease. My children don t go to school nor daycare they don t have many places to be getting sick from so i know for a fact it was here. SANITIZE MORE OFTEN. Will no longer be bringing them sadly after this

This place is amazing! I recently hosted my daughter s party here and she continues to share it was the best birthday ever! Layla & Micah were phenomenal! I had so much anxiety about this gathering but those two young ladies took it away, complete blessing! Thank you so much! They setup, passed out food + drinks & cleaned up! Perfect hostess. AWESOME place to have a party! Janovia our party host was fantastic. They keep the party moving and organized. From helping to set up, cut cake, supervize kids on the floor, clean up, serving or just picking up plates. It made our daughters party so easy on us. The Kids love the whole set! Could hardly drag them away and lure them in with sweets and cake. Definitely recommend
