I recently had an extremely disappointing interaction at your establishment. Despite being a frequent visitor, I was subjected to unwelcome treatment by your staff. The lack of explanation for their actions, coupled with their threat to involve law enforcement, left me feeling embarrassed and disrespected. As a paying customer, I expected to be treated with basic decency and respect, but unfortunately, this was not the case. The incident has significantly tarnished my perception of your establishment, and I am deeply disheartened by the lack of accountability for the behavior of your employees. It is distressing to be made to feel unwelcome and targeted for reasons that were not communicated to me. I sincerely hope that this review serves as a reminder of the impact that such experiences can have on customers. Respect and fair treatment should be fundamental principles upheld by all staff members, regardless the circumstances

Its ok for a slot room, however the security is too Gung ho about loitering, sometimes folks dont come to gamble, they come to socialize and they are very rude about kicking people off the property if they arent actively spending money

I really enjoy the games and most of the staff. But I have had nothing but bad experiences with the owners. I dont understand why they dont value their customers more but after dealing with an owner tonight in Temple who doesnt even speak to his customers or his staff when he shows up. I wont be returning to this establishment. I come in contact with a lot of gamers and will definitely tell them of my experiences here.
