They have vastly improved their service. The young lady at the register was extremely polite and professional. The restaurant was very clean. I hadnt been back in years, so this was a welcomed change.

It was pretty late when I came, and am new to TX. My family and I, spent a good hour on the touch screen ordering my food lol To my surprise, not one thing went wrong. Im actually very impressed with their accuracy and the time spent on making my food. I would rather someone take the time making sure everything is correct and fresh, then rush and it be sloppy and items being missed. I tend to add and remove things on my orders to personalize more to my liking. Personalizing my food, in return, I spend more money, however, to me, you get what you pay for. So thank you to the Taco Bell crew as I was so amazed in the outcome when seeing my finished order. I only took a picture of my order, but, my families was just as good

I usually don t have a problem with Taco Bell but tonight I ordered a Catina Chicken bowl and found an open yellow paper clip in my food. It was embedded in the last two bites of chicken I had I actually think someone did this on purpose - i more taco bell for me! Thank goodness I was eating slow

I have been here many times and it always comes down to the staff. There are many Employees that make this place welcoming. Lately I have been having issues with my orders. On a previous visit there were problems of quantity. When I call you can t get thru. Once I went in another visit the employee told me I need a receipt but I was never given one. I told her I can show my payment online but that wasn t an option after just missing a burrito I let it go. This last time I went they notified me there was no more beef so I replied with chicken is fine, however I was up charged for it; which makes since but I was doing it as a compromise not as a desire. Who orders hard shell tacos in chicken? I tried the new nuggets and the picture will speak for itself. I tried to call but they were close once I got home. Maybe I got some late pieces but the rocks I received should have been thrown away. I opened them to see if any were good enough to eat.

Now I know inflation is at a high , but charging $1.10 for some sour cream on each taco on party pack is insanity ! Diabolical .. it went from 20.49 to 33$ .. This box used to be 13$ .usually you up the quality a little if you wanna change the price that drastically. It s the same quality tacos as 8 years ago .. yeah homemade tacos would have been cheaper . Now I know .

Went there today for my lunch break, evidently they only care for the drive through and Doordash orders. Someone took my order and I waited a whole 20 minutes before they brought my order up, at that point I told them I wanted a refund. I will not be coming back to this location no more.

You order on a screen and your name is called when ready. By the time you move up to the counter, the human is gone so its hard to rate service since an automatron could take over. The dining room isnt cleaned. The drink station is a splash zone mess and had no syrup just carbonated water for several drink options. The food was what we ordered with correct customizations and was hot. The produce within was obviously fresh.

Google says they open at 9 AM. The door says they open at 10 AM The app will let you place an order at 9 AM but you can t pick it up until whenever they decide to open. That needs to be fixed. I was in a big truck so I had to park across the street the other side of the red line and I walked over there did not get my food and now I have to wait for a refund. I called and the lady said that they re going to try and open soon

Havent had Dr.Pepper on the app in over a week. Like hello? Cant eat there if yall dont have my drink. Also always check ur food, this place is decent portion sizes but they have messed up my order or forget to give me something quite a bit. 5/8/23 - Update went last week they have Dr.Pepper but the app or online doesnt you have to request it when you get there smh 6/12/2023 Update: Well they are now 1 star, went to get food, and i guess somehow the app messed up when updating and made the meat i wanted on the side ON it. Well okay thats not their fault thats mine. But they forgot the taco when they gave it to me it had lettuce and sour cream, so i didnt see the sour cream and said hey this is supposed to be no lettuce also, they handed it back i didnt check till i got in car and it had sour cream. I was so furious at this point though... i tried to be nice enough about it when i was trying to explain it to them... i was so frustrated at that point that i just left with both messed up tacos. The Chalupa and burrito were to have extra meat. one had the extra meat the other didnt. Maybe the app mess up with it not being on the side but they kept trying to act like it was all my fault. I have had many mess ups at this location but this was by far the worst ever. It seems like the people there cant read. Even if the meat on the side was my fault they forgot the taco and forgot the extra meat on one and the extra fries on the other. And then proceeded to hand me 2 messed up tacos. This is why i havent been here in a month they always mess up. Like i have worked in service industries its not that hard to read an order. At this point ill go for my free reward and their nacho fries but nothing else anymore or for a long time. 7/22/2023 They always mess up something lately... the app i choose meat on the side and it doesnt say that. So id have to call up there to make sure they put it on the side. Also I dont eat here unless there is a really good coupon etc, the amount of times they messed up my food and the way they barely put anything on the food anymore isnt worth it without coupons.

I ordered off doordash and got a chalupa with no tomatoes as well as a cruchwrap with no tomatoes and then a deluxe box with a Baja blast. When received my order i was not happy. I wish I could leave no stars at all....I really tried to give this restaurant a chance but its almost everytime I come here its a issue with the food. Why call back an speak to a manager just be told to come back at a later date for free food thats 9 Xs out of 10 going to be messed up as well.... I just came here for lunch. I went through the drive through. The employees were fast, kind and friendly and there wasnt a wait! I ordered a Mexican pizza and 2 supreme soft tacos with a dr pepper. The veggies were really cold and the tacos were stuffed! The Mexican pizza was good but a piece of it had nothing on it so that sucked but over all, it was good!

Ordered drinks via the app they were out of the syrup to make one. The woman at the window offered me other options I made a suggestion which she agreed to then when the drink was handed over she made a comment saying her boss said this is going to be the only time they can make the accommodation. The comment was unnecessary and this is why I stopped coming to this location even though it s closer to my house. The management here sucks I feel bad for the workers.

I asked for the vegan menu or plant based items like Beyond Meat. I know Taco Bell has these items as Ive been before. The lady was rude claiming shes never heard of that before and claims to have worked years at Taco Bell. I went there today after 10 A.M. The sign says that they open at 10 but the doors were locked and there were chairs lined up in front of the doors! Didnt even look like they planned to open. There were about five cars in the parking lot; my guess is the employees vehicles. But there was no sign of those doors being opened soon. If they wanted people to use the drive-thru only, they should post it on the door. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I drove to the Taco Bell on 7540 Bellfort Ave. instead. SMH

I guess almost every time I ask and confirm on the screen no jalapeño sauce gets transferred into extra jalapeño sauce, not even one bite without it! Update and fast forward to 4/9/2022 first time inside since covid and its messy and dirty, drink spilled on floor covered with a wad of napkins, spent almost 45 mins inside eating,one customer told 2 different people about the spill with no response of cleaning it up,it was there before I arrived and still there when I left,food on the floor,dirty tables, ps it was not busy at all, only 3 customers have been inside since I was here and prob 8-9 cars through the drive thru total,so no excuse of the laziness for cleaning,especially after being called out on the mess. Went there around 9pm on a Friday. Huge line (8-10 cars), no big deal, fine waiting. After 10-15 mins a worker comes out to each car stating the manager said cash only, and food may take 45 mins to cook... what food takes that long to cook at taco bell? Feel like they just wanted to get some customers out of the line. Isnt the first time having issues at this location. Tonight was the last straw and rather drive out of the way to another taco bell.

We got stuck in drive thru lane for 30 minutes and couldnt pull out. A manager walked out(quit). Sometimes the food is mediocre at best. Its a good buzz-munchie place. This location is the absolute worst! Something is missing or wrong on my order every single time, everything except my nachos was upside down in the bag this time, and they NEVER put the sauce I order in the bag. Rumor has it the 3rd time is the charm, well this is the FIFTH order that is wrong. If it wasnt the only place that sells Baja blast Id literally never get food from this location again.

Ordered a Beefy Melt Burrito and nacho fries. The burrito is supposed to have beef, cheese, rice, sour cream, and tortillas strips. This is not at all, not even close to what I ordered, plus I asked for no sour cream. The nacho fries were not fresh, not even made within the hour. They were soggy and were probably sitting out for most of the night. The only thing they got right was the small Baja blast I ordered. Only reason they aren t getting 1 star is because the drive-thru cashier had great customer service.

Goods food, but I want be going back due to the nasty attitude and lack of customer service. On 3/10/2022 I understand the short staff problem but you should acknowledge every customer that walk in and not just pass by and say they need to use the kiosk

This is how I received my food. 2 napkins and one of them on the top had sauce on it. They charged me $2.29 extra for avocado ranch on my crispy chicken Taco but I do not see or taste it.
