Rowlett Station is the best, most beautiful place I ve lived as an adult in an apartment complex. I enjoy meeting my neighbors in the hallways, parking lot or elevator. everyone is so kind. but it begins with the office staff, maintenance & above all others, Miss Karen Morello!! who always shares her mega watt smile. she is caring, attentive. goes above & beyond to help her tenants with any issue or situation that arises. she promptly does what she can & or has her staff on task right away. and communicates with us efficiently. If you want a quiet, beautiful, well ran complex. come call rowlett station home!

**WARNING** Hidden rental fees which drive your rent price up far more than what they advertise. Their grace period is literally 2 days. If you pay rent on the 4th of the month rather than the 1st they will charge you $150.00 late fee. Regardless of a holiday falling inside this period. They also only accept payment for the entire amount due in one transaction. You can t separate your payments with different cards. 1st day we moved in our apartment smelled like an ash tray and multiple appliances were broken. Most places would check on these types of things before bringing in a new tenant. Find somewhere else to call home. Trust me on this one.

The modern apartments here are truly stunning, and the atmosphere in the community is welcoming and inviting. The staff is not only nice, but theyre also incredibly knowledgeable and always ready to assist. The balcony overlooking the pool is one of my favorite spots, and the co-working space is perfect for peaceful study sessions with complimentary Wi-Fi. The overall cleanliness is top-notch, which I really appreciate. And lets not forget the added bonus of enjoying a free vanilla latte whenever I want.

I really appreciate living here. Its been over a year since Ive lived here. They have great service and are very helpful for any questions. They also throw random residential events for everyone who lives here. Sometimes they have fun raffles. Today they have a pool party for all residents and food is provided. I love the gym and study spaces they offer. The space itself is clean most of the time, definitely could be cleaner - this is due to the residents not picking up after themselves. Only con I have is that the grill has been broken for a very long time and still isnt fixed, but apparently the staff explained that it was bc its hard to make a deal with the maintenance.

Where do I start with this place: 1 First of all, there are some very rude and threatening neighbors in the building. They will watch you as you walk your dog and scream at you for no reason. The hallways always smell like pee, and the safety signs are always falling. One time an exit sign, fell on my head, and I reported to them, and they didn t even acknowledge it. It got fixed a couple of days later. Also, there was what appeared to be a leak in my living room and they just painted over it. I didn t know much about leaks at the point, but later learned that was a really bad sign of something wrong, especially over winter weather. 2. There s no parking. You have to register to park in the street. If you come home late, you have to walk really far home, and lately there have been a lot of activity of homeless individuals and some sketchy people around. My neighbor even told me someone tried getting into his apartment. Every time I would come home, I would run really fast and scared. 3. I had an item stolen from my home and I reported it to police and management. I sent 3 emails and more than 3 calls to the office and nobody responded. The only people with access was maintenance to fix a maintenance request I had. When I met with the manager she stated that she didn t read the emails and nobody informed her. I also asked her to inform the community, so they could know and be on alert, and she said that she couldn t do that. This item posed a great safety risk to however stole it and that left me baffled. There s also a police report and nobody knew or cared to look. 4. After moving out, I received a statement so outrageous that I emailed them countless times to revise it. From a new water filter for the fridge for the new resident to use, to water usage per unit, even though, I was no longer physically living in the home. They bill per unit and not usage, so that s important to keep in mind. You re paying for someone else s usage. 5. I also got charged for trash and other items that were unlawful and nowhere in the lease, including the trash, which I paid as valet trash and water filter. There was nothing in the lease agreement. 6. Last but not least, the former resident care team, always replies by saying all the charges are validated without even doing the research. In addition to that, they never call or respond. My last resort was to submit a BBB complaint and see if they respond. It s really sad that they are trying to do this to me as for reporting the incident (which is my duty as a concerned citizen for other s lives). Before this, they didn t have an issue with me being a resident. Even with all the different managers they had.

Do not do an application here I recently went to the property didn t bother to look at the reviews cause they re nice I also ignored a current resident that said do you plan on moving in I said yes she then said Don t do it . But wished I did look at them and listen to the current resident. I came in to do an application after I paid my money which was 330$ to run an application and for the admin fee. It was the hardest to get in touch with someone I left multiple emails and called over and over when I finally got someone I got Asia I asked her could I please speak to Selena she said what s the problem I ignored that statement she made cause I was just wanting updates on my application she kept talking over me and her tone was getting louder I specifically said I m trying my best to be professional with you but you re cutting me off and being disrespectful. Again can I please speak to Selena since she is my leasing agent who helped from the jump she sarcastically laughed and put me on hold for 10 minutes I finally got Selena and asked her what is the hold up with my application and why is no one responding she later said when the application comes back we will give you a call and she wasn t trying to answer any of my questions I then went in and mentioned well Asia just told me that y all are missing a paystub I just want to make sure yall didn t mess up on my application she kept beating around the bush and rushing me off the phone then later put me on another 10 minute hold . Next day comes I called 5 times to tell them to go ahead and cancel the application cause I don t feel comfortable staying there due to the disrespect I was given from Asia and Unprofessionalism . I also called Selena twice and she keeps passing the phone over to someone else . I was really excited to move in but they ruined the entire experience. And they did not even put my application in cause usually I get notified when people run my credit and did not get that. Y all are better off waiting on new management or finding somewhere else to go .

The apartment units themselves and the amenities are quite nice, the staff is mid (office staff taking care of problems but also not responding to inquiries to let you know they received it, and maintenance being timely but failing to properly fix simple issues), but some of the other residents are AWFUL. There have been times where people were throwing parties at TWO IN THE MORNING and the courtesy officer tried to fix the issue but failed. Other neighbors are loud and obnoxious for no reason by blasting music any time of day they deem fit. Ive been kept up by loud music, disrupted from work or relaxation mid day (because yes, you can hear it in the workspace amenity the apartment offers), and no one does or says anything. I understand there is no rule about noise during the day, but no one has done anything even after 10pm, which is not only community quiet hours, but also quiet hours by city ordinance. If you can overlook the terrible neighbors, this would be a place you can live. If not, stay away!! Update: There is now no way to contact the courtesy officer and none of the emails I sent have ever gotten a response. I know they changed management, but I followed exactly how they wanted emails to be sent in and never got any response from anyone about anything. If you want to be kept up at night by people swimming and being obnoxious at 2am, your neighbors banging above, below, or beside you causing your unit to shake, or get no response from management, this is the place to go.

My move in experience was good Emerly was great and very help! The towing wrong cars and the apartment complex doesn t do anything about. You can t have a visitor more than 3 consecutive days after that you have to pay $6.00. They don t put that no where in the lease where you have to pay the $6. They don t update you on anything or notify about any changes. The apartment is nice but the communication in the front office when you need things in black and white is unacceptable.

I visited Rowlett Station Apartments on Saturday, July 6th. Selena greeted me with a warm greeting and a friendly smile . I ve looked at 3 apartments in Rowlett and this was by far, the BEST! The unit I saw was the studio gorgeous, spacious, plenty of natural light, and the small details made the space feel like a luxury hotel! Moved into this complex 2 years ago, when it had opened. Initially it was a good spot, biweekly property maintenance. Quick response to tickets for in home maintenance. Now that there s a new company that owns it, multiple different managers hired and in house staff, things have dropped off sadly. Months to get a washing machine looked at, weeks to get an air filter changed the list goes on. Thin walls in the building you can hear everything. That ain t even the worst of it unfortunately. Upon moving out you will not get your deposit given back. Multiple charges for trash disposal and we left the place spotless. Not a piece of trash. We had a 400$ deposit. Somehow this facility claims we owe an additional 670$. Steer clear of this complex It s your hard earned money. No quality explanation can be offered behind all their fees.

This place is miserable. A door handle has been missing for weeks (and many of the others don t work, and have been pointed out to the front desk and it s still not fixed), packages almost always bounce (even Amazon), the noise from street traffic is horrible and full of loud engines revving on purpose, and the management doesn t do anything about any noise complaints. It took over a week to get our AC fixed and we not only put in a work request, but also had to email and speak to the front desk in person. They will not solve any problems you have. Save yourself from this place, it s too expensive of rent to be full of this many problems. Updated: Not to mention the dog poop left in the halls several times, the doors always propped open and the lack of parking anywhere.

They charging $700 for carpet when i paid 500 for pet deposits and $75 every month for my dog for 3 years. Also they are charging me $175 for cleaning when i had it cleaned before i left (i have pictures) so with all of these petty move out charges bringing the total to $1400 TO MOVE OUT . And they even offered me no rent increase to stay literally such a joke. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE

I honestly hate having to leave such a low rated review for this place. When I first moved in August 2022 this place was paradise. Since then management has changed countless times under three different corporations. Now, RPM Living has severely ruined the experience living here. I ve never lived in such a poorly managed location. The entire complex is dirty, poorly maintained, residents are rude, the office provides rude/insufficient answers (today was the first time I actually got an answer from them that was satisfactory, thank you Jaleesa for that). Every bill I ve gotten has had some type of error in it, my rent fluctuated for several months (I never got any straight answer for that), and despite paying for high bandwidth internet I was consistently having issues (this may be more spectrums side of things rather than the complex s - in which case I d rather just see the complex switch to community wifi). There s a monthly amenity fee while the amenities are RARELY maintained. The dog park and neighboring courtyard are constantly dirty, and there s holes under the fences where the dogs can run out. The pool gets very dirty. The gym has barely been open in my OVER A YEAR time there. The rooftop sky lounge always smells bad. The stairwells constantly have trash thrown about. It s honestly difficult to tell where bad management ends and where bad neighbors begin. This complex s only saving grace is the Maintenance Crew. They are truly amazing. I ve never had a request sit for more than 24 hours. And every request is fulfilled efficiently. I ve never been happier to move out of anywhere. I look forward to not living here anymore.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! This is after 1 year of living here! If I could give my review a negative stars I would. I lived here for a year renewed my lease then things just started to get WORSE. They got new management didn t tell anyone about the new changes. Got my car towed after living here a year. They didn t tell me about the new towing enforced. Had to pay $420 to get my car back. Had extra charges on my rent that wouldn t be refunded. They DONT have enough parking unless you stay in building 1. They DONT notify you of the changes they are making and they DONT respond to emails!!. It s looks nice but it s not once you live here. If I was you KEEP LOOKING ELSEWHERE!!!

2/25/24: My stepdaughters are getting ready to get their first apartment. Their mom and I took a tour today (2/21/24) and we met with Selena. She was super friendly and professional. We walked through the property, Selena took her time showing us the amenities, and we didnt feel rushed. Parking can be an issue if guest arent registered. The property looks very well maintained, and is centrally located. There are plenty of restaurants and fast food places nearby. Selena made us feel welcomed as new residents, and she answered all of our questions. There were plenty of amenities available, and it seems like the property is very well taken care of.

Y all want to live in a place like this?!!! Updating my review! My husbands car was hit in the apartment parking lot in a hit-and-run accident. We immediately filed a police report and reached out to the leasing office for assistance. This is where our frustration began. The communication from the leasing office has been inconsistent and unreliable. Weve received conflicting information about security camera footage and whether it could help identify the responsible party. Its disheartening to feel like our concerns are not being taken seriously and that the leasing office might be less than forthcoming with information. One of our primary concerns is the lack of transparency regarding the security camera footage. While we understand that the camera may not be positioned to capture the incident directly, its concerning that the management seems unwilling or uninterested in checking the footage to see if any helpful information could be gleaned from it. This lack of diligence in investigating a hit-and-run incident on the property is disappointing and raises questions about the overall security and management of the complex. Adding to our frustration, we noticed a Jeep Wrangler parked in front of my husbands car the night before it was hit. While we cannot definitively connect this vehicle to the incident, its information that we shared with the leasing office in hopes of aiding their investigation. The financial impact of this incident has been significant for us. The damage to my husbands car required $3,000 in repairs, and while we have insurance, making a claim will increase our premiums and cost us more in the long run. We strongly believe that the responsible party for the hit-and-run should be held accountable for the damage they caused. We would appreciate more transparency and a more proactive approach from the leasing office in addressing this matter. A hit-and-run incident is not only a personal inconvenience but also a security concern for all residents. We hope that the management takes this matter more seriously moving forward and assists in finding the responsible party.

If I could give 0 stars I would, they got my car towed away that was already registered, I had to pay $440 plus the bumper that the tow truck broke, if you go to the office they wont solve anything, report broken pipes in the bathroom, lights not working and they never resolved anything, I just want the contract to end and leave, if you want to live well, escape from these apartments!!! You re better off sleeping in your car, that is if they haven t towed it AGAIN.

I was in love with our apartment until our car got towed away after 2 months of staying here. They did not tell us when we moved that we need to register our car. They sent us an email full nonsense adverts and then the important information in the middle of that nonsense. The towing people saw us coming out of our car they waited untill we went inside the apartment. That is the information i expect to see in elevators. Or get an important email about. Even if you prove that you stay here, they told us we still have to pay the full amount. I feel like someone is benefiting from this towing company. Otherwise, the management would make enough effort to warn their tenants. I am upset and disappointed.

I love my apartment at rowlett station so much. It s literally my favorite accommodations of my life. To the amazing staff that is always helpful & kind. Lead by Jaleesa Montgomery a phenomenal Manager who handles every task with care and efficiency. To my trash being valeted out everyday. If they re not making any effort to help you get your stolen vehicle of 4 months taken care of, they ll tow you out of your own parking spots you pay for!! Worst apartment complex I ve ever lived in, and the little blonde headed girl with the white Stanley cup at her computer desk in the front leasing office was nothing short of rude and hateful. Coming in to edit that the apartment complex has had two false fire alarms in the last week and have offered no explanation to why they can t keep their system working correctly. God forbid I bare minimum be allowed to relax in my apartment!!

I have been living here for almost a two years now. For the first 2 year this place was amazing but sadly it is not anymore. I found my vehicle stolen this morning. The increasing number of homeless people in the parking lot late at night has also increased. Just tonight after being dropped of I seen a lady shot up next to the dumpster. Homeless try to get in the apartment complex due to the cold weather. The door are constantly getting broken in. I will edit this post in the morning and upload photos. This apartment complex is not safe for kids until they fix this problem.

I have been wanting to leave a review for this place but I wanted to wait until I ve lived here a bit longer. I moved in August this year and honestly my experience was awesome. I went through a realtor and got a really good deal on a 1 bed and the office staff has been absolutely lovely to talk to. It s really hard to find a place where the management is kind and so far I have had nothing but good things to say about them, the maintenance, and my neighbors. I had a small ant problem when I first moved in and they treated it the next day as well as minor maintenance issues I marked down on my move in sheet. My biggest reasons for not giving it 5 stars would be a mixture of parking and how thin the walls are. Even with the new system in place it is so hard to find a spot and if I m in my room I can hear my neighbors having a conversation through my wall. I think some of the reviews about the small pest problems are a little unfair considering these all seem to be first floor apartments. Unfortunately when you are on a ground floor you are gonna be more susceptible to household pests, but if you ask for a pest control treatment the apartment is fairly quick about it .

I toured this apartment six months ago, and I ve been living here for the past three months. From the very first visit, my wife and I knew that this was the place we had been praying for. Fran was the one who gave us our tour, and we couldn t have felt more welcome! She is incredibly joyful and has been so helpful to us from the start. Recently, I had the pleasure of meeting Selena, who also works here. Her communication has been lightning fast, especially when I needed to switch my air filter. Sometimes, when I see people touring the place, I have the urge to jump in and say, Stop searching; this place is where it s at! But I worry that I might come across as a bit eccentric. So far, we are absolutely loving our apartment, and the courteous employees here are a significant plus!

When I first moved in this place was great. A few days after that, they switched management / sold and a whole new team took over. My billing has been wrong every single month since I moved in. Complaints go unanswered. Parties in the pool until well after midnight. These are the noisiest apartments I have ever lived in, so much so that Ive had to purchase speakers to mount on my bed above me in the hopes that I can get some sleep. Quiet hours (per our lease) are from 10pm-7am, but NO ONE will be enforcing this at any point, so you may as well live it up! My upstairs neighbor sure does! I have not been sleeping here for over a week due to the noise - and continue to pay rent. I will not renew here. The apartments are overpriced, the grounds are not maintained or cleaned, they are loud and cheaply built, they turn over staff like theyre popcorn, they dont enforce their own rules (unless it comes to you wanting to leave, then theyll make sure to stick to their own rules), quiet hours are a suggestion, cars get broken into, gas gets siphoned, bikes get stolen from the lockers, dog park is filthy, bill is always incorrect, new fees show up at random, parties are held at the pool with dozens of unsupervised kids (there is a rule for only 2 guests per resident that also is not enforced)., management is retaliatory and constantly shifting in and out, I am currently unable to sleep in my unit because the dragging, banging and slamming above me at all hours of the night., the bbqs never have propane and one has been broken for months, the gym is constantly flooded during and after storms, my unit is constantly filled with insects, the police are here constantly, the courtesy officer does not seem to do anything for any resident Ive spoken to. The security systems don t work and the call boxes do not either. Parking for building 2 is brutal as the lot is very far. When I first moved in people were incentivized to leave good reviews for gift cards (Sep/Oct 2022) - the current company (RPM) has not done this, but you can see since they took over, the reviews have dramatically shifted to the negative. I have refrained from leaving this review under the guise that management would be helpful... As it turns out, my worst experience thus far has been with the regional manager of RPM living, Chelsea. I will update this review if and when things are solved, but until then, the public should know my experience. As promised - updating my review. I can really tell they are trying to improve things. lots of communication going out regularly. Patrick has been very helpful. I will not renew, but I can tell the new management is taking things seriously and I really hope this place continues to improve. Well, Patrick also left or got fired - so whatever agreements he made to keep some of us happy are now out the window. You are seriously risking your health and safety and well being moving in here. Please head my warning, Im not joking here.

I lived here over a little over a year. Like the other reviews have stated it seems the lower floors have tons of spider and ants all over place.The negatives are as stated below 1) the spiders/ants 2)no parking at night in building 3 you would have to park across the street 3)maintenance does the job but not well.(hade to call about the same problem 3times) 4)gym is practically hard to be able to use due to the amount of people in there at one given moment. On move out date I recorded a video of the place to be able to prove any damage or cleaning was not needed after move out within reasonable usage. And they hit me with a 800$ cleaning service fee!!! Personally I would not recommend this place due to amount of rent you pay for a single room & the inconvenience that come with it.

I LOVEE the resident events they are so thoughtful and fun! The management team Selena and Jalessa are a wonderful team who always think of their residents. I lived here for 8 months and there s been 3 different managers. I had a fire ant infestation problem. Come to find out they were crawling in through cracks in the baseboard of the building so whoever constructed this building did a terrible job. The fire ants bit me and my ESA. Absolutely furious! The amount of pest control complaints I ve filed is unacceptable. I ve had fire ants, roaches, grasshoppers, and spiders. The 2nd manager told me that I ve filed so many pest control complaints that I can break my lease all I have to do is pay $3,000. Pay $3,000 when it s the property s fault?! They clearly rushed this build and this place is cheaply built. I went to open my patio door and the door handle just fell off. That s ridiculous. You hear everything these walls are so thin. I filed 5 noise complaints. Some neighbors are so inconsiderate it s like they are letting anyone live here now. I just want some peace and sleep. Then other neighbors kept throwing up on my patio. How old are we?! It s been one thing after the other here! Then they want to keep adding on additional charges to our rent/monthly bill. There s 3 different fees for trash. A trash admin processing fee is absurd. The current manager Jaleesa has been more helpful. Marshall is a great lead maintenance man. He s been the only thing consistent about this place. But it s just been absolute hell here. I ve never had a worse living experience. $1,600 a month to deal with all this is a joke. And I had a package stolen. I m not renewing. I can t wait to leave

My boyfriend and i have been living in these apartments about 4 months almost 5 maintenance is very good only thing is i would like for them to let me know they went into my home but other then they they do a really great job,i had an ant problem but realized texas is just like that so i decided to order something for ants from amazon and ants were gone after 15-20 minutes and have been gone since,we have experienced fire drill and everyone quickly walks out im glad it doesnt just let your own apartment know but it lets everyone know too in order to be safe,lastly the only big problem i might have with these apartments is the grass,dog park, people here dont clean up after their dogs some have big dogs that poop very huge if they wanted a big dog then deal with it and pick it up,but that is literally the only problem i have here my pets could get something from another pets waste not that they are sick but its just to be careful because neighbors also have pets too.but we absolutely love it here everyone i have met is very friendly and it is super quiet i love it.

I Just got off the train leAving from Rowlett Station. When I got on the train I came in contact with this rude security guard which I did not trust. I think he was bad news. He ask me for my ticket which really he had no right to do at that point. He looked like he thought I did not have one. I always have one and am very insulted at his actions. I was planning on leaving my review when we moved out but Ive absolutely had it with this place...They are making us live in an ant ridden apartment for 4 days and that could turn into 5 because he said they may get to us Tuesday or Wednesday, they cant tell me a day. I came home to my apartment Saturday afternoon with ants on my walls ants all over the floor, and my poor service animal went to lay in her bed as soon as we came home once I had the chance to walk to the living room area I noticed she was laying in her bed covered with ants!! She has bites all over her, I feel so bad because there is absolutely nothing we can do, because we can afford to stay In a hotel because we just paid rent the day before and they charged us for pest control when we never even used it before until we needed it the next day how ironic... They have all kinds of hidden fees that they dont tell you about when you move in and they amount you pay goes up every month from different fees. We are paying more for trash then our own water bill!! How ridiculous is that! The dog park is so full of poop, you can smell it from your balcony, and your dog will step in it because it is everywhere...when we first moved in the apts where very dirty, recently tho the cleaning lady has started to clean more which is good, especially since ya know we pay rent. Just also wanted to warn of the false advertising they do for their first floor plan on their website its says its a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom, when you show up they inform you that its their studio. And the one drawer you have in the kitchen cant even fit a silverware divider, you literally have to keep them on the counter, just so happens ants get there too!! If we could move out now we would, unfortunately we are stuck here until December when our lease is up... Every person Ive talked to that lives here arent happy, our friends that live in the other building told us their elevator has been broken since they moved there 3 months ago, also wanted to mention the maintenance will enter your apartment with or without your permission and not even give you a notice that why where there! Another situation we had was my husband left his key in the apartment and ran to the store he came back and he was locked out!! The maintenance man noticed my husband was walking back and went there to let him in... if he wasnt locked out we would have never known they where in our apartment because they left no notice! If you want to be miserable in your life I definitely recommend these apartments...

Come to the property and ask any tenant who lives here these 5 star reviews are probably paid reviews because you can literally ask anyone who lives here about the conditions. Our elevator is CONSTANTLY out of service, the door to our building is now broken and now one can get in without placing a rug in between the entryway. What s the point of paying for security?!? We complain and they ignore us . The new management has taken everything they can AND STILL charges us more. They raised my rent $120 after my first year. This will be my last lease with them.

READ YOUR LEASE BEFORE SIGNING!!!!!! Your privacy is not protected!!!!!!! The leasing mgr entered my apt. without notice and while I was not home. However, my teenage daughter WAS home alone. She is instructed not to open the door to anyone so the mgr felt it appropriate to let herself in. My daughter called me to tell me she heard someone come in but wasn t sure. When I came home, I found a notice taped on the inside of my door. I called to complain and I was told that they have the right to enter my apt at anytime and are not required to give notice before or after. I am now double checking my locks and worried at any point they will try to come inside my apt again. I am editing my review because of this specific incident. Grounds are dirty. You will find the same trash left in the exact spot for days at a time. They charge a $15 a month amenity fee when they can t even fix the plumbing in the dog wash station. The dog park REEKS of urine. Even though texas is not a legal state you will smell the distinct odor of marijuana smoke coming from apartments. Office staff is rude. NEVER returns any phone calls. There s been so much turn over, you have no idea who you will encounter in the office. They treat residents poorly and wonder why half the complex is empty. The apartments are way overpriced, poorly constructed. Dirty used pads. Don t worry, it will take days for maintenance to clean it up.

When I first moved in things were great, until about 2 weeks ago. I ve noticed how cheaply made and rushed these apartments were. The locks on my front door weren t aligned, I was missing a wheel in the dishwasher, and the paint was chipping on my bedroom door. I m not sure if anyone else is have a little bit of a spider problem but I ve killed about 7 spiders so far. I believe they are coming from the vents but I am not sure. Next thing is the door coming into the building doesn t know if it wants to work or not. I can hear and feel when people are tugging on the door and it s quite loud and annoying. Also, the dog park. The dog park I think is really cute but hearing them early in the morning 8amish to about 10amish is kind of a pain. I really wish owners wouldn t let them bark all morning/night when people like me are trying to rest especially after a long day of work. And lastly the pool. We have one very small pool for 3 buildings and it s often full. It would ve been smarter to put one on both sides but it is what it is. Overall I cannot say I am fully satisfied, but everyone here is nice and this is a great community to be in. UPDATE: I m really upset that I signed a new lease with these apartments but I had no choice. It is absolutely RIDICULOUS that I pay $1900+ for a ONE BEDROOM IN ROWLETT . when I can literally hear a conversation through the paper thin walls. I m saddened that Rowlett Station sold the company to RPM. Since the changes have been made Rowlett Station has gone downhill TREMENDOUSLY. They are now charging a $50 amenity fee, for what I have 0 clue the main elevator by the leasing office is ALWAYS down every other day/week, the grounds are not maintained how they used to be, the pool has been dirty the past couple of times I ve been, the clubhouse doesn t have any wifi, the door to the main building STILL slams against the building, the stairwells are FILTHY I can go on and on about the apartments downfall but I ve made my points. I can t wait to leave these cheaply built luxury apartments next year!

Beautiful apartments and phenomenal amenities! We recently renewed our 2nd year here. It is quiet, peaceful and over all safe. The staff is very kind as well. We havent dealt with a property manager being so communicative or hands on in resolving any matters before Patrick! He made renewing our lease so easy, his customer service is extraordinary. (UPDATE) My issue has been resolved since the unsatisfactory business interaction I received from the previous employee that I worked with. Chelsea empathized with me and made sure she did everything she could to resolve my issue no matter the time frame. Thank you for helping me and not letting this go unnoticed or unresolved. Place is extremely nice and Ted was nice as well then the nightmare came rushing in after paying $420 in admin fees $85 for 2 applicants and $250 for a administrative fee. I was provided with misinformation. I was told one price in a quote for a apartment, AFTER paying fees I was told another price. I literally had to send over my original quote that was sent to me. Then the gut puncher was when I was informed that Ted was no longer with them. My app was tied up due to that. All this happened in a week. Even after the fact of him being let go, no one ever reached back out to let me know where I stood. Apparently he was let go the same day my application was turned in. ( how ironic) I had to call and figure this information out, literally a week later. I was needing a place ASAP. I have a special needs daughter and this has caused me more trouble and set back than I wanted. I called back and I was told I could get a refund in 30-50 days by check!! What?! That s ridiculous. I also provided a address for them to send it out, and was emailed with the incorrect address, which was even more disheartening bc I repeated it numerous times. It feels like a bunch of sales tactic games. Please go elsewhere where the fees aren t ridiculously high to put in a application. Also where the process is explained throughly on their website where you can visually see what you ll be paying and why. No one should ever have to pay $335 to apply for a apartment. The $250 administration fee doesn t apply to anything! If it does that should be explained. This entire situation has been a pain in my journey here in Dallas. I called fraud on my card because I dont trust them and I will never wait to receive money that rightfully belongs to me for services that were never rendered or followed up on until I made the call!! Im disappointed and frustrated.

Carrie and management team were so helpful with my transfer with units. She made the process so smooth and stress free. They will listen to your issues and fix them almost immediately. If anybody is looking for a great place to live, Rowlett Station is the place to be. Thank you again Carrie for all your help!! You are the real MVP!

The experience living here has deteriorated ever since the property was sold and change in management. I have been living at this apartment since 2021. Before change in management, the property was routinely cleaned, weekly reminders of apartment living etiquette when needing to be addressed, and activities/food trucks for residents were frequent. Now, I have not seen a cleaning since change in management. Building 2 halls and stairwells have had dog urine stain for months. Odor is horrendous. Disappointed in this. Will not be extending lease.

Amazing community to live in! Super friendly and helpful staff in the office and maintenance workers. The amenities are phenomenal and close to you, the pool is gorgeous and the dog park is a huge bonus. Has covered parking options, garages and storage options. Have never felt unsafe here and that s a bonus when you have children. Very happy with our decision on this facility.

Im here from 2 weeks the apartments very clean, safe, and Amazing staff they are friendly and helpful. The location very good: (Close to Rowlett station, Walmart, and many restaurants those you will like them. Im thinking to stay here for years. Highly recommend!

Great location, great staff who will constantly keep you informed about office closure, bad weather etc. and who will quickly respond to your maintenance needs, amenities are very useful and always well kept, and upon move out they will not charge you for minor things if you leave the apartment in good condition. I had a great time living here. 10/10.

Great place to live if you are looking for a quite and calm atmosphere this is your spot. The whole team is very nice and goes beyond to help. Where they placed the apartments they picked a great location because so many stores are near. The huge windows were nice had so much natural light barely used lights. View was the best feature for me. The only suggestion I have is it would be nice if they had another pool a little bigger.

I love it here! Ted and Yadi are amazing. I have lived here a little over two months now, the amenities are great and always taken care of by their staff. Its a quiet and secure apartment complex and I could not be happier!

First Id like to say Ive move from Wisconsin to Texas and this is my first apartment in Texas. I love it! Its everything I need here. Theresa has been helping me every step of the way. I had job problems once I moved here and was struggling for a while, but I got it together super fast and Im just so happy that she didnt give up on me. I love it here, I feel safe and Rowlett and Texas is a friendly change from where I am from. Looking forward to my life journey in Texas. And also, All office staff is top notch, and respectful to me every time I come into contact with each individual.

was told deposit is refundable, went through whole application process, and then wasn t approved and they didn t refund the deposit. so unless you know for sure you re able to be approved don t pay any fees as they are not refundable and never stated in any paperwork or lease agreement that the deposit is non refundable.
