This was my first visit ever to Raising Canes (no I dont live under a rock ). I was very impressed. When I made mention of being a first timer, the cashier took the time to explain the menu and the different ways I could order. I ended up choosing to get my chicken naked and my bread (bob - butter on both sides). It was delicious. The chicken was great, the slaw delicious, and the fries were sooo good. The cashier and the time she put into ensuring my visit was a good one definitely made my experience there a wonderful one!

The chicken fingers and fries have shrunk a lot in size and they serve them in smaller boxes, so we dont notice. This is not right you re charging almost $10 for it. I won t recommend this place any longer. The fact that you copy-pasted responses to your reviewers says a lot about your business.

I started not to leave this review, but its been bothering me all night. I came in and placed a to go order, I was already waiting about 15 minutes for a small chicken combo with a drink. An employee (off the clock) than walked in to place a to go order. I waited while over hearing her conversation at the register with the other employees working behind the counter. A manager came from the back and took care of her order. Within 5 minutes her order came out and she left. I finally got my order 10 minutes later.There was no line outside or inside. I waited about 25 minutes for my order. No one acknowledged me standing there waiting patiently, and what hurt the most was knowing a free employee meal came out before a paying customer. I was treatly very poorly at this location just simply based off the customer service. I will never come back to this location in Pearland.

Ive always had good food here but today wasnt good, the tenders were too dry. French fries were cold and I got a lot of them real small and burnt. Wasnt happy with the lady at the drive thru.... I asked for a drink carrier and she handed it out without opening and gave the drinks.

The food was hot and as expected. They were busy, and we had to wait in line as only one register was open, but it was 12:15, so waiting is to be expected. The line moved quickly, and our food was prepared in just a few minutes. Staff was cleaning tables for a swift turnover.

Whenever I visit this place, I notice that the many of the employees have bad attitudes including management. Not only do they take forever to give you your order, but you also have to closely inspect your food because they tend to skimp on portions or even serve you burnt food. I ve seen them chatting amongst instead of focusing on the customer and if you tell them something is wrong with your order they act like they don t listen.

If you are not able to handle a large number of costumers simply close down there was terrible parking lot congestion the line wasnt moving people couldnt get out of their parking spaces after dining in, they were stock Someone from management should of have had the courtesy to come out to work the line logistics or inform the customer on why the delay..nope!! the girls employees were laughing inside. Your full of sugar cane sauce is not so great when your service is not customer-oriented, but who cares right? The more you treat your customers including high prices the more they buy. It sad. This location is terrible. Simple, just terrible.

Last few times I ve gone to this location the food has just not been good or worth the price. The tender sizes are getting more and more pathetic. Calling it a supplier issue seems like a cop out from Cane s side. There s supposed to be SOPs in place to ensure if a batch has small tenders, you get a couple large ones as well as small ones in your order. I haven t experienced this once. They re small, dry, and mostly just breading. The fries have tasted dirty. It s like they re not washed before they re prepared and put into the oil. I paid $17 for a disappointing meal for the last time. I ain t ever going to a Cane s again.

No idea what drink this is but I can tell you what it s not.. Arnold Palmer. We gets canes often and usually do not have bad experiences but tonight everything was off. The drink was green, food was cold and the tenders were way smaller than usual along with missing sauces.

I dare say that this chicken is better than the holy Chick-fil-A but for the portions of these chicken tenders, its a definite. The garlic toast and sweet tea also make this a delicious meal. It can be a bit pricey but in my opinion, in the realm of fast food you cant beat the quality here.

They take zero responsibility for their prepared door dash orders. I ordered 2 of the exact same meal for my kids one night after getting home late from football practice. We received one bag of food. I called the store and the manager just kept repeating to me over and over that they are not affiliated with door dash and Id have to get them to refund me. Then they said they couldnt help me without a physical receipt which I never got and is the stores responsibility to include in my order. I had to order another meal and pay for it again, along with all delivery charges included from door dash. I wound up spending over $50 for two 3-finger combos. Stupid.

Tried it for the 1st time. Just got 4 chicken fingers. They were crunchy with the inside juicy. I ll be back. I wont get their French fries as they are kindle cut and just not my thing. I was able to get a large water which I loved and they didnt charged.

overall, liked eating here. fried chicken tenders are delicious. (nothing else offered) crinkle cut french fries are ordinary, cole slaw has a bland almost bitter taste. (and I normally like almost any slaw) but the sports decor, restaurant cleanliness and service are outstanding.

Just did drive through but the order was perfect, the service was friendly, and it all happened super fast considering they were lined up around the building. Don t forget to always add an extra canes sauce Nevis done is never enough. The chicken is always spot on as well. Much better than the chicken store on the opposite corner of Thai intersection.

I used to be a regular here even though my order was only ever correct 20% of the time. But Ive been cutting back. Today, I asked to substitute my coleslaw for extra fries.
