The service was great. No wait. Leanne was our waitress super friendly and was always on it. We must have went at the most perfect time Sunday after church. It wasn t too busy but let s get into the food! Absolutely delicious, super fresh and authentic. The stuffed mushrooms are a 10 out of 10 highly recommend, must try again. I was full off those and the bread plus salad alone that when my entree came, I couldn t even Will be returning for sure.

They have really good food and service was awesome, I will come back. The margarita was great and the minestrone soup was great, I have to say it was the best Ive tasted in a while. Had the Johnnys combo; with green chili chicken lasagna, chicken parmigiana, and fettuccine alfredo. The green chili chicken lasagna was great, cant mix with Italian food because the flavor clashes. The fettuccine was good, but it could use a little more sauce. Chicken parmigiana was juicy and crispy, great flavor and texture.

The food was ok but not great. The menu did not have prices for some soft drinks, but the waitress knew the current prices. Our appetizer came after our meal and she gave me a plastic fork instead of a metal one. Overall it was not worth the price. At checkout they had one of those obnoxious machines that suggests a huge tip, like minimum 25% and going up from there. We left 20%, but felt insulted by the high-pressure setup where she watches you input the tip in the machine.

My daughter loves pastas, so Carinos nite it was. The place was empty when we visited.. ???It would always be packed before??? Anyways, the food was great, nonetheless. Potato soup was on point. We also had the Classic Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, Spicy Shrimp and Chicken, and 3 Meat Combo Pizza. Draft beer was flat, so I pivoted to bottle. There went happy hour price. My kids tried Italian soda, and they liked it. Our attendant she was ok, but the gentlemen with the beard was more attentive looking for details as he would pass by our table and check up on us even though he wasnt our waiter. Experience.

The food here is overpriced and poor quality, and the service was terrible. Josh, in particular, was extremely rude to us and several other customers as he tried to fix the mess he created. He messed up our order and overcharged us. He, obviously, is an idiot. When we requested a refund of the difference, the manager on duty mistakenly refunded it to another customers card. He then asked us to pay cash so he could refund the whole transaction back to our card. That refund never happened, and the cash seems to have disappeared. He, obviously, is another idiot and a THIEF! It took almost two weeks, repeated calls, and the threat of legal action to get this straightened out because the general manager simply wouldnt return our calls. She, obviously, is also an idiot. After this whole ordeal, we dont just feel unhappy. We feel like we got screwed over by three idiots! How does this place even stay in business?

People really suck here. I came to place a door dash order. No one made an effort to assist me. They didnt even ask me how they could help me. Nothing. I saw the manager and told him I had a door dash order, and he looked away as if I wasnt talking to him, and kept walking. Finally, I brought it to the attention of an employee myself and she attended to me.

Tragedy. Flavor not there. This was my second attempt to see if they can cook tasty food. My first visit was in San Antonio and was disappointed. Worst part is having to pay for this food. I have to admit the bread was great with oil and garlic bits. Chef Boyardee or Spaghettios seems like a better alternative. Even fast food Fazolis is better (in San Antonio and Waco) . I guess Olive Garden will continue to be our favorite Italian place.

We arrived at 210pm. Did not get our drinks until 240pm. We were served the bread dip with a hair in the saucer but dont worry we didnt eat it because we didnt get our bread until 45 minutes later when we got our main meals. The food was bland and underwhelming. The waitress was regularly no where to be found. After getting the bill we waited another 15 minutes before My father tried to get her attention so we could pay. However he was blatantly ignored. He had to go to the host stand to pay just so we could FINALLY leave. The hostes didnt even say anything to us as we left no thank you or have a nice day. I dont recommend going terrible attitudes, terrible service, terrible food quality.

Complete disappointment. Five star prices without the five star service. We arrived at 1104 am (they open at 11). It took a minute to be greeted which wasn t really an issue. After being seated we waited 10 minutes without even being offered drinks. We of course promptly left. Absolutely poor excuse for customer service especially when we were the only customers in the restaurant. This was not our first time here, but I will be our last. It s painfully clear the level of service has become horribly degraded.

The service killed the vibe. Worst dining experience in el paso. Our waiter was bringing out the dishes so fast we could not enjoy them. By the time the entree was served we still had appetizers on the table and were rushing to finish our salad. To make matters worse when we asked for the bill he disappeared for what seemed like 20 minutes and we were left with our boxed meal staring at us like we betrayed it. After all that they give you the little payment thing with the tip question while theyre standing right there. Bro you did a tearable job why do you think the tips should start at 20%.

Our family of ten decided to celebrate my birthday on Sunday, February 25 at the Carinos located on Airways. The restaurant was half empty throughout our meal time. One of the Chefs approached our table stating that he had good news and bad news. He asked how was our meal and proceeded to let us know that we had to leave immediately. Mind you, no signs were placed inside the restaurant with a guest time limit. The Chef claimed that they had a large party who made a reservation and that they needed the room. I am very disappointed in the way we were treated specially on my special day. Even our company has had its Christmas staff party in their facility a few years ago and lasted in the restaurant for hours. I truly wish Macaroni Grill was still open. They treated everyone like family. I will never return to dine to this establishment.

Service was efficient and accurate. No problems there. The food however was hit or miss. The cheesecake left an atrocious taste in my mouth after 1 bite and it immediately went into the trash. However the lemon cake was delicious! My son loved his chicken Parmigiano, i found it bland and the calamari was overcooked and bland. I had the sausage/ chicken skillatini and it was so so. The meat was unseasoned and tasteless, the sauce was red sauce with red pepper flakes and watery. Tiramasu was middle of the road.

Friendly staff, the waitress was attentive. Ordered the calamari and the pepperoni pizza with extra toppings (had no problems with this). The calamari was very delicious and crispy. The pizza came right out the oven and was very toasty and hot. Additionally the orange cream soda was delicious but you need to mix it first ! The raspberry tea was good as well, its a light taste not too sugary (I dont like sugary drinks so it was perfect for me). Overall it was delicious.

I didn t expect much from Italian in El Paso but didn t want bbq Mexican or steak. Prices at this restaurant are reasonable but the food was average. The lasagna portion wasn t overly generous and the meatballs side were not worth the price. Taste was okay but nothing notable. Since this is a chain I m certain it was made at some central facility. Of course I can t prove that so can only say it tasted like it. The sauce was a bit acidic and plain. The meatballs were hard and bland with a texture like previously frozen ones. Or they were over baked. Both items were hot when I got them which is a plus for takeaway. On the plus side Josh taking phone orders was awesome and really represented the restaurant well. In the end my meal wasn t bad just not noteworthy. In the current market it was probably appropriate for the price. I was full when done.

At this price and description I actually expected it to be large enough to at least share with a small child. Look at the pictures and tell me this is $10.99 worth of tiramisu. Bidenomics I guess. Yes for size comparison that is a hotel key card. The pizza was just ok - should have gone to Costco for a slice and an ice cream. Would have been $6.50 vs $25 and higher quality.

Arrived here during Happy Hour and ordered two drinks. One was called Green goblin and I think the other was witches brew or something similar. The drinks were disappointing. They were watered down. The pizza we created our own and they were half off because of happy hour. Pizza wasnt bad it was decent. The crust was slightly crunchy left in too long. Honestly the only reason wed return is to actually try a pasta dish since Ive had better pizza. I will say our waitress Samaria was very sweet and pleasant.

So I told the waiter to make sure that theres plenty of sauce on the noodles because it varies from restaurant to restaurant from cook to cook from plate to plate. But I said I do not want to buy extra sauce or pay for extra. I just want you to make sure that theres enough. As you can see from my reviews I eat out in El Paso all the time and been eating out for 15 years. The manager came over and refused to take it off the bill. She was not customer friendly and she did not care that she would lose a customer. I would fire her if I were the owners of this restaurant. I also didnt complain about all the brown and rotten lettuce in my salad. This is one restaurant to be avoided in El Paso.

I really enjoyed the food. It was outstanding. The staff was great however wait staff needs to give you a little time to read the menu so you dont feel rushed to make a decision. Overall greT. This is one of my must visit places when Im in El Paso.

This was my first time here. I got the bow tie chicken festival and it had way to much garlic. My mouth was just over saturated with garlic and the potato soup was not good it tasted like it was out of a bag. The bread was good though

Decided to celebrate my birthday lunch here as I have never been here before. BIG mistake. This will be the first and last time we visit. As soon as we arrived the environment seemed hostile. The girl who sat us ended up being our server we were a party of 17 but the restaurant was pretty empty. She kept reminding us they closed at 4pm . We arrived at 12:30pm. When we were trying to let her know the checks would be separated before ordering she said she could only separate it for 4 checks. If it were more she couldn t do it. She seemed to be very agitated taking our drink and food order. We would ask for an extra set of utensils or an extra straw she would say ugh damn roll her eyes. When my party would say thank you for something she wouldn t acknowledge them. The food came out cold (not her fault). She was slamming the dishes on our tables while she was picking them up. When asked for boxes she explained they only had small boxes so it would be a mess , miraculously she found 8 bigger boxes. Needless to say were out by 2:50 as to not upset the waitress anymore since they closed at 4pm. This has to be the worst service I have ever received at any restaurant. I understand we were a big party but this is our first time going to a restaurant with a big party and receiving such horrible service.

Nobody greeted us . We got someones attention and still no greet . The server ( little skinny Hispanic boy ) was very rude and impatient with my elderly mother aunt and cousin . He hated having to explain the menu and never made any suggestions ! If you want to serve food to the public there needs to be some enthusiasm in your product and atmosphere , your attitude should enhance your product (food and service) Im not here to teach you how to run a business but , huge opportunities in this place . Not ever going back .

We had the Caesar Salad and pepperoni pizza. It was as very good. I added chicken to my salad for an extra cost. I don t recommend it. The chicken was like leather!!! They also serve homemade bread with a garlic oil dipping sauce. Delicious

Placed 2 orders for their Fettuccine pasta tossed in Your Choice of our Classic Alfredo cream sauce or our Signature Hatch Green Chile & Garlic Alfredo. Served with Choice of House or Caesar Salad, or upgrade to one of our tasty soups. for delivery. What showed up was spaghetti in an Alfredo sauce with what looked to be thinly sliced deli chicken. Even better we re the salads, looked as if they were made last week due to being more brown than green. Not worth the money!

So disappointed everything has changed so much for worst. I had such a good memory of this place and its food and now its not even close to how it used to be. The food is alright but this used to be one of my favorite places for italian food and not anymore after today. My pasta looked and tasted undercooked and my bfs chicken and lasagna and the bread were too hard and chewy, the cheese looked like plastic. The environment changed a lot too, its all noisy and loud now, its used to be calm and nice for a lovely dinner with friends or family. Only thing i still liked were the mozzarella sticks and the salad. Hope they start doing better again :(

Carinos is one of my favorite places to dine. I had been craving Carinos for a while now. Not close to the Airway location so I decided to order and pick up after work. I ordered chicken Romano (my fav) family platter but when I got home the dish did not have enough sauce. It was very dry. I called the manager and he wanted me to go get more sauce. I lived in the far east and to go back would be too much for me. I order this dish everytime I go to Carinos. I was very disappointed! Too dry to enjoy. Dont oder the family platters or to pick up. they taste different than when you dine in.

My salad was forgotten, my meal (which wasnt correct)was brought to me after the rest of my party, and I was given the wrong wine and the server tried to say it was my fault. Not to mention, she didnt offer us dessert until she brought us our bill. Too expensive to not get great service and feel like were not welcome. I wont go back
