I worked along side a majority of the staff here and every encounter I had with this hospice company was very positive. The nurses are very caring towards the patients. The admin staff are all awesome I could name so many. Kathy, Sairin, Kim, Sandra they are all very amazing ladies. Shout out to all of the field nurses as well thank each and everyone of you for all that you do!!!!

This is one of the best places I have worked. Amazing team to work with filled with compassion, caring instincts- born to be part of Hospice care. Team displays hospice heart through their 24*7 care provided to patients and their families. Would like to retire here hands down!!!

Ive had the pleasure of witnessing some of the most compassionate nurses, social workers and aides interact with their patients and I was truly amazed. The overwhelming beauty of their hospice care brought so much comfort to these families. I admired how they took time to understand where the patients were in their journey and what they needed to feel comforted and loved. While there are many hospice agency to choose from, I highly recommend the exceptional BSW Temple Hospice team when considering how to provide comfort and support for your loved ones.

Horrible experience!! Do not use this agency!! There are many wonderful agencies who actually care and are responsive. This is not one of them. Had to follow up behind these people because they didn t do what they said they were going to do and then lied about it. Don t be lead to believe you have to use their services if you are a Scott & White patient. You or your family do not. Under CMS guidelines, you have to be given all your choices. Take time to visit with other hospice agencies and don t just accept what BSW wants to shove down your throat. With hospice, all your records are available line of nonsense. They don t look at them or use them anyway. Even after my family member passed away, took 2 phone calls and 1.5 hrs to get a nurse there to pronounce her. Not even one I m sorry for your loss . Nothing. Poor, poor service!!

My dad was at a facility in Round Rock before his passing. B S & W Hospice staff (Bryce, Laurie, Valerie & Melissa) came to the facility to give him medical care & help him clean up. The ladies were always very professional & kind. They are excellent at what they do. When he passed they made that difficult time more comfortable with their compassion & caring manner & handled all the details with great professionalism. I would highly recommend their services!

All the Nursing Staff treated my sister with so much respect. The care she received was immeasurable. From Mindi, Jasmine and Katie who sat with all of us while my sister took her last breath and Prayed with us. I cannot thank you all enough
