Genuinely impressed. Longtime Whataburger fan, but their service has gone down like the value of the USD. First time at Shake Shack tonight. Celebrated my hairy child s 9th birthday the right way. Food was solid. Staff & service were excellent. Facilities were clean, lots of outdoor dining as well. Zero complaints, would recommend. Smoke Shack burger is an A+. The standard ShakeShack burger is no slouch, either. Add mayo if you re Canadian or just want to balance the burger. Good shake options as well. The standard chocolate shake is enough for two people to share.

O-kay. Have heard a few mention this place, so finally decided to give it a try. Wasnt fond of the Self-Order system and an employee came and did it from the front counter screen. Food is a bit overpriced: $19.87 for a dog, single burger, fries, and a Coke. The burger and dog were NOT hot, but warm - burger a bit warmer than the dog. Good flavor though. Fries were hot but a little crisper than I would have liked (I have some missing teeth) - hard on the gums lol. If I try again, Ill do the Double Burger and a Coke. Hot Dog is prob the best value for the $ (and its Vienna Beef! Bonus!). Overall, Im glad I went and tried it. :)

Ordered 3 chicken burgers for dinner takeout, to start with SS burgers are on the smaller size compared to competitor s on that I got 2 burger with the expected size chicken fillet with all the fixings and other one had such a small fillet that if it was any smaller, it would be a chicken bite. This was placed in burger. The taste is different as it s chicken breast fillet compared to chicken thigh at competition. But the burgers are inconsistent and small portion size for the cost, but the buns are fresh and amazing at SS, have to give it to them.

Precieved value. $20 for a burger fries and drink. The burger was very flavorful but the size was disappointing for the price. If I wanted to pay California prices I would move there. The cheese fries had some nasty cheese on top of it. Wish I hadnt got fries at all.

Had a great experience at the shake shack on Whitestone Ave in Cedar Park Tx. Manager Paul Pedregone was amazing. He welcomed us in and educated us on the kiosk ordering. Did an amazing job. I knew it wasnt just me as I saw him provide excellent service to other customers. This was a great experience and will definitely bring my family back !

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Food was fresh and delicious! Love their Lemonade and the frys but of course the smash burger is where its at. Vegetarian options: They have a awesome mushroom burger for veggie option. Parking: There is lots of parking surrounding the lot in adjacent lots if you need more parking. Kid-friendliness: Its a fast food establishment so it is kid friendly. There are high chairs available and plenty of seating options.

The best burgers in Cedar Park have become a favorite spot for our family. We love the Chicken Shack, Chicken Bites, and the Fries and Strawberry Milkshake here. My niece is particularly fond of the Chicken Bites. Whenever we visit Costco in Cedar Park, my kids always look forward to stopping by for some food from this location.

Tire of self ordering kiosk asking for tip....and asking for tips BEFORE receiving food! Weird note, three manager types separately came and spoke with two customers sitting behind us at three separate times. (It appeared like the managers were unaware of previous visits by another manger) The guys at the table were from Toyota Nation and received several coupons from these managers. Not one time did these manager ask us how our dinner was nor did they ask any other of the customers. Nothing remotely special about this place. #Tipflation

This was my first time at this Shake Shack. I was greeted upon entry with a warm welcome. I read the menu on the menu board to decide what I would order. Then Vicky offered to assist me, which I gladly accepted. She walked me thru the ordering process. I ordered the SmokeShack burger. It is an Angus cheeseburger with applewood-smoked bacon, chopped cherry peppers, and ShackSauce. I also had onion, tomato, and lettuce added to the burger. Vicky gave me a number and I went to have a seat. I waited about 5 minutes for my food to come. Madelyn was my server. She was energetic and very pleasant. My burger was spicy from the chopped peppers. The flavor was done just right. After I had eaten most of my burger, Madelyn returned to see if I wanted a refill of my unsweetened iced tea. The place was clean with unbusy people cleaning. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. This Shake Shack has 2 drive thru lines for your convenience. Thank you Shake Shack for setting up in Cedar Park and Happy Holidays!

Whenever you pick up your take-out order, do not trust this store and double check if everything is in the bag before you leave. I found one of my orders was missing when I came back home and left a voicemail with my name and detail since nobody answered the phone. Next time I visited the store, I let them know about the missing item and reminded them of the voice mail I left. Not sure if she was the store manager but she refused to compensate for it without even bothering to check the voicemail history. I have to assume that nobody in this store answers the phone and cares about the voicemail customer left. Apparently, they want customers to keep track of and prove their mistakes.

We went through the drive-thru and they got a few things wrong - No bbq sauce on the Carolina burger (literally advertised for the bbq sauce) and gave us two of the complete wrong shakes. Shroom burger, chicken bites, and cheese fries were good and fresh. The Shake sauce has no flavor and just tastes like plain mayo. It was also way overpriced in our opinion. They should have kids meals or just meals in general instead of having to pay for everything separately. Overall, we were disappointed.

I really wanted to add another burger place to my list and this one falls way short. I tried Shake Shack for the first time today and its not worth going back. The burger had no flavor, Fries also no seasoning. Add that all up and you get $17 worth of a tasteless burger, unseasoned fries, a coke, and 18 minutes in the drive-thru. Shake Shack is a hard pass for me, I dont recommend the plain food they serve at a premium price.

The menu is fairly simple: burgers, fries and milkshakes. But there are about 6 different variations of burgers. Beware of the shroomburger! Read the description before ordering because it is NOT a burger with mushrooms. It is not good unless you love eating a big chunk of warm cheese. The fries are crispy and hot. The reason I took off 2 stars is that they dont allow you to get your own drinks and refills. Chick fil A does that but at least they give you your drink as soon as you order. At Shake Shack, you have to wait (and its a bit slow) for your drink until your food is ready! What the what??!! Change that and I will add stars.

This was a bad experience all the way around. It reminds me of the California Effect, where customer service is non-existent. Ordering by kiosk only. No available drink refills. We spent $33 on two VERY SMALL hamburgers, some horrible (excuse) for fries (just like In and Out Burger) and one of the drinks we got was in a frozen CAN... everything is outrageous and overpriced. As others have said, when theres no staff to serve you, and no ability to pay cash, this is not a place where you want to go. People are clamoring for this whole cashless thing, but they dont realize the rights and autonomy youre (so) willing to give up to obtain it. It got busy right after we got there, so obviously, people are wanting this. But I can tell you that the cheese sauce they put on the fries was worse looking (and tasting) than the cheese sauce you put on your nachos from 7-11... the bacon was uncooked as well. My wifes bun was actually COLD to the touch... wow. It truly shocks me when places like this can succeed when Whataburger is better and at a lower cost. UPDATE: I appreciate Shake Shack responding, but since there was no paper receipt option to be printed, I just waived my getting one by email, so I dont have it. But nothing you could do would change the experience we had (even if it were free) so not sure why businesses still feel they can do something about the experience after the fact. The time to do something right is the FIRST time you have an experience with a business, not after. Its just an attempt at damage control at this point.

Lately the cedar park area seems to have shifted from southern hospitality to CA energy of giving everyone the side eye and keeping to themselves.. HOWEVER Shake Shack at this location is phenomenal when it comes to hospitality! From the time we walked in to leaving the staff refilled our drinks and came to check on tables throughout or eat time. The wait was about 7 minutes and the restaurant is super clean and has a great family feel. I have never been to a Shake Shack so this is a first experience but I can honestly say I will be bringing the entire family back again!! The fries were not fresh out of the fryer like I might have expected for how long the order took, but they were fresh and perfectly crispy. The sauce on the side was soooooo good. The burger was quite delicious. The only cons were it took a while to get the order (they werent busy), and at over $14 total for a small burger and fries, I would categorize it as pretty pricey.

We got burgers, fries and a shake. Everything was delicious. The burgers are a little smaller than I expected though. However, the staff made up for it. They were very friendly and checked on us a couple of times. They even gave us a treat for my dog and offered a bowl with water!

It is okay for the price. Burgers bit too salty for my liking. Ordered an Avocado chicken burger and they missed the avocado. Lol. And when I brought it to their attention they offered a side of avocado. How does that help? I mean I am half done with that thing when I realised. Maybe it was salty because of the missing avocado. I had there Korean Style Fried Chicken Sandwich It was warm fried chicken with so called Korean sauce and cold coleslaw. It was by far the poorest excused for Korean Style Fried Chicken Sandwich. The sauce really had no spice or kick to it at all. It almost like water with Honey and maybe salt and pepper. If I was Korean, I would be offended and boycott this place.

The service and folks here are absolutely the best!!! The food was amazing!! And very dog friendly. They have their own dog cookies !! The Cookies and Cream shake was out of this world. It was a nice dinner date with the wife and puppy. I had the Avocado and bacon cheeseburger and the little lady had the Avocado and bacon chicken burger. Come hungry, they are big and filling !! Overpriced even considering inflation. Burgers are the size of a McDonalds cheeseburger. Self ordering is fine but when you ask for a tip for the staff who are earning a full wage and not a server wage?! GTFO! Our food was placed on in the food rack and I watched for 10 minutes as staff just goofed around. Food was finally delivered...cold. This place is a joke. Go to P Terrys or Hopdoddys...
