Omg why did I think this was a chill hangout spot for millennials??? I was catfished!! Anyways, this was a kids arcade/sports bar. The sports bar part looked nice but was full so we got seated next to the arcade games which gave zero ambiance at 2pm . The kids seemed like they were having fun though ages 3-12 will probably enjoy it. The food was good but prices and portions could ve been a bit better. The kids working there were nice and tried hard but you could tell they were inexperienced (not a crime imo, but just something to note.) Probably will not return since it wasn t what I was expecting. If I m craving something on their menu and am in the area, I might place a to go order.

Waited forever for food. Biscuits and gravy had no sausage. Price doesn t align with amount of food served. As the owner you came to our table to talk to us about the food. You knew about the sausage not being in there you knew about the catfish and you did nothing. This review is an honest depiction of an experience at your restaurant. As a small business owner you can learn from your mistakes and learn from honest criticisms. Don t bash someone for expressing their experience online. You probably shouldn t be in business if 1 star reviews affect you that much. I give more five star reviews than anything else. Now seeing how you act online I wish I could give you a zero or even a negative rating. It also appears that I m not the only one complaining about portion sizes or their experience at your restaurant. You like to lash out because you couldn t imagine someone leaving a 1 star review. You need to do better with how you respond to negative criticism. Perspective customers will read how nasty you act towards those who leave negative reviews. This behavior won t help you with future business sir. Have a great day!

Children wouldn t eat their chicken strips. That was odd so we the adults tasted the chicken and it was spoiled meat and It was a bit overcooked on the outside. Notified server and thought that they would notify manager and then not charge us for the bad rancid food but they did. Manager needs to be paying more attention and talking with customers because customers really do hate having to handle these issues with a server that has no authority to make things right with the customer. Or did our server just elect to stick us for the cost of bad food ? We were a party of 4 medium to large framed people plus 2 toddlers. We were seated at a 4 person table even after contesting that the table was too small. The young lady that seated us said that it has worked before for 6 people so I guess we were wrong. That didn t work out well for us being that 2 of the people were toddlers and we had to hold them in our laps. Not a good situation at all. I should have check the business reviews prior to going to this restaurant. There are broken games taking people money/ credits. The managers have known about the several broken games for some time now and they haven t put signs on the games to stop people from losing their money. Even after I pointed this out they continued to let customers get ripped off and unhappy children that didn t know what to do since so many games were taking their credits and not working. The large claw game is the most obvious one that is broken but they would not take it out of service. Again these games have been broken according to other reviews but the managers are allowing them to rip people off. Pathetic and lame excuses from management about the games. It s obvious that the kids and adults are not important or these broken games would be working or taken out of service. They know they are doing wrong here!!! Our food was brought out at different times and the toddlers were served last. Who does that to toddlers/kids. And then to serve them spoiled chicken is inexcusable. I ve read many reviews where management is telling customers that they should have reach out to management if they were not pleased. I take exception to this statement. Management needs to get on top of the restaurant and game issues and stop blaming the customer for filing complaints to waiters that have no authority to make things right. Seems like bad bus practice to me. Great business idea but you won t survive once upset customers spread the word that this place isn t anywhere close to being worth the money that you will drop. We were very disappointed in what happened to us. I wish there would have been a manager available for me to square up with. You owe me !!! This is my follow up to a Managers response to my initial review. The manager fell short of realizing and addressing the issues with the broken arcade games and rancid food and his responsibility to take better care of the customer. Again the games have been broken and this is something that I witnessed and read in past reviews. One game was physically broken and pointed out to a person tending to all of the broken games. The game was not repaired and I saw other people putting their money in it just to realize that they had been ripped off. The attendant should have put a sign to take the game out of service but he did not. This is a deliberate underhanded move on the managers part and the employee of the manager. It is not the customer that should have to complain about being ripped off on so many arcade games. Management and their employees have the responsibility to do the right thing. It is poor business practice to wait for customers to complain and then the Manager takes defensive action by saying hey why didn t you tell me I was there all day. The manager should be training the employees to make sure that everything is satisfactory for the customer. But if management wants to say customer complaints aren t valid then have it your way because i will not be coming back to the restaurant and if ever asked about the restaurant it won t be good. I really wanted to like this place, follow them on social media, finally took the kiddos one day the had free play on arcade. The kids had a blast, and honestly the food was not bad at all either but the service was terrible. The waitress we had was to busy at another table with her phone out that she disregarded us. Ordered a second beer and I literally had to walk up to the bar to ask for it myself because almost 15min had passed, and no the place was not packed for it to take that long. Lady at the bar said did you talk to your waitress . I m like I can t find her, I don t need to track her down and it s been 15 min they had to track her down I believe in giving people more than 1 chance so I will go back and hopefully up my stars

1st Time Visit: 08/16/2024 Reason: Date Night Went to KnP on a Friday night. There was a wait. While we waited, we purchased a game card to play a few games. Arcade Game Area: My boyfriend amd I tried to play the bowling game together, but there was only one ball. We tried to improvise and share the ball but once the ball was rolled, it did not return : / so we could not continue playing. Next, we played basketball. Set it for multi-player, once the game started it calculated my points, but on the machine my boyfriend was playing on, it was not counting his points : / Also, you cant scan your game card back to back. It makes you wait like 30 seconds before scanning the card again. The game room is small and running into games that didnt function properly was a bummer. Dining and live music: A few minutes later we were texted that our table was ready. We were sat behind the live music area, which was okay, but it was too much going on for me. The live music mixed with screaming children was a little distracting which made it difficult to relax and chat without shouting at eachother. We sat, and sat, and sat, without anyone greeting us. It took about 25 minutes for someone to greet us at the table and we had to flag them down. We gave the waitress our entire order (drinks and food) in efforts of not waiting too much longer, but unfortunately it still took a while (like 15 mins.) for our drinks. About 15 mins. later my plate came (chicken and waffles) but not my mates : / The chicken and waffles was okay, but it had a spicy kick to it??? I should have ordered something else, might try the nachos or pizza next time. My boyfriends plate came about 7 mins. later. He ordered a patty melt. His response was...meh because it didnt have sautéed onions, they used fresh purple onions instead. The patty was kinda bland, and he also said normally patty melts are prepared with Texas toast. Lastly, the fries on the side were the basic crinkle fries : / and they were luke warm. Drinks: The drinks were okay, but not strong. More on the lighter side. So, I recommended ordering a straight up drink (shot or something on the rocks) or wine. Overall Impression: As first timers, we were like never again. But this is a BOB so of course we want to support. The high reviews are what made us want to try, but unfortunately our experience was not great. It was kinda busy, so maybe that had something to do with it. Ill try again, maybe for happy hour some day. Hopefully well have a better experience.

Myself and a girlfriend attended the all white party with the live band last night. The band was offfff the charts!! Food was amazing the chef was friendly and observant, the wine was delicious, the staff and owner were outstanding!! As my first time ever visiting I was very impressed. Omg everything was so great. Came for happy hour with friends. First time axe throwing. Ishmael was great, very kind and knowledgeable about the menu. Our final server was good but it felt like with each server we had to start over because there was no communication on the back end. We sat at the bar and let me tell you, make sure Savvy is there! She was cool and engaging. Our drinks were drankin, and orders came out hot and timely. Grandmas Peach tea was great if you like sweet drinks. I had a shrimp quesadilla, and it was so delicious we also tried the queso and boudin dip. Both are good options. The queso dip was very rich, and the boudin dip had a kick. Saw the band, and little did we know, we stumbled upon live band karoke on a Saturday night. I loved this concept from another spot I used to frequent. The band was great and everyone sounded like they were in concert! Vibes were high, line dancing was happening, and people were mingling. Such a great vibe and awesome concept.

We had a blast here! We got the boudin dip and wings for apps and both were phenomenal. I think the wings may be the best I ve ever had! I highly recommend the juicy lemon pepper but the gochujang were a close second. If you like lavender, the Purple Rain is perfection. And the axe throwing is so much fun! It s perfect for date night or large parties. You gotta go!

Very fun bingo nights on Wednesdays & live music nights are dope as well too. Food and drinks are bomb!! My favorite are the sweet potato fries, boudain dip and grilled shrimp w the spicy ranch. Theres so much to say regarding this establishment. After a few visits I can make a fair review. The staff is very friendly and inexperienced I had to coach the bartender on how to open a bottle of Prosecco. I had to educate our waitress on brands of wine not just variations. I told them to call me and I would be happy to come teach the staff a few things and they got excited. That tells me they need training. The menu is all over the place. Pizza, wings, seafood items, burgers. The items and ingredients were unusual combinations. It doesnt make any sense. Happy hour items are not happy hour food items. The alcoholic beverages were just okay. The food is quick subpar bar food. Plenty of TVs to watch sports. The restroom needed attention! The games and activities were fun and cool. Its family friendly atmosphere.

This place is a Pearland gem. Paul, the owner, has a great vision of bringing good food and people together. Its very family friendly! The place looks warm and inviting, the music gets you bopping but isnt intrusive. The food is EXCELLENT! Weve gone for brunch, lunch, and dinner. I was blown away by how good the pizzas are! The breakfast made my daughter like French toast, finally. My son demolished the pancakes. Youll definitely enjoy your time here, and if you feel like it, try the axe throwing!! Super fun! However, food came out one by one and left several members of our party without food for over 30 minutes while everyone was done with their food. This is disheartening. The drinks were delicious and strong. I urge them to fix the issues within the kitchen. (Summary: waiting 45 min for food, wrong order and waited 1 hr for replacement, tiny portion, bus boy grabbing things without asking, lack of stocking for bday party supplies) Details below. SUCH SLOW SERVICE. We waited 45 minutes for our sandwich and boudin dish to come. There werent even a lot of people. The sandwich that was given to us was a pretty small turkey sandwich (which isnt even on the menu). We asked for a club sandwich. It was missing ham, bacon, and mayonnaise. It also had the wrong type of cheese (American cheese instead of provolone). It was just a whole different sandwich. It took OVER ONE HOUR for the corrected sandwich to come out... a sandwich... not a steak, pizza, anything that needed to be cooked that required waiting for a long period. It was a small sandwich. The type of cheese was wrong still. But it wasnt worth waiting another hour for, so we just dealt with that. The boudin was small as well. It was next to a piece of bread about 2-3x the size of the boudin - it overtook the plate. I couldnt believe I paid $12 for a small piece of boudin. I may be mistaken but I thought it was supposed to come with a bed of rice or something. I was disappointed. The bus boy was really quick to grab things to throw away without even asking. He almost threw away our perfectly good sandwich (some of the sliced pieces left untouched) that we waited FOREVER for. We had the kids prizes on the table and other stuff, and after one second of walking away to sing happy birthday, he was on that table grabbing stuff. And at the birthday party we were invited to, the pitchers of drinks took forever to be refilled. And cups, plates, and silverware ran out. A host should always be there to make sure everything is good and stocked, like every other birthday party Ive been to. Im just glad the kids had fun with the arcade games. I wont be coming back though, especially the restaurant section. Ill be going to Chuck E. Cheese again for arcade games.

We entered during a busy time and enjoyed the vibes. However, the service left much to be desired. We ordered 3 drinks and waters. Typically our waiter will inform us if they re understaffed and food/drinks will take longer, but this didnt happen. We asked two staff members for an update on our drinks and they just replied that they re very busy. After waiting over 40 minutes and speaking with the manager we finally got our drinks. This was very disappointing and ruined our mood for the night. I understand the bar may have been behind, but we were never informed of that and 40 minutes for 3 drinks is unacceptable for us. Hope this isnt normal and doesnt happen to other patrons. Edit: We understand that there were issues and understand that these are bound to happen. However almost every time an issue like this has happened I was never expected to also pay for my drink after being inconvenienced. I was very shocked that we were expected to pay for the drinks after what had happened. Im not sure if the manager stands by that, but I would ve hoped that they would ve attempted to make it right without us asking. This was really disappointing given we were celebrating a graduation.

My bonelesss wings weren t cooked all the way I don t know if it was all of them or just that one but it was raw and when we talked to the manager he didn t care. Over all though it is a fun experience the claw machines are just a scam because I ve never seen ANYONE win a plushie from that game, most of the games were broken last time I went there though. But I recommend checking if your food is cooked properly before eating it.

First time visiting was not as expected, I heard about this place on the news a few months back when it first opened and have seen social media post tempting me to visit. Upon arrival the atmosphere was nice, family-friendly and we were greeted and seated. Loved the concept and design. KnP has the potential to be a top restaurant in the Pearland area. My husband and I went for lunch and planned on partaking in some ax throwing and try out the virtual bays afterwards. We ordered BangBang Shrimp as our appetizer, my husband had the Patty Melt and I ordered the Cajun Pasta. It was a nice crowd seemed like normal restaurant flow. We split a pound of crawfish just to taste recommended by our server it was flavorful and well seasoned. Our waitress was nice but might have had too many tables, I believe she forgot our Shrimp appetizer until we had to ask for it and then when my husbands Patty Melt came out his fries were cold. (MY PASTA NEVER CAME OUT) After asking about it they said the kitchen was busy so we waited a bit longer until I saw another guest be served Cajun Pasta that came in well after us. When we questioned why the pasta was given to someone else when weve been waiting longer she simply said she was doing what her manager told her to do. We did get chance to speak to the owner in the beginning very nice guy, but in the end when trying to catch us upon leaving it was already too late. I has fed up that my food never came and we opted out of even playing games after. This place needs an experienced manager that can bring organization and structure for a better service flow and I can really see it living up to its greatness. Maybe Ill give it another try some other day.

Had a great time bringing my girls here for a play date, the ambience inside was cozy and vibrant. The star of the day was Ishmael, our fantastic waiter, attentive and robust with energy and humor he was great! We were greeted as soon as we walked in. The gentleman explained everything to us concerning the games and dining. Food Our server kept having issues with the handheld device and some of the items we wanted kept showing out of stock. So we ordered what was in stock, but she came back and said some of those items werent available. When the food came out, the pizza tasted good we ordered the supreme, but they didnt have olives. The curly fries didnt have any seasoning and when I asked for seasoning salt she brought out salt and pepper mixed together from the kitchen. The kid hot dog is actually a sausage or link. The jumbo shrimp tasted real good, but no tarter sauce was available. The others in our group ordered the kid spaghetti, said it was good, the first burger on the menu, said the patty didnt have flavor and the pork belly burger or sandwich, said the pork was good, but removed all the onions. Drink wise we got the social margaritas they were good and tried the HOP, didnt like it much so sent it back and got another margarita. Play The kids got to play while we waited for our food. We did the $100 card. I asked if they could split the tokens on two cards and they said theyre not allowed, which is fine. The arcade area is small, but its enough to keep them busy. You can see the area from the dining area and dont have to worry about them running off. We didnt try the axe throwing or golf simulator, but it was available. The kids seemed to like the prize selection store. Atmosphere We went on a Saturday afternoon and it wasnt packed at all. The music was a mix of 90s, 2000s, so we were vibing. I think they said after a certain time it goes to adult only.

The owner Mr. Paul was INCREDIBLY ACCOMODATING for my impromptu large party for my sons 12th birthday! We anticipated around 12-15 people and ended up with 23... the owner allowed us to utilize one of the semi private rooms and it was so spacious and perfect for our family and friends! When we first arrived no one was there to greet or sit us and when they did come we were told to just sit anywhere. It took 20 minutes for our waiter acknowledge us and another 20 minutes for us to get our drinks and that s not including the hour it took for our food and it was incorrect. My waffle was hard and our bacon was missing. We thought since it was a play area in the restaurant by the time we finish playing games our food would be done. NOPE! We asked our waiter for silverware and instead of her getting it she stood at the bar laughing and joking with the manager. I had to ask someone else to get it for us. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our service. It was not the waitresses fault. She was obviously drowning as she had a very large party and probably didn t need more tables. Absolutely disappointed in my visit. When I first walked in I was greeted by a young gentleman who explained how the games worked and told me to find a seat and a server will be there soon. I sat down for a total of 20 minutes before a waiter came and asked if I had been helped. She then gave us menus. We ordered drinks and waited over 10 minutes for that so I chose to leave. That s 30 minutes of my time meanwhile I drove over here for 30 minutes. Came here to support my people because I saw a post on Facebook mentioning this place. When we first walked in we waited at the front for someone to help us. Unfortunately no was there so we went to the kiosk to purchase the play cards. After my kids went to go play I sat at table. After sitting for 20 minutes one lady asked if I have been helped I told her no. She then brought me back menus and said her server would come. After waiting another twenty minutes I sent my daughter to the bar to try and order some food. She was standing there for ten minutes and said that she wasn t acknowledged. A server never came. My experience at KnP Social left much to be desired. The space was cramped, and the food servings were disappointingly small. Even the shakes were served in half-filled cups. I ordered a shareable dish, only to be surprised with a small bowl more suitable for a child. While the arcades were updated, the selection was limited. However, it s not all negative the location is convenient, and the inclusion of axe throwing and virtual play adds a unique touch to the place. Update: Following the owners response, its noted that they claimed to have spoken to us three times during check-in and departure. This is an amazing place to go to for all kinds of fun. If you like to drink, they have a full bar. If you like to watch sports, they have multiple televisions. If you like to eat, they have delicious food. If you like to play games, yup you guessed it, they have arcade games and VR games (no headset needed). They also have ax throwing. With all that going on in one place you would think it will probably be chaotic...not at all! The place is clean and the people are friendly. The lemon pepper wings, all flats with bleu cheese and fries were *chefs kiss*. Ohh and they have karaoke on Thursday nights!!!! We celebrated my wife s birthday here this past weekend, and we had an amazing time. We were looking for some place casual that would allow us to catch up with friends in a mixed group containing young kids. Fortunately, KNP Social checked all of the boxes for us. Paul worked with us up front to ensure we had a party package that would ensure both the adults and kids had a good time. Our friends enjoyed the pizzas, nachos, wings, and especially the drinks. We received great service from Simone who was attentive and especially patient considering our group size. The live music, variety of games, and axe throwing all made for an unforgettable night! Don t post much on here but feel this is place deserves some props. It s a diamond in the rough in terms of family dining and entertainment in this part of town. We visited KNP tonight with some friends and had a great time. This place something west Pearland has been needing for a while. Great atmosphere and our kids were able to play in the arcade while we drank and ate with company in the dining area. Live music was a nice touch and the musician was pretty talented! He took requests and was able to play songs from any genre. They are on a limited menu because of a soft open but the food we got was actually quite good. Nachos were huge and on point - we added taco meat. The wings were a great size and flavor. We had bone-in Asian zing and Buffalo. Looking forward to coming back here very soon! I know some Pomona residents that would love this place.

Me and my family s first visit to KNP Social left us with mixed feelings. Having an arcade paired with dine-in options close to home is great. However, the overall experience was somewhat marred by slow service, dishonest staff and small portion of food. We had a disappointing experience. To add to the frustration, the waiter informed us they were running short on milk for our milkshakes but couldnt cancel our order. As a result, they handed us cups that were only half-filled with our beverages. The Crawfish Mac and Cheese, advertised for sharing, turned out to be smaller than expected, suitable for just one person. The arcade area initially provided enjoyment, but it became congested when around 10 people started playing simultaneously. The lack of space made the experience less enjoyable, raising concerns about the venues capacity management. In conclusion, KNP Social has potential, especially with its convenient location and enjoyable arcade options. However, improvements in integrity of their employees, service speed, food portion sizes, and addressing the congestion in the arcade area would significantly enhance the overall customer experience.
