TARGET IS SELLING EXPIRED AND MOLDING BREAD Yesterday(29.01.2024), I visited the Target store with the intention of purchasing some stuffed items. However, while browsing, I realized I also needed to buy bread. As I proceeded to gather my items, I came across a particular product that caught my attention. To my dismay, upon closer inspection, I noticed that it was one day past its expiration date and covered in mold . This discovery was unexpected, especially considering Targets typically stellar reputation for product quality and freshness. Consequently, my trust in the store has been significantly shaken. I now find myself hesitant to rely on Target for my shopping needs. I strongly advise everyone to diligently check the expiration dates on all items before making a purchase, particularly when it comes to bakery products. This experience has left me feeling deeply disappointed and disillusioned.(This incident occurred at the Target store located at 20777 US-59, Humble, TX 77338.)

Every time I come to Target, its a charming experience. The staff is swift and efficient, and I appreciate their work ethic. Theyre quick to notice when a register is fully booked and will open another one to help the line move faster. Returning items is a breeze as well - they wont bombard you with unnecessary questions and make the process simple and easy. Horrible service & can t even get self checkout open by 9 am & only have 2 cashiers checking out while they just chatting away and let the lines build instead of opening them & even the manager couldn t do so - we had to wait for her cashier to clock in guess your managers can t do all the jobs that they should be able to do!!! Won t be shopping here ever again and will be letting all of my friends and firmly know not to bother as well - simply RIDICULOUS & I hate to think how bad it s going for be for Christmas!!!

I wanted to buy flowers to give my friend in the hospital. I was happy to find something. It was the Christmas rose. It looked alive, healthy and fresh. Xenia loved it. Target had a lot of parking spaces available. The store was clean. The cashier was friendly.

I love that I can usually find what I m looking for and locate it quickly. I m an in and out shopper. I don t like dilly dallying. On this day I was in a great mood when I stopped into Target. Staff? meh This is the place you take your good energy to die. The vibe here is atrocious. I loved going to Target, I don t know if the problem lies with this Target or just the staff in general. No floor assistance. They had a few guys at the front entrance wearing t-shirts with asset protection on, guess people steal here a lot. That s bad. The people at the register are the most unfriendliest individuals I ve come across at a retail store. No greeting when you come up to the register, mumbles out your total to you as if they are afraid to speak to you. Overall, felt like I was at Walmart and I dislike that place. Oh well. Amazon it is from now on.

Ive gone several times to this location and it never has working scooters. I am disabled and have balance issues, so I struggle when I use a shopping cart. One of the employees said they only have 3 scooters in the whole store. One was being used, one was being charged and the one I used was super slow and its battery kept draining. I had to turn it off, wait a couple of minutes, and then it would only go a few feet. I was so frustrated I just left because I could not finish my shopping. I wont be returning to this store.

This is what Target gave me for Olly Happy gummies at the drive up . I immediately put in a request for refund. They then sent me an email that stated they would refund $10 which was the Olly prebiotic probiotic that I purchased. I will never purchase through the online portal again because this is unacceptable! This is a health product for goodness sake! Target do better!

Ms Terri in HR department was very unprofessional with my daughter and I. My daughter was checking the status of her application while we was purchasing items for the house. She didn t want to speak with my daughter until I got involved. My daughter is a high school student and very respectful. It s well organized and clean, easy to find what you need. Check out is quick which is very convenient when you re in a rush. Although, online pick up is slow and honestly you re better off doing the shopping on your own and checking out at self checkout, that s a lot faster. The employee has to walk to a grey door on the produce side of the store instead of going to the room that s right behind him just to get your order out. What s the point of having that back room by pickup, if pickup orders are placed by produce.

Update - the return desk has people that are more friendly and I can tell the manager(s) are training employees now. The person acknowledged me before going to the back room and apologized for me waiting when she returned. This is a 180 turn around in a positive way from my previous experiences over the past year. Previous - This store has continuing issues with not having checkers checking people out. The return desk, has people not wanting to return items but do want to take items to cars because it is easy to do.

I don t come to this Target cause I want to but because I need to, it s the closest one to my home. This is the 5th time that I come, now it was for a drive up order, and everytime they find ways of bothering in any matter, previous times they make little comments when I m on the self checkout line, they look at you weird and today my order was plenty of drinks (gatorades, capris ins and waters), tell me why my water is all tear up, and when I ask for a replacement they just looked at me all upset and told me to go get it myself, I MO NOT ASKING FOR ANYTHING FREE, I M PAYING FOR THE STUFF. I don t appreciate this type of Customer Service at all, either they fix it or they fix it.

Y all this Target s bathroom deserves a standing ovation and that employee deserves a raise. I make it a point to brag on the good on places, but to brag on a bathroom is a first. The smell of disinfectant and fabuloso was a stark difference to the normal odors one might find in a public bathroom. It s cleaner than any hospital I ve visited! 10/10 for specifically that employee!

We feel we were lured into the store with a deal for buy two diapers and get a $15 gift card. Come to find out while we were holding up a line, the sign indicated in small print you had to get both diapers at over $36 each. Here s the thing, there were no diapers worth $36. Everything was $28.99! This feels like a scam and it was just shrugged off at the store level. The Target experience was awful and we will be purchasing our diapers elsewhere. I Got a missed call from a person asking to speak with us about our terrible experience at the Humble target. They stated their name but not their roll or their store. I called the number back within 5 minutes and it brought me to the humble store number. I then proceeded to call every department in the store for the next 25mins. Not a single answer from any department.

Who else is annoyed with the enormous reserved parking area RIGHT BY THE DOOR at Target in Humble? They are always 99% vacant and the customers who come to shop have to hike to and from the store with a basket full of purchases while other patrons SIT in their cars for a couple of items! This was a VERY poor decision on the part of management to erect this HUGE LIT AREA AT THE DOOR while forcing other patrons to hike from the back of the lot in UNLIT AREAS! Why cant the Target delivery team WALK to the BACK OF THE LOT?

So called manager Tiffany was very rude, had an issue with several customers including myself and did not want to honor sale prices that were clearly in the system! After speaking with the real managers Coree and Maria, they were able to solve all the issues. Shout out to Coree and Maria for saving the day. Tiffany please find another place to work. STL and ETLs need to be more present on the floor instead of hiding. There shouldn t be 20 people waiting in line during the evening rush hour and only 1 single cashier handling everyone. I ordered an in store item (Jurassic Park Dominion Toy) for my nephew on Thursday from the Humble location. I received an email confirmation stating my item would be ready for pick up in 2 hours. I called the store for 2 days and no answer. Monday I had enough and went to the store and it still wasn t ready, remember the toy was at the location-that was the purpose of me ordering from there. The lady takes about 30 minutes to go retrieve the toy. I wouldn t recommend Target to anyone.

Received a gift card so I placed an order for pick up. The app kept saying there was no connection every time I tried to change quantities. Checking out was a a different nightmare and the two csrs I spoke to were clueless. Went to pick it up and the kid loaded my car and walked off. I had to get out and ask him if he was finished. Wont EVER do this again!

I honestly liked this target for a while but they mess up way too often when it comes to pickup and I spend a lot of money every month here. Today they gave me an 18 count for plates when I paid 10.85$ for 85 count plates. I had to go back there and get them my self too. No sorry or anything. Was pretty disappointed. This isn t the first time something was missing or I wasn t given the right item. Maybe I m gonna start ordering at Walmart again.

Usually has a lot of things in stock, so I can find what I m looking for and the size I need it in. This location gets a lot of traffic, making it pretty disorganized at times, but it just looks like poor customer behavior. Staff is generally super friendly too!

I ve never had a bad experience at this location, until now.. I always order my diapers, wipes, and necessities for drive up, I picked up 3 boxes of diapers, some other things, and 3 small items, I get home and see that there is no bag for my small items, they re missing.. I go on the app to report an issue and check the box missing items, it automatically processed it as a return to my house, I wanted to see if I could change that to drive up; I called humble guest services department, pick up and drive up department, no body answered, i pressed 8 for something else and the guy hung up on me after he answered.. I had to call a help line on Targets website, she told me there was no other option. it s frustrating when you expect to have these items the day you pick them up and need them, I m waiting a week now to receive them.

This location is a super Target with produce section. Reason for 3 stars: They had different prices at the store and online (for this specific location). For what we were trying to buy, it was marked about $10 (almost 30%)above the online price. After bringing the discrepancy up to the cashier, she changed it to the online price. Of course, not a good practice. Id recommend to double check for similar price differences.

Only 2 lanes open, and patricia is THE SLOWEST cashier i have ever encountered. My family only came in for 2 items and with the 2 other families in front of us, who didnt have much (max 10 items each). It took her 20 mins to check us an the others out. And then she couldnt even help my gma with cash back during the transaction. Im not sure she should be a cashier. All she wanted to do is talk. Maybe put someone of her age and talkativeness as a door greeter, not a cashier.

Purchase your electronics at Best Buy! Just go across the freeway. I purchased a pair of Bose earbuds for Christmas & when we opened them, the case was cracked. We took them back to get them exchanged and were refused that option because the serial # on the box didn t match the one on the receipt. The serial number on the receipt was off by ONE digit. No one could say HOW that happened, but apparently it was my fault. I couldn t return the earbuds that came broken. If this happens to you, return the warranty if you purchased one. (Don t even purchase the third party warranty to begin with!)
