Well, to begin with, when we entered, since there was no one at the door, we sat at any table that was available (we are a family of 5), but then they moved us because the table we occupied had extra villas and we had to occupy one smaller. The only smaller tables have 4 chairs. Well, okay, we moved. For a while only 1 person arrives and occupies one of the large tables and what do you think, yes of course they didnt say anything to that person...

Came here to eat with my mom yesterday around 11:30 am and the waitress kept taking other people s orders before us even though we were there first. Not only that she had a terrible attitude. Anything we asked I felt like it was a big bother to her. If you don t like your job and you don t want to put a smile on your face and just be polite then go get another job. Rude ass lady. I will never come here again.

I ve been here many times and always received good service! Today I came to eat and was greeted by a male server. He was amazing. My order was messed up due to a language barrier but he apologized and fixed my order very fast. The tostada is my favorite. The server also went above and beyond with giving me toothpicks and water to go. Overall 5/5 service.

As much as I do enjoy their food, their tasteless customer service leaves the worst aftertaste in my mouth. I am not one to leave bad reviews, but this place has really earned it. I have tried reasoning with them and been patient with their employees, but they are stingy, and make an unsurmountable amount of errors. The quality of people that run this establishment is very poor, and I dont really see this business surviving past another year. It explains why every time I go I see less and less people. The manager should really consider either straightening up their staff or replacing them altogether. Otherwise, they wont have a job anymore. They will no longer have my business. As much as I enjoy their food, their insipid customer service leaves the worst taste in my mouth. Im not one to leave bad reviews, but this place has really earned it. Ive tried to reason with them and been patient with their employees, but they are stingy and make an unbearable amount of mistakes. The quality of the people running this establishment is very poor and I really dont see this business surviving beyond a year. That explains why every time I go I see fewer people. The manager should really consider upgrading his staff or replacing them entirely. Otherwise, I see it difficult for this business to survive with the poor quality of service they have. Lately I have been ordering by phone and I dont know if they are discriminating against me but the person who has attended to me both on the phone and in person does not have a friendly treatment and I hope that changes for the better in the meantime that rating may change as long as I am treated again with the same kindness as before and take the orders well and I dont run into problems that they didnt take my order and at least apologize and try to correct the mistake instead of showing that you dont even care

I have been at this place several times but never ordered by phone. I am disappointed at the phone service they told me it was going to be ready in 10 minutes, and when I have arrived to pickup the order they told me I couldnt order more than 50 dollar over the phone so the food was not ready and I had place the order from there so I had to wait for another 20 min. plus, the lady lied to me, saying the prices were the same in the paper menu as the one from the online page they should have decency and correct the prices.

Husband and I decided to try this place out since we drive by it often for work. Wow we were so glad we did! A whole entire chicken with tortillas and beans for under $17!! And let me tell you, it was some of the best chicken I ve ever had. Seasoned perfectly and juicy. Staff was very attentive and nice. Very clean restaurant. One week later and we are back!! We re definitely going to be regular customers here now.

Loved the atmosphere of the restaurant, it looks genuinely like u eating in Mexico . The salsa for the chips was delicious and fresh. Prices are super affordable and the variety in the menu was with many options. Nothing bad to say about this place. I will definitely make it a regular place to go to. We went to eat with my family, I ordered takeout and when I arrived, the man at the drive-thru told me to wait for me at the exit and that the food would arrive in 15 minutes, but it took about 40 minutes and I had to go inside to say and when the food arrived it was cold. I have been to this Mexican restaurants a couple of times a couple of years ago and honestly at this point now that I ve been to so many I would say that this place is kind of pricey. First of all no margaritas! What? Beer limited. Jarritos michelada is just a picture. They dont have it. Everything just tastes okay which for me is not good at all I cook better than that. Rice bland, chicken breast so dry guacamole served over a bunch of white lettuce so disgusting! Tortillas are good. I will say this price is fair. We had 3 micheladas 2 tacos half a pollo asada meal fajitas for 4 persons and it ran at $100. Everyone who worked there is nice, the place is super clean. Thinking of ll giving it another shot and ordering something else at a different time I might go for dinner not lunch.

From the moment you enter the place you feel the bad vibes, the waitresses in a corner all together and begin to sweep you with their eyes from head to toe and make contemptuous gestures, I went to buy a chicken for my family and I but it was the first and Last time in this place, the waitresses kept an eye on my daughter who had a stain on her pants, they should teach them to take care of their work instead of criticizing the customers, I have never had an experience as unpleasant as I had in I dont recommend this place at all!!

I have tried to give them several opportunities just because I like a lot the gorditas they sell but 4 out 5 times they give you really bad service, they miss items in your orders very often as well and they rush you to order because they are really busy. We are the ones spending our money there and I know the business won t fall for one person not coming but if everyone who has received bad service wouldn t come back? they are always super busy there, if they are short handed I understand but that doesn t give you the right to tray your guests like that. Second time trying to reach out to the manager there (after a few of them that I never complained) to let him/her know about the bad service they offer and the manager is never available, how convenient.
