Do not hesitate to use these folks. They are very professional and detail oriented - you can see that they take pride in their work. They will either text or e-mail you a reminder of the date and time of their arrival and will be very prompt. I usually get three bids for my business for anything that I have done but chose to take a flyer on Bulldog and I dont regret it a bit. Great, great work!

I cannot say enough about this company! I heard of them through word of mouth. I had recently purchased a house with an enclosed porch room with tile floors that smelled strongly of cats. They got the smell COMPLETELY out. If you have dealt with cat smell before you ll know this isn t an easy smell to eliminate. I was so pleased with the results. Paul Barnett, with Bulldog Cleaning & Restoration, responded quickly to our home after being contacted regarding a water leak. Paul was very thorough & conscientious during the drying out of our home. The removal of wet materials was limited to only what was necessary to accomplish the drying; with sufficient equipment placed. Paul kept me informed throughout the process and even provided the reasoning for the what & why. As an insurance claims adjuster myself, this was the first time being on the policy holder side of a water loss claim. I recommend Bulldog. Hopefully we will not need their water mitigation services again in the future, but if we do, we not hesitate to call Bulldog. Thank you, Paul.

Follow up May 2024: second time to use Bulldog and still super happy! We used Bulldog Floor Cleaning for the first time this week and had an excellent experience. It was easy to schedule (love the online option!), they were very responsive, and the technicians were on time, polite, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. We recently bought a house with carpets in the bedrooms and living room. The previous owner had a cat and I am very allergic. We asked Bulldog cleaning to do a carpet cleaning with the pet treatment. I had a flood from a burst pipe in a bathroom that seeped into a carpeted bedroom and a dining room! Paul, from Bulldog Restoration, came to check it out. He immediately got to work!!! First, he attacked the standing water on the luxury vinyl tile floor, in the bathroom, which had already started to warp! Then, the soaked bedroom carpet after getting most of the water out, he started pulling the carpet up, taking it outside to dry out on the cement driveway. He then pulled up the wet pad taking it outside for disposal. He vacuumed up the water in the dining room and proceeded to removed all the wet base boards. He furnished dehydrating machines that removed all moisture in these affected rooms. I was truly amazed at his knowledge, focus, work ethic, professionalism, stamina and determination to get my emergency under control! He was a power house!! I m very thankful for his service, when the carpet dried, he reinstalled it, once he had treated the concrete and put down a new pad. He then cleaned the carpet and treated it!!! I called Bulldog to help with a whole house tile cleaning for my mother in law after my daughter brought her Lab Puppy to live with her for the month. Needless to say, the floors were a mess and normal cleaning couldn t get deep enough. These guys did Awesome!! The floors are like New again (they didn t look this good, even before my daughters visit). They were very friendly and quick to schedule! I made the mistake of buying a white couch with dogs & kids. It was really dingy looking and they helped brighten it up again. They also came back to take stains out of our cloth headboard and around the side of the bed where our dog likes to put his 2 front feet. Round #1 Excellent, straightforward business. Came in and did it right. Did the hands-on tight areas as needed and the machine did the rest. The hard floor looks brand new like you could eat off it. They took away all the deep embedded dirt the previous tenants left behind. Will 100000% use them again! Round #2 Repeat the previous review above but on the carpets!! Paul came on time and handled business. Quick, easy, and the carpet dried fast! He uses the CRB to agitate the pre-treatment and pull up all the old sins from previous tenants and pet hair.
