I fled here after leaving a neighboring hotel in the middle of the night due to bed bugs. The staff was so friendly, the beds were comfortable, the room was clean and the breakfast was tasty. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay. The room was clean. The front desk clerks greet you as you walk in and the breakfast is really good. Rooms: Our room was clean and spacious. Food and drinks: The breakfast is really good. They actually scramble fresh eggs instead of using powdered and someone serves you the hot food.

We arrived about 11PM and went strait to bed. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was very firm. Some people may like that. We were put in a room next to a large loud group partying. Yelling, slamming large items, and other unknown loud noises which made rest of any sort impossible. This began shortly after we went to bed and continued until 4 AM. I made repeated calls to the front desk and was told they would call, that they didnt answer the phone, that they may go to the room, they would go to the room, again and again that they planned to go to the room, and finally that they would be at the room in a few minutes. Then we heard the knocking and the person yelling they were not being loud. After a few minutes it settled to a daytime normal noise to appease the clerk. Then they were right back at it even louder. I had to make calls and the same cycle of doing nothing. They had no alternative room for us. We had to be up at 6AM to go work. We got 2 hours of quiet. I asked the clerk on departure what the hotel would do as we did not get what we paid for. She said she could do nothing and only her manager could. I asked her to give a message to call me. She took my name and number but I didnt get a call. I believe this needs to be corrected. The hotel has made no effort to respond and the 3rd party service we booked through depends on the hotel to reply to the concern before taking action.

The front desk staff was very helpful, friendly, polite and Knowledgeable. The breakfast buffet was awesome. Angelica the breakfast buffet server was very polite, helpful. Older hotel, but updated nicely. Was suprised to see hard floors (not carpeted) in the room, but I imagine these are easier to clean. Front Desk staff was very cordial and accomodating. Area around the hotel looked a little rough. Overall, we would stay there again.

Clean. Safe. Quiet. Comments for improvement: (1) Suggest adding breakfast taco choices to your menu. They can be a fast, healthy protein & veggie breakfast choice. I suggest low-fat mozzarella or feta as a cheese option and mild salsa. Two nights previously, I stayed at a BW in central Illinois. First time that Id seen tortillas at a hotel breakfast bar. They also had a chopped medley of red & green peppers and onions. Luvd it, although there was no salsa or cheese. I asked the Duncanville hotel if they had tortillas. They were very kind .... went into the kitchen and came back with a package of cold tortillas. I took 2. Nuked em and made egg tacos. (2) How about replacing toilet seats that match the toilet size. Not these cheap, too small seats that move all over the place when you sit on them. You have a nice hotel. Dont go cheap on toilet seats for cryin out loud. Whos ordering??? Not someone who uses them!!!

I would say this is literally the best hotel I ve ever stayed at with the whirlpool me and my boyfriend got the king suite with the whirlpool in the room Would ve been better if I could add bubbles, but I understand that it can mess up the pool so we didn t do that, but they made sure we had everything and that our experience was very accommodated It s a little bit pricey for one night. so I definitely say take advantage of what you can while you re there. everything was clean, even though we didn t decide to eat there there was breakfast included.

We had to visit on short notice. The breakfast was well made, the rooms were remodeled and clean, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. This hotel is on/near main streets but it is quiet and in a calm area. Would definitely stay here again. Rooms: Remodeled with vinyl flooring so it was clean and all amenities worked. Food and drinks: They had a happy hour with affordable drinks happening. Breakfast was well prepared and they had all the staple foods. Noteworthy details: Staff was super helpful. We had an emergency that prompted this trip and didn t have any toiletries but this location had extra tooth brushes and more. They also had on site laundry and soaps available for purchase for $1-2

Took a chance with this location being close to a very busy interstate. Couldn t hear a thing in the room which was great. Everything from check in to check out was perfect and could not have gone better. Room was very clean, plenty of towels and bedding. Huge walk in shower with plenty of very hot water pressure. Bed was very comfortable and provided an excellent nights sleep. Breakfast was over the top with plenty of choices and Angelica greeted you and helped you get breakfast. Even had her homemade salsa there which was delicious!!! She made sure to tell everyone to have a great day when they left. Hotel was clean and everything was in working order. Didn t get to use the pool as it was storming. But did look very clean and inviting. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return when I m in the area! Thank you!! Rooms: Very clean, well stocked, quiet and secure Safety: Well lit parking lot. Asked which room I was in so I could park my truck. Could see it clearly from my window. All the hallways were well lit and you had to have key cards to get in room, exercise room, pool. All the locks worked. Front door did lock I believe after 10 so make sure you have your card to get in Food and drinks: They did have a refresh center. Which provided drinks and food for purchase. Also had a 24 hour coffee bar which was very nice and well kept and coffee was delicious Noteworthy details: Very clean, excellent breakfast, quiet and secure

The location was quiet, calming, and relaxing, which made it a comfortable stay. The rooms were neat, clean, and in excellent condition. I love their small details, like a coffee maker, desk, refrigerator, and microwave in rooms, and they were provided with small shampoo/conditioner, towels, hair dryer, flat iron, and hangers. For breakfast, the food was good. I lived the waffle makers they had. I will definitely return to this location when staying in Dallas.

We had a storm in our area that knocked out my power all day with no hope of getting it restored that same day. I work from home, so I HAD to have my computers charged, so I booked Best Western Plus near my house. I could not be more pleased with the service from start to finish. These guys are fantastic. Came in town for a funeral service on 3/18/24 the hotel itself is nice but, I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY HERE around 4:00 am catalytic converter was stolen off truck wasn t notified until went down to get breakfast had to leave from in Texas rent a car to get back home and have to come back to Texas to get truck . I was staying here with my family. The bathroom in our room was full so I went to the bathroom in the lobby. The black bald lady with glasses got the keys and opened the door not only on myself but my friend that was used the restroom after me. When we asked her why she tried to humiliate us like that she said because you didn t ask to use the restroom there was no sign or anything indicating that 1. The bathroom wasn t open to the public, or 2. You had to have permission to use the restroom. When I explained that we were there with family she said your name isn t on the list no one ever made us put the names of all occupants in the room only the total number. When I pointed that out she made me leave the lobby and didn t allow me to go upstairs. So I went to my truck to wait on my family. That lady called 9-1-1 and lied and told them I was trespassing. After showing literal proof that I paid to be there with my family and having to go through the humiliation of being questioned in front of the whole hotel by police officers they told me to just sit in the back of the parking lot because she wasted their time I honestly feel like I might need to get a lawyer about this. I feel like because I didn t have on flashy clothes that I was discriminated against and wasted HUNDREDS of dollars just to be judged by a black woman as a black male. DO BETTER Safety: I felt unsafe and very unwelcome by the old black bald lady that wears different color glasses. If you are a black male please choose somewhere else as I can tell she looks down on us.

I am very disappointed with this hotel after I have stayed here many times. On today I got notifications that my credit card was being charged a $31.00 fee after I already paid for my hotel room the other day. I went to the hotel to find out what was the $31.00 fee was for and the hotel employee told me it was for some dirty sheets and pillowcases that were in my room after I checked out. I have never been charged any extra fees until today. This hotel used to be my favorite hotel but now it is not anymore and before I left the hotel today I informed the employee that this hotel has lost my business from now on due to the extra charges. This entire hotel needs to be renovated, also management needs to make their employees clean the rooms and tubs better because the bathtub in my room was dirty. If I could give this place 0 stars I would do so

This hotel had everything, and everything was in working order! The room was clean and stocked, with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, blow dryer, iron, alarm clock, and TV. Well lit, comfy beds, extra pillows and towels, and good water pressure and bathtub. The lobby was deluxe, and the staff very friendly and helpful. 24/7 coffee, tea, espresso, hot water, and beverages and alcoholic drinks for sale and a sundries store for medicine and snacks. Fitness center, pool and hot tub spa. The continental breakfast had waffles, eggs, sausage, and egg sausage cheese croissants, fruit, yogurt, cereal, juice, bagel and toast. I even got a to go bag and ate later with what I had... Even their ice machines were operational, which is not always the case, believe me! I highly recommend this Best Western, and would stay there again. Close to local business, yet set apart in a quiet neighborhood. May I suggest their rewards program? Stay 2 nights and get 1 free. Awesome!

Jetted Tub was not useable due to cleanliness, there was black hair, and foreign objects in the bottom and slides of the tub. Not only was the side of the tub / wood work cracked there was a deceased cockroach on the tile surrounding the tub. There was also a constant smell of marijuana in my room on the first floor, especially leaking into the restroom. Entering the hotel there were individuals sleeping in their vehicles. My myself and guest decided to cut our trip short and leave this hotel 24 hours early without a refund.

We like Best Western Plus hotels because they are a step up and more consistent than Best Westerns. We needed a place to charge our Tesla along the I-20 and this was our only option. We knew that there was only ONE Tesla charger and a J-1772 charger, so we had to plan to be able to make it to the nearest SC (in Arlington). Fortunately, no one was using it or needed it, so we were able to charge up for the next day. They also had a laundry. Unfortunately, we had to leave before breakfast the next morning. Im giving them 5 stars to thank them for having destination charging and being a good place to spend the night. Rooms: Oct 2023 update: We booked a king bed room but they wanted to give us two queens. Instead they gave us a king suite at no extra charge. The TV did not seem to have a guide or extras like Netflix, and I couldnt get an HDMI cable to work to watch anything from our laptop. :( Noteworthy details: Beware to owners of EVs hoping to charge here: we were lucky to get one of the two EV charging spaces. The other space was occupied by ICE vehicles every time we saw it. :(

I rarely leave bad reviews but this time I am extremely upset. A few reasons why I am posting low. I was in a car accident before arriving so I called in to informed as courtesy I would be late. Since I know they charged my card. When I did arrived the front staff informed me she would be charging me the remaining balance of $300 but instead I see my card being charged the full $500+. I spoke the next day to the front desk and she stated her manager would correct it. Now my initial rsv stay was for 3 days plus I added and additional day. I initially requested housekeeping. The night I arrive nothing I stated maybe the following nothing. I had to request towels and toilet paper downstairs. I inform again the staff all thru my stay I needed housekeeping no one came. When I called they stayed they can move me room but they don t have a double bed with no accessibility bathroom. I informed that would not accommodate my needs she said I can speak to her manager but they won t arrive till 10 tomorrow. Yes I am still checked in. I am really disappointed on the services I received on and to make matters worse someone got in my room who was not the staff and scared my mom. Rooms: Initially clean but never got it serviced even though I had requested. I had to get everything myself. Food and drinks: The breakfast is great but the lady serving is amazing. She offer to pack my mom her a small goodie bag for her due of her illness so she won t get sick

This was a great location for a recent business trip in the Dallas/Duncanville area. Rooms are large and clean. Amenities are what might be expected from hair dryers to full-size iron and ironing board. AC was ice cold!

I only stayed one night but the staff was wonderful. She gave me a room special rate under $200. The room was clean. Breakfast was good. This location is easy to access. They do lock the doors past 10:00 pm for security purposes you have use your room key to get in or call by phone at the door to get front desk clerk to open it. Rooms: Very clean, spacious and comfortable. I will be back. Thank you BestWestern for making my stay comfortable. Safety: I like the fact they lock the front doors after 10:00 pm and you have to use your room key, however the key pad didn t work and we had to get someone from the inside to let us in. Doing a review just for the breakfast! Adriana had breakfast setup so well, even when its peak time and shes the one man team! I really only do airbnbs but as I had stayed here before as a last minute effort, I couldnt believe how delicious the breakfast was as it aint the normal breakfast served at hotels. And for that reason, I came back and even brought my extended family just for the breakfast. And they loved it. Not sure if Id book a hotel in any other city, but for Dallas, Ill for sure be coming back everytime. Would have gave 5 starts for the rooms, but the only reason I didnt was because though the rooms are nice and ready, there are little things here and there that show wear and tear like loose tile or quick fixes. Safety: The hotel doesnt have too much of security measures, but the hotel is right next to very nice homes and because theres also no other businesses around, its really kind of tucked a large distance away from any access road. So because of that, you kind of feel like its really safe because to any strangers or criminals, they had to actually drive or walk all the way inland from the highway just to get to the area.

Initially we thought this place would work. The staff was helpful and friendly. However for breakfast, they ration out the portions and use a checklist. Then the roaches came out on us in the room. We immediately checked out. The staff asked if they could treat our room but if you have 1 roach, you got more in other rooms. No stars.

It was only mins from our event location, which was great. The room was spacious, beds comfortable. The pool was open but we didnt have time to enjoy it. Breakfast had plenty of options. My only complaint, for it to be a smoke free property, we stepped off the elevator and were met with the very strong, and offensive odor of smoke.

Very friendly staff! Both the room & restroom were clean. Clean linen, no bugs, decent breakfast. 1 caveat - I requested clean towels and according to hotel policy, towels would be left outside the room door, yet someone still chose to enter the room, went pass the bathroom startled themselves to find my husband asleep. Upon the noise and awaking him, the person rushed back out of the room and left towels outside the door.

Had my Kali with me. I love the treat bag they gave her, shes my fur baby. That was thoughtful. The hotel was clean, quiet. The outdoor pool and hot tub were clean and working. The Breakfast was pretty cool as far as free hotel breakfasts can go. The staff was great
