Poor customer service in the drive-through line. She wasn t listening and seemed bothered when I was trying to tell her what I wanted. Repeated it at least twice. Then they got it wrong and were annoyed with me when I asked them about it. I paid the $1.02 difference lol. All I ordered was two drinks. Maybe I m just used to Chick-fil-A.

I have seen reviews that at night this particular store has bad service and I am here to affirm that THIS IS TRUE.. Recently went at night around 11:45pm and a rude employee with long blondish hair and a lot of makeup (didn t catch her name) was trying to force us to take our food for take out and was giving us such a rude attitude because we wanted to dine in since we still had a lot of time, and there was others there still eating.. IT IS CLEARLY specified on their door that dine in closes at 1:00AM then they TURNED THE LIGHTS OFF ON US, and started Laughing so we left, and they started celebrating when we walked out the door. WE HAVE VIDEOS AND IMAGES.. OWNER NEEDS TO FIRE THOSE EMPLOYEES OR I SEE THIS STORE CLOSED SOON.. never going back

Absolutely no professionalism! We were told we had to order our food to go, JUST because the employees wanted there dining space closed, when the time to close hadn t arrived yet! It was 11:45, and there hours say closing is at 1:00AM! We got cups basically thrown at us, treated with a disgusting attitude from one specific employee. WE LOVE canes, but if you don t like your job, FIND ANOTHER ONE! I would love for this situation to be addressed by someone of higher rank, as it s not the first time that the night shift employees, treat others with no respect!

We have proof that the restaurant says open until 1:00AM!!! We get there on a Tuesday night, at 11:40pm, we got treated with little to no respect, and got told we have to pay for our food to go. We addressed that the restaurant dining space was supposed to be open, due to the fact that the time is literally pasted on there door! When we addressed that, we got treated with a nasty attitude from one of the employees. I believe the manager or at least someone with some what authority, told us we can stay to eat since we were a big party and there were people eating STILL at the dining space. We sat to eat, and at 12:17 they shut off the lights, basically pushing us out through the door. We left, and recorded a video of the lights being dim/off, and the employees were laughing. I would LOVE to talk to this branch s manager or owner to address the situation more, as this was UNACCEPTABLE. If the employee s don t want to work nights, they should request for that specific store to close at 12:00AM, but if it doesn t, DO YOUR JOB, OR GET ANOTHER ONE! Thankfully, we re christians, but I can t imagine what would happen with people with no heart or mercy.

We will always come here for lunch, dinner or midnight snack We love to hear the people say something funny at the intercom before we give them our order. Parking: Its always busy here and it just depends on certain days if you can find parking. If its really full, some people park at Applebees or the office next door and just walk over. We came to this place for lunch after I had a 5K run a couple of hours prior, when we came the line wasnt so long for especially 12 at noon. There were I believe 3 or 4 cars In front of us. However when we got to the second window the line took so long, I think someone took about 10 minutes to receive their order. However when we got to the window we got our food really fast and were able to go. I got the 4 finger box combo. The toast was great with its buttery and salty taste. The texture was very soft. When I got to the fries they werent as bad as I expected. They were not seasoned however they still tasted amazing and I got a good portion of fries in the box. The chicken, which was the part I was most excited about. It was good with its juicy inside and it had a variety of different flavors varying on the crisp of the chicken on that bite. More crunchy bites can be compared to KFC, while less crispy bites tasted like a McDonalds Chicken nugget. The Canes Sauce didnt meet the expectations I had expected but they made the chicken and fries both taste better than they were. I got a lemonade for the drink, however since Ive only had a lemonade twice so I didnt know what to expect. It was sweet to say the least and It was a great drink to wash down my food. Would recommend for people scouring for new places to try.
