If youre a local, or passing by, I would definitely recommend this place to eat, or hangout for some drinks. They have a variety of items on their menu. Our waitress was very polite and attentive to our table. They have tv screens on every corner and side of the walls for the sports fans. And most importantly, their wings are on point. They came out saucy, hot, and fresh. The ambiance is great, especially in the hippo lounge. Dont miss out on this restaurant and bar. Thank you BBW!

The waitress had attitude the minute I walked in. I truly believe it was because I was white. She never smiled, made no wye contact and every request was met with a sneer. No she would not turn the volume to the game up, no we have no dark beer, no I can not sit in the back bar (wear it was warmer). It was soo cold the staff have coats to wear. The cook was very friendly and personable.

The wings are on point my favorite sauce is the BBW. Besides the food being excellent this review is more about the customer service and it was phenomenal. I am a person that likes routine it was sad for me when Denise had left, but now we have a new waitress shes diligent sweet professional and friendly Mady is the best !! If Mady is working Im always going to be asking for Mady when I go here shes truly a great waitress!! She makes me and my mother feel comfortable dining with this establishment.

Went in with my husband. The bartender was rude from the moment we sat down. My husband asked about a couple beers and she proceeded to get rude about not having them on tap. She would not engage with us. As well as kept complaining about wanting to go home. She would ignore us and would engage the other customers at the bar and acted better towards them, some it seemed like she knew them. Just not very engaging, not very polite. That was my first visit to that restaurant and will be my last. As for the food. We didn t realize they had buffalo sauce on and not one time did she ask how our meal was or even acknowledge us when we asked for something.

We arrived here at 2:50pm on a Saturday. Id never been here before and never plan on going here again. 4 drinks and 1 beer were ordered. We got our drinks without any straws. We ordered the fried pickles and mushrooms appetizer. We all ordered the 10 piece traditional wings which there was a special of buy 1 get 1 so we each got 20. My two daughters got the original hot on all of their orders. My grandmother ordered original lemon pepper. I ordered 10 Cajun Lemon pepper and 10 Spicy Garlic, we also ordered 2 fries. We then waited an hour till we got some of our order. We were only brought one 20 piece original hot, my order of 10 Cajun Lemon pepper and 10 spicy garlic and a mistakened ordered by the waitress of 20 spicy lemon pepper and 20 original hot with 1 order of fries. As soon as we start looking at the order the waitress disappeared without checking if our order was right not allowing us enough time to mention it was wrong. I had to wave the bunch of waitresses down from our table for someone to come back. I told her a 20 original hot and a fire order were missing and that my grandmother ordered the lemon pepper not the Spicy lemon pepper. The waitress tired to adamantly argue with me telling me that we ordered a 20 piece spicy lemon pepper instead of correcting her mistakes. So after I told her no that that wasnt what was ordered. She quickly only brought out the original lemon pepper. When she brought the lemon pepper wings to the table she tried to say we had already received the other 20 original hot. I had to tell her it hadnt been and to disregard the 2nd order of fries and just bring my daughters 20 original hot. She claimed shed remove the original hot from the bill since there was a few mistakes with the whole order. When she finally brings the bill she didnt remove anything she said she would. Definitely not worth the 105 with some change.

The Waitress took a while to attend us, my wings i ordered we supposed to be hot lemon pepper, and were only lemon pepper. I let her know the order was wrong and she offered to just give me the sauce to pour over it, Waitress was Brittney B. Nope asked her to remake them, all she did was put sauce over them!I could tell cause some of the wings still had no sauce! The womens restroom one of the toilets have no seat, I mean come on its $10 to replace, and no soap in the RR at All!! So that means the Waitress are not washing their hands at all after going to the Restroom Update year 2024 Had the chicken Alfredo, well my brother in law did (kid) watery I m not sure who the kid who was there belongs too but I ve seen a bald guy with tattoos all over his head there all the time always looks like he is coked out talking to customers all the time waitresses sit with him all them time but numerous times I ve went I ve seen him picking up kid by his arm and getting mad cause he s not behaving and being a kid. Talking to customers looking wired up all to the time. Appreciate this establishment but this type of person who is there constantly does not need to be there just the presence is omg I can t believe he is there almost all the time I am. Embarrassing. And no I don t go to the hippo lounge much more like the hippos a** cause that s what the scent gives off. I took my family after reading the reviews about the great wing flavors and atmosphere. So we arrived expecting to fully enjoy the experience. I knew nothing about the daily deals so that was a pleasant surprise. What was not expected or appreciated was the terrible service! The server took forever to bring drinks, handed drinks with fingers all over mouth of cups, had no menu item knowledge, brought appetizers for our family no plates despite request, wrong wing flavor, and was gone from our table so long that she finally came back to ask us how everything was going to then finally be told we had no food, and she never removed a dirty dish from the table from appetizers to the time my family departed! This experience was awful! We would have loved to make this our regular spot but with this service of course not. Management and/or owners should really be addressing the service better. The wing flavors that were correct, shrimp, and pizza when they finally came were good. And it was only 3-4 small tables in there when we came. The amount of time we waited was crazy long for this small crowd.

Maybe went on a slow day. Their concept of sit anywhere you want seems poorly executed. No sign visible for take out. I was there for nearly 40 mins trying to get food to go i might as well have just stayed. Took about 10 minutes for any one to notice I was there. For a place that is in the food industry you would think that they would be all about customer service but its not. Walked in there was only 4 other tables with customers. Waitress came by took our order. We asked for our appetizer to get delivered first which it was. 1 hour and 15 minutes passed before we got our entree. We asked the waitress to make it to go, that we had all ready been waiting a long time. At first she was shocked and all she kept saying was I know I know but no apology. So unapologetic when other customers that arrived after us were getting their food. They need to do something about all the waitresses just sitting on the table by the register not attending to the customers.

Great place for a drink and some wings. I say the wings are better than Brewings. There is a Beautiful Bar on the other side. Brand New. So for adults wanting to have food, a few drinks and be in a great looking place. This is it. Its busy at times. . Yes. But dont let one bad experience keep you from going back and having a good time. Children are welcome Im sure. But it gets busy and loud. So I dont recommend bringing small babies or children. The food was amazing and the batter is like a tempura batter. The flavor was there. The ambience was great. We will definitely be back for more to for Tuesday rocks there. Been here twice and first time food was cold, second time no one ever came to take our order when the sign up front said please seat self after I asked the waitress if anyone had our table she said yes that it was her and walked off and never returned. After 15 mins of just sitting there, we left. The booth that was completely empty when we first walked in (we first sat at at that booth but it was dirty so we went a few booths down) as we walked out the restaurant that same booth had 4 people seated and they already had their drinks AND fried pickles on the table!!! Stopped by for some wings around noon on a Saturday. There were only two other tables. I get theres just one waitress and a bartender, but my girlfriend and I sat for at least 20minutes before having to ask for a menu two different times. Two other tables that showed up after us got menus, a welcome, drinks, and appetizers before someone brought us a menu. We left after about 30 minutes since no one bothered to take our order for even drinks. The floors were all sticky and the tables were dirty. I cant even imagine the food being good. Been here several times and this is my second review. My first review was good and felt I needed to leave another review since the Hippo Lounge opened up. Horrible Customer Service. Coming here was very unprofessional the bar girls take shots which is very unprofessional of them. They took 2 hours just for a 24 pc wings didnt have any ranch in stock but I was charged for it. I miss the old waitress that use to work here glasses with tattoos I believe she was manager too. Food is really delicious here, but it gets pretty busy, and they barely have people attending the customers. We waited approx 40 minutes to be asked what we wanted to drink. Once our server attended us, she was great. Other than that, we had a good time on 5 de Mayo.

I used to order from this place alot because the wings were always so good well sauced and chunky. However recently I ordered take out, also ordered over the phone and asked for the total (including taxes) They said 23$,and i went to go pick it up, I ordered 10 traditional wings with a side of small fries that alone was 26$ for 1 person. I get home and they had given me 9 traditional wings and 1 boneless dry to the bone and barely sauced. Not the first time they did this I will not order from here anymore. I recommend bayou city wings they have same sauce options for a little more $ but always come through .

Mine was not take out but I was given a take out box and a take out drink. Food was good but not the three female servers. Will not go back. The one star is for the servers, not the food. Vegetarian options: Not vegetarian friendly. The only choices for meat free are cheese pizza, side salad, and side dishes such as french fries and. onion rings. The only menu item that could be considered healthy is the side salad. Dietary restrictions: Not a good choice for anyone with dietary restrictions. Parking: Ample parking. Kid-friendliness: Has kid menu and did see kids when I was there. Wheelchair accessibility: A chair from a table can be removed to accommodate someone in a wheelchair.

So we came here after seeing there crawfish special. But they where wildly by time we got here so we ordered other things. We told the waitress give us a second to look over menu and she disappeared for 15 mins.. so we finally place the order for the food to be nasty like not seasoned at all. 1st of all I would like to say is.... This place has the BEST WINGS IN HOUSTON!!! On Tuesday they have wing day specials.... every day of the week there is a sale!! If you havent been to Broadway Wings....I would recommend you to check them out...super delicious steaks on Thursday as well.... and now they have a band there starting at 8pm...that is awesome!!! We were very disappointed. We saw all the great reviews about this location but when we arrived we were the only customers in the establishment and all we could see was 4 - 5 waitresses sitting and eating all together. We werent welcomed and our waitress seemed bothered that we arrived during their lunch moment. There were no smiles and as customers arrived the waitresses would stay at their table eating and talking and rarely check on us. Our fried onion rings tasted like paper and we sent them back after a few bites they looked white and soggy instead of fried and crispy. The burger was decent and the wings could had been better tossed in the sauce. Someone did I think the manager checked on us and changed the rings for fried Mac and cheese but our service was still the same and we still left a tip. We wont be coming back to this location.

I m so disappointed that I wasn t able to order take out on Tuesday for the buy one get one free wings deal. I ve purchased this in the past. I was told that the special isn t for take out anymore, this is not cool due to prices arising in so many necessities already. During Covid this was very convenient and now that Covid is again arising, it would be more safer. My coworkers and myself cannot eat out during lunch only pickup- and here we can t get special due to new only dine in only to get special. I hope owner/ manger switch s back soon since this place lost a customer(s) and will lose more due to new policy- and Covid cases rising again.
