Beautiful venue, medium size, dance floor is small, facilities are very well kept. I have attended 3 events here, and I have noticed they offer different packages for different budgets, I imagine. My only recommendation would be etiquette for the assistants. Theyre ALWAYS in the way, I understand that they are there to help the person hosting the event, but come on! Theyre in all my pictures. We cant record, see, or freely enjoy what is going on because they surround them in all the special times. Food has always been good, good portions and the overall quality is worth the cost.

BEWARE!!! Do not book this reception hall we had a date separated and had given a deposit, had gone in and chosen colors, food and package. Then we had the Bride sick & in the hospital and unable to finish speaking to the Venezzia staff about the final details. Our event was 5 days away from the wedding, so we call Venezzia and spoke to Patty Flores which she proceeds to let us know they went ahead and booked it to someone else . Wow!! We couldn t believe, Patty also mention she didn t book the other event herself, there is 3 separate schedulers so that was that well since we had no choice we asked for our money back so we could go to a different venue, we were referred to assistant accounting person Loulou. She has no customer service, rude, nasty and the most horrible person I have dealt with. She didn t want to give us our money back, looking to retaliate when I told her I would be posting this review. I have a quinceñeta already separated for a later date well I will be canceling that as well! Still no money or call back from them

We enjoyed the venue in celebration a a quincenera. It was quite a party, lots of music, lots of friendly people, and no dancing. Of course the no dancing part is the option of the host. There was a dance floor available, so you can dance if you want to dance. The light fixtures were very nice as well, and the fact that I noticed them said a lot. Best part of the whole evening, though, was having the honor of watching my wife glow in her beautiful dress. She is amazing.

I have had personal events in Venezzia and I have also attended several events in the same place, the attention from the moment you call to ask for information is great and not to mention the event itself, the coordinators and employees of the place are always very attentive and are on hand. attentive to ones needs as a client and event attendee, the food is delicious, the decorations beautiful and the place obviously very nice, I highly recommend this venue for your events, whether indoors or outdoors, even if your event is with the smaller package you are guaranteed to enjoy your event and leave with a great taste in your mouth.

I attended a wedding in 6/25/2021. I found it strange that not many seats were placed for the wedding ceremony to where my wife and I had to stand during the wedding ceremony outside. We were some of the last people to get served and when our food got there it was cold. The open bar was nice until they ran out certain alcohols. Would not recommend. Many other venues go out of their way to make the customer happy and are even much more affordable.

I had commented on their post and they deleted the comments TWICE. They created multiple fake reviews naming one of the brides specifically and I must add, stating something that was told them in confidentiality (health condition) and using that against her. The bride paid for 100 Guests and they failed to disclose to the bride that the venue only held fifty chairs. They took the money for 100 guest and failed to deliver the services promised. If you are hosting any event in Brownsville, I highly recommend NOT USING THIS VENUE.

If I could, I would give them zero stars. Very bad service and unprofessional. They say they are very exclusive and they paint everything as cool, but thats not the case. At my sisters wedding the food was served late and it was cold. In addition, there were workers entering and leaving the venue where we were. If you can choose another place, do it.

On 6/25/2021 I attended the beautiful wedding of Ryan & Sabrina. The ceremony was beautiful, the music by Chicago Live Band w/ Juan was outstanding, the photographer Antonio was excellent, I wish I could say the venue Venezzia was out of this world. Unfortunately, it wasnt, the serving staff were rude and never no where to be found when we needed things (more bread, refills on drinks). Dont waste your money on this place

You would think that because its so fancy they would clean up a bit and make it seem like they actually care about peoples dream wedding. Definitely will not recommend this place to anyone, they claim to be one of the most exquisite venue in the area. I had one of the worst experience with this so called exquisite venue this past weekend as one of the bridal party. The ladies that were paid to coordinate did not coordinate at all or helped out with setting up the venue, family had to help set up and the band that was contracted also help out coordinate all while one of the ladies was sitting around drinking, enjoying the entertainment. They took forever to bring out dinner and brought out cold rolls. The Ceremony only had little bit of chairs and guests had to stand up. The so called bride room had no privacy. This event had open bar all night, and then they claimed they ran out of tequila before the event ended. Turns out they were hiding the bottles for them. Please do not waste your money here and save yourself some headaches.

Small cozy place, great music and service, I feel kind of safe because they check everyones temperature, they give you face mask, disinfect your shoes and spray you with some disinfectant before you enter. Also the have someone on the restroom cleaning after every person, on this moments of Covid19 you can feel safe in place like this, kudos for the great work they do. The only bad thing was the music was very loud, I ended with pain on my ears and the ringing sound.
