Most of the time the chicken at Canes is spot on good, the service and location are usually good I frequent the Sherman location. On occasion I have had a tough chicken strip or a greasy one and fries have been undercooked at times, but for the most part this location is good. The coleslaw is ok, but Im not a fan. The bread should be toasted on both sides. Dont forget to ask for honey mustard sauce, it is very good.

Usually come here but i came here with my family and my boyfriend had blonde-ish hair in his chicken two separate times and we didn t realize it until the 2nd time he saw a hair on his chicken. I told the order taker and he did apologize but it s not his fault. Please make your staff wear hairnets

Chicken was as it usually is but I ll tell you this, be wary of the sauce. We got a bad batch and my whole family ended up sick last night. Don t k ow how long they keep the sauce but we won t be back to this location. None of us can even think about the food here after being so sick.

Broooo! The best option for fast food! Delish tenders, tasty fries, and SLAW! Also they have coke-zero. Get a couple tenders and a slaw if you are low carb and you will have a good meal. Although the fries and bread are difficult to resist.

Drive through customer service is terrible. Ask for one thing oh we charged for this. Yet you repeated it right. Then doesn t give a receipt. This location is just terrible at customer service in the drive thru. But if you go inside experience is different. This is the third time it s happened.

This location always has quality food and service. This location is accessible friendly and does have accessible friendly parking and entrance and facilities. Theres plenty of parking available for the dine-in portion and overlap parking in the nearby areas. This is easily seen from the road and access from the road and multiple directions. The drive-thru tends to be overlapping in full but only mainly when they have super busy times. The food quality is always great and tastes good. The staff is also very high quality and takes care of what you need.

Worst Canes. Didnt receive the ketchup or extra side I paid for. No fork, ripped bag. Had to ask for extra side before I drove away. Dr Pepper flat. Girls at front having fun, laughing & cleaning the floor with broom/mop, see them with cleaning fluid and paper towel in hand, no gloves, and hand me my food and straw with no wrapper on it. Gross. Oh and when I called corporate to make sure I got a refund the lovely female manager from the store called me to personally lmk she was aware I called corporate and wanted to make sure I didnt get a double refund...like Canes isnt a smart enough company to not refund me twice. Cuz Im a mastermind and planned this so Id get two refunds. Seriously? She knew exactly what she was doing and was being petty to a customer calling me at home to try and make her point. Well she doesnt have to worry about me returning thats for sure.

The girl who took our order had a horrible attitude. If looks could be any truer her eyeballs would have rolled all the way out of her head. The food had no flavor at all. Fries were unseasoned and super soggy. Maybe they were having an off night but I am not sure what the hype is. Place was pretty busy but it seemed like the food had been sitting for a while. I have worked in many fast food places in the past so I try to give people a little grace but the attitudes and food quality were bad. For the price it is not worth it.

The food looks really good, but doesnt taste really good. The service was great, but nothing else was for me. The music is loud, all teens as both customers and the counter, not much personality, but friendly. The chicken is ALL white meat, moist, but bland. The fries are bland and soggy. They offer a Cains sauce but it taste like ranch and I rather have any other sauce. Ill only come back if every other food stops feeding me. If youre gonna serve me white meat, unseasoned, and other ranch sauce, at least lower the prices!

The drive thru has a weird set up and after receiving our food, we had to wait an additional two minutes just to drive away since other cars were blocking us. As far as the food, it s not very seasoned and unfortunately they don t have bbq sauce. I m not a fan of ketchup or Cane s sauce so the only time I go is when I m headed home so I can add seasoning and sauce.

The best chicken strips that you can get for the price! They are always extremely fresh, and get to you fast after you order. Also, the best dipping sauce for any chicken place, and EASILY the best Texas toast you can get anywhere on the planet. There are places that have better chicken, but when you combine all the attributes I mentioned above, its hard to beat Canes when it comes to fast food.

We just went for our last time to this location unfortunately. They ve been giving you a lot less fries and when I called their response was that they were over-portioning for a while so they are now cutting back. When you order a box combo for $11.46 and only get a very small handful of fries it doesn t make sense. I ll be finding another location that is better managed and cares when you call.

Delicious. Love the tailgate option for groups. Wish they also had options for large orders of fries or texas toast, or the tailgate options could be upgraded to full meals for arge groups. Ive been hearing about there chicken strips and toast for a while. My teen age grand daughter loves them. Raising Canes is her favorite for chicken strips. Will, Ill tell ya. Its GREAT !! This is the Rasing Cains that all others should be judged! Despite being during lunch rush in a high volume area the employees were polite, attentive, and show both physical and mental agility in the speed and ease they brought orders to waiting customers in store as well as drive thru overflow as well as when prompted by customers banter that was both witty and charming. The food was the best raising canes Ive ever had but what got me most was each order coming out looked better than what was shown on the menu, chicken and fries were that perfect golden color and cooked perfectly, the only complaint is that it was so fresh from the kitchen I had to listen to my stomach growl for several minutes before I could eat it!
