These guys (and gal) are always so kind to me, my family and friends (really whoever I have in tow) Now days I feel like theyre family and just make excuses to cruise in and see them. Iv been going to Elliot Gun Co since they have Opened the business. Yes I know .. Im just writing a review But let me just say this.. everyone that works at this shop , is family to me. Not blood but they treat me like family and always asking how Im doing and the family even if Im just there to look around. They have always been so helpful and Knowledgeable about every question or concern i throw at them . Mike does amazing work on anything i bring . Elliot and Devin are always there to help guide me in my DIY builds or even when i want something done that i cant do . They are always there to give there honest opinion on parts or accessories. Iv seen this business grow with great people and an awesome atmosphere. They always care about there customers and treats them just like FAMILY ! I purchased a new trigger for my weapon. I was needing help with installation. I called Elliot Gun Co and they were very helpful on the phone. They told me to bring it in and they would install it I brought it in for installing and they jumped on it right away. This is now my new go to gun store. I highly recommend this place. They were fair priced and knowledgeable and solved my problem within 15 minutes.

I might have found out how good their service was, if they sold Revolvers. They dont. See they still make them. A gun shop should have at least a few in inventory. Offered to order me one. I like to handle a gun before I purchase it. Just old fashioned I guess. After a brief email exchange with the owner I have raised my review by one star. I did find a store with revolvers and I purchased one. Proceed no delay. Mr White will understand that. If I find myself in need of services they provide, I would not hesitate to try them out.

When buying firearms for the most part I buy factory built. On my latest purchase aero precision had a sale I couldn t pass up. Problem was I didn t have the tools or knowledge to put my build together. I started calling gunsmiths all around dfw and with most I was looking at a 2-4 week turnaround. I called Elliot white gun co and their turnaround was the fastest (same day). When I got there (Mike if I m not mistaken) was at the front desk. He quickly remembered our conversation on the phone and took a look at all the parts I had. He pointed out that I had bought the wrong handguard (being my first build I had no idea ar-15 and lr308 handguards were different, rookie mistake). Everything else checked out and he said he could get the right handguard for me. All in all service has been great, they seem to be really knowledgeable and have a great selection. I will update review when build is complete. Update: My build is finally complete and they did a hell of a job! Everything fits tight and snug and it looks great. Not bad for a build costing less than 1k. These guys have really impressed me with their knowledge and customer service. I will be using them for all my future gunsmith needs. Will definitely recommend. I was looking around at all the parts they offer and their pricing is very competitive as well.

DO NOT USE FOR GUNSMITHING Did a stock swamp on a rifle length buffer tube a while back with them Tried to swap it out again. Went to a different gun shop, opened the box that everything was SUPPOSED to be in (hadnt been opened since the first swap) and come to find out they didnt give me back my buffer tube AND the retaining nut for the stock i had replaced. Now its costing me a new buffer tube+special order parts to get ehat should have been a quick swap done.

I m so pleased to have found this gun shop, I needed to have my barrel, gas block, and hand guard installed & mounted. I was going to do it but after buying the AR block, lock tight, vise (still need one of those), AR wrench, it would have cost me more to perform the install service myself. Essentially it was a no-brainer to have them do it for $50.00. Regrettably my SLR sentry adjustable gas block had only 1 set-screw in the package while it had a two hole block, they added one set-screw for me - without even asking. Again, over delivered. I was told would be ready by the end of the day. I dropped it off at 10:15am, they completed it in 45 minutes. (Can t say that will happen for everyone s experience, but it absolutely floored me in the best way possible), in fact when I got the call my rifle was ready for pickup, admittedly my heart initially skipped a beat, thinking something bad must have happened, maybe the tolerance was too tight. To my utter surprise, they said it was ready for pickup whenever I wanted. It caught me off guard completely how fast they got it done. They just gained a customer for life. I ve already shared their business with like-minded family. A business that strives to please their customers is a place I will always take my business. If you re on the fence about giving this place a try, just do it! You ll be happy you did. They have good selection of ammo, guns, both pistol and rifle s, knifes, parts, even saw a shotgun or two. As for my rifle, well, what do you think I m beyond excited to send some ~$3 rounds down range (byproducts of an expensive caliber [.458 SOCOM]).

Got an AR magazine cerakoted by this place and was told it would be ready in about 7 days from when I ordered it, after paying up front. 2 weeks later, I was told someone would for sure call me the following Monday, which never happened. Then on Tuesday, my 4th phone call and 3 weeks of waiting, I was told they were just about to call me (with less than an hour left in their work day) and that I could finally pick it up. The work was solid and looks great, but the incorrect pickup timeframe and massive lack of communication is EXTREMELY annoying. If you bring something here for custom work, don t expect to see it again for a LONG time.

Ive had a few different needs over the past few years ranging anywhere from builds to just general questions or recommendations. The guys, including Elliot himself, have always been extremely courteous, fair, honest, and most importantly not pushy when it comes trying to sell you something you dont need. Fair and honest work is hard to find these days. Couple that with friendly banter, the offer of a beverage while you wait, and just general kindness and you have a recipe for a great customer experience. Finding a local gunsmith that is reputable, stands by their work, and is fair-priced is about all you can ask for...these guys take it a step further. If anyone has an issue with them, i.e. left a negative review, they clearly did not bring it to Elliots attention to allow him the opportunity to have him resolve it prior to elaborating on their negative experience. First time customer.. . Was NOT impresses. Had sights and a channel liner installed on a new slide. For $35, the channel liner was not tapped all the way in. Front sights were not tightened, rear sight was slightly too far left and had a tiny scratch on it. If they cant do something that basic, then I dont trust them to do anything on any of my firearms. Staff is super friendly though.

This is a great place for hand made customized knives, firearms & attachments as well as a variety of ammunition. They might seem a bit pricey (key word Seem) but these guys take Real Pride in their work. They create very strong, reliable weapons & so many accessories. Prior to my purchase of a new firearm, I spoke with Elliot to alert him to the shipment. My being new to doing this online, he let me know just how smooth the process would be. After having received a delivery attempt notice, I didn t really panic because the website suggested they they were closed on Monday s. I then set into panic mode after looking at their website again, alluding to the fact they wouldn t reopen again until the 1st. Knowing that FedEx would only make so many delivery attempts before returning my firearm to the seller as undeliverable. To be honest, I posted some rather distasteful reviews on Facebook and Google. Elliot reached out to me and grabbed this dilemma by the horns. He offered to go pick up my package from the distributor, or wait at the store to sign for it once FedEx made its rounds. My conclusion is as follows; What he did was not expected, nor owed. What Elliot did was retain a customer for life. This is only my 2nd time utilizing their services, but it s that one single act of true professionalism so many of us slightly older people have since forgotten existed, that keeps us coming back. Thank you very much Elliot, Gun is now my go to source. Update: I deleted any and all negative reviews, as they have since become more than irrelevant and completely unfounded.

I bought a custom AR from another local gun shop. Love the rifle, but I was having some issues with the buffer detent and my local gun shop wouldn t acknowledge it as a problem. I dropped by Gun Co for them to have a look. They immediately confirmed it was a problem and they spent quite a while inspecting my rifle to try and determine the cause. They diagnosed it and corrected it and staked my castle nut for me as well. Even though I asked them to charge me, they refused to charge me a dime for checking the rifle or fixing it. I ll tell you this: I will never go to another gunsmith in my area. These guys know their stuff and they are honestly committed to making you a happy customer. They succeeded in that and I will be letting all my friends know about them. (They also have a SWEET AR for sale right now, so head over fast!)

Superior service above and beyond any gunsmith I have ever been to. Firearms and gunsmithing are obviously their passion here, with the enthusiasm and willingness to teach others. These guys do great work. Had trouble assembling my AR due to some manufacturer issues and they were able to take care of it. Was given excellent customer service and speedy service for a very reasonable price. Will definitely come back again.

Highly, highly suggest. Great shop, great integrity, great work. They will deal with you fairly, and a good market price. They do custom work, and it is absolutely outstanding. Ive bought several guns from them and done several more custom projects, and am well pleased.
