Came in to enjoy the food and was very disappointed. My food was cold. My steak was under cooked. My drink was watered down. I ordered a 12pc. Boneless hot wings only got 8 and they were barely warm. Ordered the queso with chips and salsa only got the cheese. And the cheese was only warm not hot.My steak was cooked medium when I asked for medium well. And it was pink with blood. My brother ordered his well done and it wasnt. It was medium. My margarita was watered down. I tasted more water than alcohol. And the waitress barely came around to attend to us. It took her 15 minutes to even give us our utensils. When we first sat own it took her 30 minutes to attend to us. We ordered appetizers and we got that wen our food came out. Was very disappointed in our service.

Everything was great but I found out if you use a card to tip the waitress, they have to pay 25% of their earning to the company. Thats just wrong. They bust their butts to provide a good service and keep up with everybody in such a busy atmosphere. Tips the waitresses in cash. That way they get to keep what they earn. Im sure theres some rule against the way chilis take tips from servers. Guess Ill have to ask Texas work force commission. Parking: The handicap space need new paint Wheelchair accessibility: Needs to be visibly better

I was surprised to see how empty it was on a friday night. Service was very fast when it came to serving the food and drinks. I ordered a 10 oz sirloin, but when I got my order I noticed the steak resembled a burger patty instead of an actual steak. It was bland and not very juicy.

there was hair in my salad (didn t have my phone to take a picture) server looked overworked, i asked to speak to a manager and the manager said she would comp it off my ticket instead of coming to talk to us. i asked for the managers name and i was told it was Megan . i don t believe anyone should have to work with a manager who runs a store in this way. please evaluate your management & treat your servers with more dignity & respect.

Whats up with the side Caesar salad ? I got one in Brownwood, TX and Midland, TX with my meal, as a side. As long as Ive lived, a Caesar salad is made with Romaine lettuce. Why does chilis use what seems like a spring mix? There might be a few leaves of Romaine but Im really not sure. The dressing is delicious but its annoying that spring mix is used.

It was my husbands birthday and I wanted to surprise him. I went to pick up my food at the curbside around 4:00. I didnt wait that long so that is perfect. I didnt check my order. The food here is always good, but the service is usually meh. And its always loud and crazy in there. Besides that the consistency is what keeps me coming back here. I pretty much eat here when I dont know where else to go because there is something for everyone here in your group. Besides those margaritas the burgers here are awesome for the price compared to fast food and the ribs are always delicious especially with the dry rub. Add salsa which for some reason I really like even though its not authentic or anything and the queso which is pretty much hormel and cheese whiz plus some cold draft brews and you hot a good evening! Dont forget about the egg rolls, really good too!

My experience on 5/7/24 was not great. All food was cold, waited for food over 25 min and appetizers came at the same time main course came. Salad was $6 but the salad looked old. We asked for blue cheese dressing and they brought ranch. Server was frustrated with her team in the kitchen and was great plus very apologetic. I will not come here again.

Placed an order via DoorDash when the order arrived we had missing items and the rib order was wrong. (DoorDsah corrected that issue for me). When I called to talk to the manager to tell her my order was wrong even though the kitchen slip had the correct items listed on it, she (no name given) said that it was DoorDash problem not hers. I m sorry ma am but yes it s your problem since door dash didn t fix my food or prepare my order. The issue is you staff didn t take the time to verify that my order was prepared correctly. We hit this place for the first time, the admosphere was good, a tipical American restaurant, our server was fast, nice and did a great job, however she mistake my order, instead of shrim she broght my pasta with chicken She offered to bring shrim and she did it, however at the end she charged for them its Ok, any time this happen, our generosity changes!! The food is unappealing and lacking in flavor. Pretty sure hall if it is freeze dried and then rehydrated. The tortillas with the fajitas are always old and crispy, not in a good way either! Disgusting! My burger was crispy burnt. Me and my husband asked for cheese on our fries and due to their error we got cheese, jalapenos, and bacon with our 2 orders of fries and Im sure i was charged extra for their mistake.(we hate jalapeños and bacon) I paid 87$ which I feel was wasted considering the fact that food was disgusting. Horrible experience. The waitress had the hardest time putting our order in with their super slow tablet. My sons quesadillas were over cooked and hard. The place seemed clean from what I could see. Just your typical chilis. The food was really great today! Probably the best I ve ever had from a chilis I was super impressed. The server we got seemed very overwhelmed and was not attentive. We literally saw our server twice the entire time. Once when we first got there and once when he brought out the food. I needed a drink refill and waited until he brought out the food before I got a refill. Which was at least 30 minutes. We even joked they were back there butchering the cow it took so long for the food to come out. The guy seemed sweet he just appeared to have a lot going on and was having trouble managing it all. I think the staff needs better training. But the food was so good so we ll definitely be back just hope next time the service is better.

Food is pretty much what you expect from a flat top grill. Waitress was nice and returned our margarita without question. My wife left her beat headphones on the table and they were there when we went back 2 hours later. Great service. Food is...... Chilis.
