The service here is great. They greet you at the door, are very welcoming, and even introduce themselves to people they dont recognize in order to try and be more familial. Theyve got free pool on Thursday and Sunday (think thats right) and a great cook in the back until 10 p.m. Its a pub-style place with more of a relaxed feel with a typically older crowd (as opposed to 20-40 year olds), so it just wasnt really our style.

Great club with great food and very courteous staff. Everyone makes you feel at home upon your first visit, which will lead to your return. The kitchen puts out Higher Restaurant Quality Food thanks to the Cook Rayez, who can cook anything that you request if he has the ingredients on hand. Give a try, I promise that you wont regret it.

The interior of this place used to be off the lobby of the shamrock Hilton and it was called McCarthys pub I frequent there to eat a Reuben because Conns deli in the Rice village is no longer, the shamrocks Ruben is second to that and thats pretty good!

They cater only to The Texans. No recognition for the Astros. When the Texans play they mute the Juke Box. The Astro games, never. Food is cook by a great cook (Reyes), but they have raised their prices. The menu has been the same for over 20 years. They dont add any new items. All other bars are open till 2 am, they close at 11 pm. Ive found better places to go.

HOW RUDE. After being a regular for months and spending a low ton of money there on beer buckets , music and pool , being kicked out on a Monday from one pool table out of two , for an unofficial , UN advertised league has been an horrible feeling... Her words exactly were I have to kick you out guys , league on Mondays. Leagues are Tuesdays , I know that since Ive been there Mondays before. More like Im playing with my friends and theres no room for you or your money at this place. If shamrock see my shadow again me myself Ill be surprised. Awful feeling. HOW RUDE. You couldve waited till I finish my games without being so rude

Hated it.... went there by word of mouth. The food was horrible cold and the wings were undercooked. It wasnt that crowd for food but we waited for over 40 minutes to our food. With that all food items wasnt brought out together. The restroom was scarely behind a closed door next to the mens. I walked out and ran into a drunk male as me how I was doing... didnt feel safe...

Best food for lunch in the world. Race is the chef there for the last 25 years and he has made the best cheeseburgers and Rubens chicken fried steak steak sandwiches and anything thats good. The service there is impeccable. Sharon is our server our waitress and our bartender. Kudos to her for being able to handle the whole bar during the day. Love meeting my friends there for lunch.

Very boring bar the main people there are older Gentleman that you can still have been going there for years not like a fun Bar. Its more of a small community bar instead of a go out for the night bar. The worst thing is that they need to upgrade to this century
