Due to an unfortunate not at fault accident I had to retain an attorney. The reason why I chose this one is because from the first consultation, I felt at ease. They didn t hassle me into choosing them and they did not give me any wild promises like I would come out of this a millionaire. They were straight forward throughout the whole process. Pamela was a rockstar through everything. Either answered the phone every time or promptly called me back or responded to text in a very timely manner. She walked me through everything they were doing or planning to do, kept me updated and again, was straightforward. And when it came time to get my settlement, gave me the option of going to the office to pick up the check or have it mailed. I do hope this is the last time I go through a situation like this, but if it does happen again, I will definitely retain this law firm. I highly recommend them!!!

I worked with David Glasheen on an automobile injury claim. He was a very fantastic attorney during the two years he worked with me. To detail my experience: Covid hit when the case began, so we knew it would take a while for the case to build. Even so, this firm was very attentive from the beginning, making sure that I not only took the proper steps to form my case, but also to take care of my wellness. They helped in finding proper medical care, making sure all my needs were met. Whenever an issue would arise that would postpone the case, David made sure to notify me. When I was injured, I didnt know where to start. I initially googled this company and found great reviews. I was able to have a meeting the SAME DAY with Kenny Morris in Odessa Tx. I had so many questions, and he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I had a good feeling about the company so I decided to go with them. Later in the process, I was moved over to working with Hayden Hatch. He offices out of Austin, but I had zero issue working with him all the way up in Lubbock, where I live. I cant speak highly enough about Glasheen, Valles & Inderman. I was involved in every step and they didnt do a single thing without my approval. I really like that Hayden, Kenny, and other lawyers spoke about my case in their weekly meetings to get a great group game plan together. These guys (and ladies) worked their tail off for me, and I truly believe they put their heart into it. I saw Kenny Morris about my accident that happened. He showed NO interest once he found out I work at Enterprise and couldnt give him a reason for him being on DNR. Told him he could contact the branch. After that he had a sour attitude. He also didnt seem to want to answer questions and told me my case wasnt worth it to him. He then went on to tell me that he wishes he wouldnt have picked his profession that he did. Tried his best to discourage me, but I found someone who is more than willing to take on my case because I actually have injuries and have never been in an accident... The ladies in the front are extremely amazing though..

We ended up with Kenny Morris as our attorney. It seemed that Kenny couldnt get that facts of our case straight, nor did he appear to want to fight for us. We have him plenty of information to use in our case yet he didnt seem to care. When I attempted to complain to the Lubbock office, at the beginning of the case they were quick to answer, but at the end, after emailing and calling they flat ignored me. It appeared to us that once they didnt see big money off of it suffering, which included me having neck surgery, they couldnt be bothered with us. We would not use them again.

All I can say is WOW!! WOW!!! WOW!!!! I have heard a lot of negative things about lawyers and law offices and how they just try to take your money, but not this firm! This was the first time having to go through situation like this and I was very impressed and I am very thankful for Kenneth Morris with this firm. If you have any type of injury, these are the people you want to see. Long story short, my girlfriend and I were involved in a car wreck and hit by an unlicensed driver. Insurances werent cooperating with us and everything seemed to be going downhill from there. We saw a whole lot of negatives while in recovery and thought it wouldnt get an better with all the bills stacking up. I will say that it didnt help on our part for waiting a few weeks after the wreck to try and get an attorney. GV&I was our first choice to go to and the right one! GV&I took care of us and now we are back on our feet and much better than before! The few weeks we stalled in getting an attorney didnt seem to matter, however I will say that as soon as you have an accident or any kind of injury, go to this firm immediately! Dont wait! Kenneth did an amazing job, as well as his assisstants, in keeping me updated and letting me know what they needed from me so it would all turn out for the good.
