They hit all the Starbucks standards. We where suggested the seasonal apple pastry and we paired it with the apple crisp drink. We also picked up a raccoon pop cause why not! Thanks Aliah for the awesome suggestions!

Came through the drive thru today and the young lady at the window (didn t catch her name sorry) but her personality and customer service is needed all over this city! She insisted on heating up my chocolate croissant and was polite when I added more to more order at the window! She lifted my spirits and didn t even know it! Keep smiling honey!!

Good tasty sandwiches and drinks, services was not too good, took a long time to finish my order and after the finished everything the worker told me that they out of the turkey sandwich and asked if I wanted to change to a grilled cheese sandwich. Which I have no time and no other choice. Hopefully the management seeing this and fix it for the others to make sure that they telling their customers ahead not after the get the whole order done. Thanks!

This is just about the worst Starbucks I have ever been to!! They have already messed up on my order the three times I have been here! And whatever barista they have making the drinks they need to hire better ones! I specifically asked for sugar cookie syrup and they added NONE my drink straight up always tastes like water and when I asked them to fix it, it came out even worse!!!! they didn t even give me a REFUND!!! So congrats Starbucks you just lost yourself a costumer I will now be going to Dunkin s.. coffee isn t their specialty and even they can make a decent drink.

The staff is friendly - but I swear I come here quite a bit ONLY cuz it is right by house... There is rarely a time I go there where I can get through my order without them telling me they are out of something. Always out of stuff including cold brew which means they arent planning in advance or making enough the night before or whenever they make it. There is some poor planning in this place.

This location is dependent on who you get as a server. Usually they are on point. I buy local and also buy starbucks nationwide. I went through the drive in window last night ( 5-16-23 around 7:30) and gave the Barista a $20.00 bill for a $6.70 Caramel Ribbon Coffee. I was given back $3.40 in change.I gave the change back and explained that she was given a 20.00 bill by me. After making three attempts to get the proper change back and asking to speak with a manager which she claimed that she was I drove off. The Barista was tall, slender and had long reddish brown hair.She just kept telling me that I had given her $10.00 and I got tired of trying to prove myself right. The barista Rachel has an attitude every time we come and she is there. Today after work I decided to treat myself and I had 2 bucks on a reload card that I wanted to get rid of. So first she had an attitude when I asked if I could use that and pay the remainder. Then when scanning my debit, it had a technical issue so she asked to scan again & since I used two cards I asked which one & she said uh the last one with an attitude like I m dumb like girl idk! The last time my friend asked to use her starts for a syrup & she said okay but your drink isn t going to be free like girl.. we didn t ask for a free drink.. we asked to use our stars. Just a horrible attitude all around. I just worked a customer service shift myself & I would never be rude to my store patrons! Plus I deal with attitudes from my own customers and then have to deal with one from a place I m spending money at?? Ridiculous. Pls rethink your choice of employees.. everyone else is nice tho.

Every day every I order America 2 to 3 scoops of Liquid sugar cane it taste the same! I have tried 2 scoops in a small cup too three scoops same taste black coffee. Ive tried four scoops of liquid sugar cane and i havent tasted any yet...i only go there because its on my way to work. So now i have to travel the extra mile to to still pay for what i ask for! Came here for a pick me up midday to set out my lesson plan for the week. I ordered my go to morning drink (Jade Citrus Mint Tea with Steamed Lemonade and Peppermint Syrup) along with a pumpkin loaf. This location does samples of new drinks that they make and a warmed pastry pairing with their drink. I tried the warmed brownie with the chocolate almond espresso. Tasted like chocolate milk with a hint of coffee, very good but Im not a coffee drinker. Service was quick and employees are really friendly. My favorite thing about this place is their outside patio. Its shaded and since its Autumn, the weather is really nice and cool outside.

Great experience Barista Sergio was amazing and flying through orders. Best Customer service and on top of his game. Tawney was the sweetest! I usually go to the Starbucks in Dickinson both locations but I m willing to drive the extra 10 mins to have her as my barista!
