Went to visit with a friend whom they are representing. Didnt realize that Mr. Luis was one of the ones who was portrayed in the movie Friday Night Lights it was so cool to read all of the media posters in his office. Also his firms secretaries were very knowledgeable and friendly. And as far as him representing my friend, he seems to be doing a good job. He listens to his clients. And that is a plus when it comes to choosing a lawyer. Thank you and God continue to bless him with the gift that he gave him. To help those in need.

He didnt help my Father it was a waste of money. My father got a lot of charges put on him that was not proven, and the county and police department had no proof of any crime been committed. My father was put in prison with no evidence, now hes going to AA meetings and he wasnt even driving. He was at work and he was thrown on the ground as if he was an escaped fugitive. This happened a few days later when they said he molested a girl. And the video the girl said it wasnt my father, she said it was her fathers friend the next door neighbor. The problem I have here is that. They know it wasnt my father so does the lawyer at Chavez Law Firm his job is to help people stay out of prison or jail. The way I see it he just took the money and didnt do his job. I want to see the video myself if they had no proof or evidence. So I can sue Midland County and the Law Firm for Intrapment without proof. Watch your money people of Midland and Ector County there are some Crooked Cops out there.

Where do I start. I paid them $1500 for two misdemeanor charges which they didnt take care of and Micheal told me no refunds and stole my money. After that I got them appointed for a bogus assault charge where Tony and Jake basically forced me to take a plea deal when I told them I didnt do it and Tony actually told me he couldnt let me sign if I didnt do it because he could get in trouble. They refused to even speak to the only actual witness in the case. That being said Im filing formal complaints to the Texas state bar and the attorney generals office. I dont even care about my the money at this point, its the motive of why they would intentionally try to sideline my case what I need to know.

The Chavez law firm is horrible, he doesn t keep none of his promises & he was supposed to get us a bond & didint get it he was supposed to get his charge dropped, & get a less sentence didint do that either. No communication at all. Had to call numerous of times to get an an answer & eventually had to show up to his office. Asked for a refund & didint want to refund. Don t hire him. Save ur money for another lawyer.

Idk what these other post are talking about but he is THE BEST. My fiancé had 5 felonies .he got the down to 3 .original sentence was 10years and he got it down to 4 running CC We couldn t have been blessed with a better lawyer!!!! He truly worked hard and in my fiancé favor. He took his time and evaluated everything and did an amazing job!

Case about a year ago just to say I payed them and I had to be the one calling and finding out stuff about my case once they have your money they will forget about you. Invest your money and if you have a serious case some where else they will not fight for you. Safe yourself couple of thousands and go straight somewhere else

I have absolutely nothing good to say about this law firm. If you have the chance, go somewhere else! My son was on probation and was told he failed his probation. No explanation for anything from good ole Ector County. Retain Chavez Law and forked over the money. No meeting with my son to explain what the deal was. Mr. Chavez did not even show up in court for him, my son had a paper thrown down in front of him and told to sign and that was it, with NO EXPLANATION. House arrest for 120 days and Class A misdemeanor for the rest of his life on his record. I called and left messages to visit and try to understand what happened. No return phone calls. Sent several letters asking for a conversation. Finally some rude female assistant to Mr. Chavez who was completely unprofessional called me back and preceded to scold me for sending letters in and refused to discuss the case of my son because she did not know the details. How about this! THEN LET ME TALK TO SOMEONE THAT DOES! Which I was refused because the case was closed. Find someone who actually cares to represent you and your legal interests! $2500 got us jack!

Jake Chavez Represents The Chavez law firm and when I needed legal guidance Jake jumped right on top of my issue. Very rude people. Lack of interest for the case. Talked to one lawyer paid him said he would take the case just to end up with a completely different lawyer that I never even talked to. Come last court he didnt even shake his clients hand or told him anything. Just asked the judge if he could leave and that was it. Its too much to write but point is theyre just eager to take your money and not really help. Be careful.

The attorneys are probably awesome I ve even referred a few people here because of what I ve heard of the place but the receptionist at the front desk is very rude and very unprofessional. When I came in I didn t make it past that because I couldn t get over how rude she was.I ended up using another attorney next-door, and he was amazing and had courteous staff.

Tony Chávez Terrible lawyer. He stole our money, he never registered as my husbands lawyer, he never answered my calls and he was a very liar. He didnt lift a single finger to fix the situation but he got paid from the first day. Apart from one of his assistants who doesnt speak Spanish, she is super rude just like him. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE HIM, HIS LICENSE WAS REMOVED ON SOME TIME FOR STEALING FROM PEOPLE AND THE CUSTOM CANT BE REMOVED!!!!

Went to the free consultation and hired them 2 days later (paid in full) for a DWI case for my brother. They promised to lower the probation time, community service, no alcohol classes etc. Had to fill out paperwork twice because they lost them the first time. They didnt bother to show up to court a month later. 2 months later Brian showed up at the next court and my brother ended up with the exact penalties he was originally given without an attorney. He was rude and was just in a hurry to get my brother to sign the paperwork to dismiss the case.Total waste of money wouldnt recommend to anyone. Invest your money wisely and look for a better attorney.
