Food is great only reason we go here Staff could careless if ur there or not. Clearly just working to live. Tables are rarely clean atmospheres outdated and to be so slow you would think the staff could knock some cobwebs off the booths and the fake plants.

Ordered food we asked for cheddar cheese in a cup(2)we asked if it was in the bag the lady who took our order ask the woman with the blonde short hair if she put it in the bag nicely started yelling at us saying it was in the bag I told her she didnt have to have a bad attitude or yelling cause everytime we get food there something is always missing and we dont live that close instead of putting on top like they usually do it was put on the bottom of the bag I dont like holding up the line but tired of not getting what we order and the Mgr needs to have a talk with her and her attitude sorry she was having a bad day but who doesnt.

This was the Arbys on Valley Mills Drive in Waco. Its a classic location (old fashioned signage) with classic great customer service. The food was hot and served with a smile. We almost gave up on Arbys as it has gone down in food quality but this one is still holds to the original quality standards we love.

Came in today as a Dasher and the short/short blonde haired lady just kept commenting on how the new limited Big Game Burger is gross with its deer elk and beef patty and dark cherry sauce. Why do you yall have someone working here that obviously is trying to make customers not want the food that is served. I understand personal opinions however to constantly repeat yourself to the customer or dasher who is interested in the new item is not opinionizing your view, it is straight up demeaning the place and goods available at your establishment/work place. Not a good thing to have an employee like this.

I ordered on the app and entered the store to pick up my order along with a couple more for my mom, dad, and brother who had ordered on the app as well. The older lady behind the counter with the green eyeliner was extremely rude to not only me but her coworkers. I actually felt sorry for the rest of the people that had to be shut up with her because they were as nice as they could be. Customer service is obviously not for her. This is the first time we have eaten inside at Arbys in awhile. The service was a 5, but the food made all 3 of us sick. On the way home my friend and I had to pop Rolaids from indigestion. My boyfriend was sick over the weekend. I usually order through the drive thru quite frequently and havent had any issues. Im hoping this is a one time problem. Just wanted to make you aware.

I am an Uber Delivery driver with excellent customer service. Today I went to Arby s to pick up two orders. One was fine. The other order didn t have the wagu sandwich but they had the wrap so I was trying to determine if a substitute needed to be made since my app still showed I was to pick something up. While I was trying to figure out the situation and call the customer, the manager shows me his name tag and rudely says he s the manager David Hayslip and the order was canceled. I tried to explain but his face turned red and basically I wasn t supposed to question him. He also told me there s the door and I could leave. I m guessing he d had a bad day or maybe had some bad experience with other drivers. I don t know, but I was shocked at his response. It actually brought me to tears because I m just trying to make ends meet picking up a couple orders during my lunch break from my other job. The fact I sat in line for almost an hour and then as a get up to the mic had to wait another 20 minutes before I could order at the mic is sad. Then I get up to the window to the sign is sad. And on top all that saw about 10 cars leave as I was in line and the manger Which was cashing me out could have a care in the world that her Employees were all on their phone and the cook was on the phone the whole time. So I wonder why they were taking so long yall do the math. And now they are raising prices so they can pay there very lazy staff more just to lose customers. Never will I go back here and I love Arbys.

Had the classic cheddar beef with the classic beef. The fries were cold, and the cheddar beef was pretty dry. This is the second time Ive ate at this location, and I probably wont again. Ive had better Arbys in other towns. The first experience was just as bad our fries and food tasted like it was cooked in burnt oil. Not to mention they have our prices are going up in January 2023 sorry on their sign and their lobby is still closed.
