Had a great experience at this hotel. This was the second time in two years that we chose to stay at this location in Odessa. Marisa was at the front desk, was very hospitable and she went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. She made made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast area was clean, organized, and food was delicious. Coffee station was amazing. Room smelled clean and was clean! Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Rooms: Clean and had plenty of towels!

As a brand new building, the expectations are normal. Pretty much all new. As we walked in, the hostess was welcoming with thorough instructions on guest rules and breakfast times. 1 thing left out. You need PPE( personal protective equipment) to stay in your room. There was mold growing in the rug from the a/c. Because we heard the drips of condensation from the a/c, we didnt notice the rug till 3am. We stayed till 6:30 am. We advised the front desk all we got was, Ill take a note of it. Have a good day. Like mama said, not everyone is the same.

PROS: Rachel at the front desk was very friendly and helpful during our family s late check-in. Breakfast included a huge selection. Beds were very comfy. CONS: Hair in the sink and bed, and lots of hair in the bathtub Clipped fingernails on the carpet. Stains all over the shower curtain. Poor water pressure in the shower. The wall-mounted air conditioner blows directly on the beds and the constant breeze made it very difficult for me to sleep. There was a small bottle of gratis conditioner but no shampoo offered. It s a nice hotel and great front desk and breakfast staff, but housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. For the price, I was expecting a lot better. If we return, we will probably try another hotel in the area.

The front desk was very helpful so Im talking about the cleaning staff when I give 1 star for service. I dont remember ever hearing employees talk on the phone out loud, have a video playing on there phones or yelling down the halls at each other the entire time they clean in any hotel Ive ever stayed at. It was very distracting while on company related calls/online meetings. Very unprofessional! The rooms, breakfast & everything else were good which is why I gave it 3 starts as a whole.

I love Best Western Hotels, but the experience isnt pleasant all the time. We stayed here for 1 night and I couldnt wait to leave. The bath tube was covered in hair from shaving (gross) Doors and mirrors had marks all over. We will never go back to this location.

Management is the worst I ve seen in a while. The customer service was also the worst I ve seen in a while. The rooms are not bad, breakfast is actually good. If it wasn t for the service, I would go back. That said, I do not recommend this hotel, there are better ones on the same street. Nearby activities: Food options pretty good.

Live Line Safety had 3-days of NFPA 70E Training in the meeting rooms at the Tres Hermanas hotel and I have to say, I was so pleased with the awesome hospitality, great email communication, they served all our needs there, the staff was Fantastic, (Marcos, Courtney,...all of the staff), what more can I say except for consider their meeting rooms for your business visits. Also note, their prices were fantastic compared to the others around town. Top notch, 5-star service at the best price.

One of the nicest places I every stayed at, I was driving from Dallas to Arizona and it was late in the night, I was too tired to drive and found this hotel on google, the staff was very accommodating, I wasn t sure if they ll check me in at 3 in the night without a reservation, but the front desk receptionist made every thing easy and offered me a room on the first floor, would definitely recommend stopping by at this hotel if you re driving from dallas to elpaso or arizona. Very safe surroundings, safe parking. I ve had no issues what so ever

Okay, so let s start by saying that not many hotels that are rated 3 stars aren t that good. I had stayed at the Holiday Inn near the Honda dealer and mormon church in Odessa, and it was awful. Small pool disgusting sheets full of stains and mysterious hairs that weren t my own. A very care free staff that made getting anything done practically impossible. After that I lost all hope in hotels until I stayed here. This best western plus has clean rooms, clean beds, sheets and pristine hallways. To be honest the tub could of had a little bit more attention, but it wasn t anything to loose my mind over. This hotel Decent variety of breakfast items for the continental breakfast. Such as being scrabbled eggs, bacon, sausage patties, hash brown patties or old fashioned cubed potatoes, a yogurt machine and many many more things! It s near a few good restaurants, Spacious parking lot and very helpful front desk workers and management. Kind housekeeping and a decent sized swimming pool.. I m very thankful that I found this wonderful hotel in Odessa Texas! My family and I will definitely be back and I will hope that this hotel keeps up the standards it is currently doing! Rooms: Clean and welcoming. The double queen beds are wonderful! Walkability: Close to a lot of good restaurants and almost everything you would ever need is no more then 15 minutes away! Noteworthy details: Clean, kind and helpful staff, decent value for a clean and safe hotel. Kiddie pool and regular pool that is 5ft deep in the deepest part.

This place is WONDERFUL! we came in with no reservations, but they where able to accommodate my husband and I. The young lady at the front desk was so kind and helpful. The room was very clean, the king size bed phenomenal. I haven t slept so well in a long time. The bathroom huge, towels big and plush, kuerig, good size fridge and microwave also in the room. I will always look for this hotel when I stay anywhere. I haven t had a chance to check out the continental breakfast, but I m sure it won t disappoint. Also the price for this room was great! Great place to stay! Large, comfortable room that looks recently remodeled. The bed, SO COMFORTABLE! Didnt set my morning alarm and overslept! We didnt toss and turn all night. We want this mattress. The bathroom was a nice size with a handy L shaped wooden towel shelf. This is one of our favorite hotel stays. Definitely marking this in our list of stays when in the area.

Talking to the front desk, Kelly, is like talking to a door knob sadly. The thing is I needed my room changed (staying multiple nights) do to the room I was placed in, a handicap room. The shower shoots water everywhere and makes it super slippery and easy to fall. No help from Kelly, all she said, was to put a towel down on it lol . Other than her, the hotel is an alright place, not amazing.

While a very nice hotel, and breakfast, they do not heat their rooms, probably to save money, which is understandable. However, the guess must turn the heater on, and wait for warmth. Yet, the bed was acclimated to this cold, so it took hours to warm up the room, and we had to sleep in our clothes for a barrier to the cold mattress. If you arrive early. This might not be an issue, but coming in late and wanting to get straight to bed, it was not comfortable at all. Otherwise this could be a great hotel.

When booking a hotel I look at the most recent reviews. I seen very positive feedback about this hotel. We booked for one night stay. Front desk lady name Deandrea was so welcoming and very friendly. I have small children with me and was excited for the pool for them. Pool was clean and towels were available for us. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was fresh and delicious as well! Much better experience from the 1st stay!! Hotel is pleasing to the eyes, clean! Pool was clean and kids had a great time, not too deep so I had peace of mind. The lady who made my reservation over the phone was very patient and friendly with me (we were disconnected multiple times due to dead zones) I believe her name was Miss Deandra. So nice when she checked us in, very friendly with the kids offered a noodle pool toy, always greeted everyone cheerfuly when we passed by the front desk. We rented a suite and it was spacious and very comfortable, I would recommend a blanket for the pull out sofa bed. Plenty of options to eat in the area. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the lady kept it stocked and she also was very friendly and attentive!!

Rotten food left in fridge Used towel still hanging on bathroom rail 2 bullets on the floor (not under bed, just on the floor) Edges of the bedding blanket was frayed. I reported this to reception and asked for a clean up that day- I came back that night and they had done nothing - i asked why and the night shift said I dunno. If I can give no start then I would!!! They are such frauds over there DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!! First the air conditioning in our room was not working when we told the front desk they said they would fix it the next day and discount the room! The air was never fixed and when I checked out I asked about my discount and they said they actually cannot give one anymore because I paid online! Then I get home and there was a $180 charge in my card for damaged towels my daughter had a tournament and we sprayed WASHABLE die in her hair which we use all the time at home and it always washes out of the clothes and towels but they insist it didn t which is a LIE!!!! They are horrible also they offer Continental breakfast but we went down at 8am and they had nothing left LOL this place is a joke!!!

Every one of the Ladies from the front desk to housekeeping and those who serve breakfast are amazing!! They couldnt be more friendly and helpful!! We are here due to the power outages and theyve made a stressful situation so much easier for us!

Clean and brand new place to stay off of 191. Close to Odessa and not to far from the loop. The rooms have microwaves, refrigerators, a comfy sofa and a room divider that keeps the space private and cozy. The walk in showers are a plus. If you grab breakfast the Pillsbury mini bagels are the best. In the evenings the fire pit is the place to hang out.

I came here on spur of the moment for business and was thoroughly satisfied. Im always traveling and when it comes to staying at a hotel, my preference is always Best Western. They have all the amenities that I love like gym, breakfast and swimming pool. Plenty of restaurants around so its in a Great location.

This is an older hotel. One of the most annoying things was the bathroom door that automatically closed, which was a bit ironic since the door to the room didnt. There were a couple indications of questionable management - I got two face soaps, and no shampoo; they also sent me an email that ended Sincerely, Im sorry its taken time to get back to you. As of right now I have hired candidates . . . They just dont seem to pay attention to what theyre doing, or maybe dont care all that much about what theyre doing. They needed to do a better job cleaning. Specific Details: Comparison to others in chain: Below-average (Plus); Average (all Best Westerns) Internet: 20/15, stable Breakfast: N/A Room: The window opens, if that tells you anything. Its old, but remodeled nicely. Cleanliness: Below average. Pretty average in the main areas, but real bad in the bathroom on the walls, counter, floor. Bed: Good Bedding: Fair. Small pillows, light blanket Shower: Low pressure Hard water: No Location: A bit odd, but fine Noise: Average - a lot of road noise, some hotel noise Staff: Disinterested, but fine Cost/Value: Cheap

Management stated that I smoked in their property and charged me 250 when I smoked outside. They found a cigarillo wrapper and automatically assumed that I smoked there. If they checked the cameras they can see me standing outside in the cold smoking because I knew the hotel was non smoking.
