Food was amazing! My family and I had the soup dumplings and three sushi rolls, and mochi ice cream for desert. We all loved it. Service was great, the atmosphere was fun and interesting. Would highly recommend!

I love ramen, but this place was not good! The broth was ok but the ramen was not fresh at all. The noodles were mushy & stuck together. If you are a ramen lover, this is a not a good ramen spot, sadly. Nevertheless, it s a beautiful place with very friendly staff! Maybe I ll come back one day to try the other food. Parking: Pretty good amount of parking for a small store.

The food here is amazing! My partner got the takoyaki and it was nice and hot with big pieces of octopus! The ramen has hand made noodles which you can see the chefs in the back. The broth is so thick and flavorful! My partner had the black garlic and I had the original tonkatsu and I can say you can t go wrong with either! 10/10

Fun noodle bar on southwest drive used to be an amazing place to eat. Y9u could watch them through the window make your noodles from scratch but now no longer do that. the quality of the food now is trash. I can say with 90% confidence they use freeze ramen kits for the fact our noodles were cold and mushed together

It was delicious! My husband and I went for a dinner date. We got an appetizer, 2 basic sushi rolls, and 2 noodle soups, and a side of rice for our daughter for $50, so very reasonably priced. The noodles truly taste different. You can tell they are fresh. In addition, our daughter was enthralled by watching the men in the kitchen preparing fresh noodles and spinning the dough, which you can watch through a glass window. The service was genuine, and we were waited on promptly. I would definitely recommend this as a date night or just for a casual meal.

I know it dont mean much but Im from New York City and this is by far one of the top of the list of Sushi joints Ive ever had. Their appetizers are phenomenal, and sushi is extremely fresh. The service was amazing! The waitresses were very sweet, they checked on us frequently, asked us if we were doing well, and were polite when my friend & I were burning our tongues (we got too excited and ate the dumplings seconds after she brought them to us XD). The food tasted heavenly, they were quick with service, and the atmosphere was calm yet exciting. The menu was easy to read as well. We adored our time there, and we have intentions to return the next time we re visiting. @:)

Been in Abilene for about a month and this is our first choice for Asian take out. Staff is amazing and friendly, really like the decor. Walking in they have shirts you can buy but currently they are out I will come back for a couple when they get them in. Excited about the food the longer I am standing in here. The menu is intriguing, and appetizing. There is a large glass window into the kitchen where you can see the kitchen staff make your food. Excited that they use the steamer baskets, haven t seen that at the different restaurants that I have been to. Recommend this place, the name can make it seem like a noodle/ramen place but it s more than that. My older kids really enjoyed their food, I ordered the bao and chow mein with chicken, very delicious. Definitely going back there next time.

Went there last month for a date night. It was not busy at all 4 tables filled. We noticed a funky smell, like if you have ever smelt stale water/ dirty stale dish rag. But we decided to stay thinking it was floor not what they wiped our table with.... :( had the Ramen and 10pm we were sick! throwing up, stomach pains had me on the floor in the bathroom all night and morning. Fun Noodle is fine. We spent $98 for four people. We order sushi, rice, and noodles. The noodles are not traditional; instead, they are more like spaghetti (thick and a little overcooked). I was not impressed, but for the sake of trying new places, it is okay. The employees are very attentive and friendly. Attended on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. From the start, the service left much to be desired with multiple waiters coming up to us and all appearing to be rushing us. We ordered wontons for appetizer, the San Angelo sushi roll, orange chicken and white rice. The food was mediocre and each plate seemed to have something off in regards to taste. The restaurant gets points for the nice interior and you also receive your food quiet fast. Overall, this is a fast way place to grab a bite and please a craving but the food will not blow you away. The street pancakes were one of my instant favorites, the potstickers fantastic, the spider roll and crab rangoons so delicious, and I just cant name everything so GO and find out! The food is really amazing, the people that work there are equally amazing. Great food, great people. The spicy wontons have peanut in them and there is no mention of peanuts on their menu. My wife had an allergic reaction and I called to ask the restaurant and they said that the sauce had peanuts in it. Zero mention on the menu. My jaw felt overused after eating my Hell Ramen. The noodles were still too tough to be considered alienate, as was the pork chatsu from being over cooked. The egg was also hard boiled so I didnt get the nice semi runny yolk that is signature to ramen. Its a good thing I like that cilantro as I got a few bits even though its not listed as an ingredient lol. If your looking for a nice mild spicy ramen, then the Hell Ramen is the way to go. Waitstaff was good, but some days the kitchen can be off so hopefully that was just the case in my situation.

Was amazing! We had the Crab Rangoons, Spring Rolls, and Black Garlic Ramen. The food was great and filling definitely hit this place again. Also get the Nigori Sake! Thanks for the food!

I love their atmosphere, staff is friendly, place looks lovely. But, at times the broth is just warm, not hot, noodles can be a little doughy/sticky. The takoyaki every time I have gone has been almost liquid/severely under cooked in the middle and its bummed me out. I love what they are doing, but I do feel like there could be improvements.

Absolutely delicious!! This is one of our new favorite places. Weve had the Shrimp Fried Rice, Steamed Pork Dumplings, Roasted Noodle Soup with Shrimp, the Fire Volcano Roll, the Fantastic Roll, Pan Fried Sliced Noodle, and the Chow Mein... and everything is AMAZING! If you like your soup a little spicy, they will add roasted red pepper oil upon request for no extra charge. Very authentic and affordable.

Everytime I come here the food is great and so is the service. The kitchen has an open window of the whole room so it s not like they re trying to hide anything. It s just good. Definitely recommend the Pad Thai.

100% awesome food. The food is nice and hot when it comes out and taste great. You can also see them cooking and making noodles while you wait too. Honestly this is 1 of my favorite spots here because the food reminds of me when my parents and I were stationed over in Japan for 3.5 years. So I always like to go where when possible.

The menu has a lot of options. We ordered their black garlic and hell ramen and chicken fried rice. Ramen broth didn t come out as hot. Maybe the broth has been sitting out for a while. The fried rice is better than what we have around town. Hell ramen is not spicy at all. Serving portion is on a smaller scale. Food did come out quick.

I am pretty picky with Asian place in Abilene. Usually I easily find asian restaurants that I like but here I found most of them lack seriously flavor. I can say that is absolutely not the case with Fun Noodle. Someone suggested I try it since they said it had more flavor than the other place I go to so I went and I will agree it does. I still like my other place a bit more because theres certain items that just seem more fresh to me, but over all they are basically equal just like them for different reasons. The portions were very fair for the price. Sometimes when I get shrimp at places they give you really small ones and very little. Here they were a good size, not a ton of shrimp but honestly dont expect that in Texas, guess I was spoiled with that in Florida. I got a variety of things to try out. The Ramen was bursting with flavor, the sushi was really good I liked it more than any other I tried here, The General was crispy and we asked for it extra spicy and it was on point, Also got a Crispy pan fried noodle will next time ask for less sauce because I just felt it was drenched in it. Very tasty just too much for my liking, and finally the spring roll was very good and my son who usually isnt into spring rolls ate theirs right up. Definitely going to be a place Ill go back too and cant wait to try their other items. update: kk I got their fried rice and let me tell you. I am so picky with fried rice. The best fried rice was this hole in a wall in Seattle and after that I was okay with it in some hibachi places but I mainly made at home. This place was almost as good as the Seattle place with the fried rice. My son who I go to with how good something is because hes a real foodie he totally flipped out when he ate it he was totally going insane and I was like fine Ill try it because ive been so disappointed with rice that I usually dont even want to mess up my palette with it. Let me tell you best fried rice since Seattle. Now I gotta be careful because its just that good lol.

The soup dumplings are so ridiculous. Very, very good! Wow. They only come with pork and the broth is so tasty. I had no idea what to expect and I m now obsessed. I want to eat here again tomorrow! We also had the spicy cucumber salad which we loved. So flavorful. Fantastic customer service, too. Excellent staff. Highly recommend.

I am constantly picking up doordash orders for here, and all my customers love it, every time I go in there they have my customers order and its ready to go for me to deliver, I always know I will be able to deliver my customers order ahead of time because of their speed and efficiency. One of these days I will go in there and try it for myself, until then Ill continue picking up orders for my customers there. It is usually pretty well packed, but very well staffed as well. And everybody is extremely friendly.
