Home care assistance has helped us for 6 years. First as home care and recently as The Key. Kim and Chloe are true professionals and extremely compassionate. The caregivers have been wonderful. The attention to detail and customer focus has been excellent. They treat my mom as if she was their mom literally. The management team is excellent and always available to talk and provide insight. Very adaptable and personal. If we ever need support again Id reach out to the team without hesitation.

There were several different home care aides who assisted my mother in our home while we were out of the country on vacation. We had a family member staying with her while we were gone too. The home care aides provided personal care as well as companionship. We have also used Home Care Assistants on a part time basis to allow to be away from the home for appointments and activities. They have always been able to provide someone to help and try to have the same provider each time when possible.

My father is 98 years old and is getting incredibly good care from Home Care Assistance of Rockwall. They have always been there for him even at short notice. If you have a loved one that needs special attention consider Home Care Assistance of Rockwall. They are a blessing.

Excellent service if your are looking for trustworthy service for your loved one. I worked with Steve Hanson, the owner, years ago at Tom Thumb. I cannot think of anyone other than myself that I would trust more with my mother. Excellent communication and adaptability to fluid situations.

Love my moms caretaker! Always prompt, always patient, friendly and compassionate with mom. Washes moms clothes and linens, sometimes daily when needed. Makes meals and washes dishes. I never have to worry about leaving mom in the morning.

Steve Hanson and his team at Home Care Assistance Rockwall do amazing work. They provide care, companionship, and piece of mind for your senior loved ones when you arent able to be there. Something as simple as running errands or a doctors appointment can make such a difference in your loved ones life and such a big help when you are busy with work and everyday life it can be hard to do it all. They provide such an incredible service as caregivers there is no one I would trust more.

HCA was very helpful with my mother who has moderate stage Alzheimers. All of the assistants were kind, caring, competent and dependable. The office is very organized and professional and always answered or returned my calls. My mother is now in memory care but I would definitely use HCA again and recommend to someone else.

Everyone from Home Care Assistance has been truly caring and sincerely supportive during the last days of my dear wifes life in hospice care here at home, they helped in great part to make it possible for me to get through these impossibly hard times, I couldnt have made it without them. The caregivers at Home Care Assistance Rockwall do a great job caring for my grandmother! She was reluctant to have help, she felt like asking for help was a sign that she was older and weaker. Having a caregiver there for her to help with housework, as well as keep her company when family cant be around is a great blessing!
