This place has gone all the way down hill, the service is terrible 5 people working and no customers and it s filthy. The condiments were not appetizing at all and the cheese is in a round pot that looks like it s been there a week. The guy that made my burger picked something up and threw it back in the bowl behind the wall and made a weird noise while doing it. This is sad that service is going down so much.

It s been a long time since I have eaten at a Fuddruckers and I am glad I came here. The burgers tasted just as good as I remembered. Juicy and flavorful meat that was very well cooked and seasoned. The new skinny fries were great. Super crunchy and had a good flavor and also perfectly seasoned. I loved the large to go cups. Plenty of soda and a good sturdy cup to reuse. The cons were, the place is dated the fresh burger toppings bar wasn t so fresh. Everything looked like it was prepped the day before. The vegetables were wrinkled., I noticed the pico de gallo particularly looked a little old and had a transparent texture instead of nice bright and fresh. The cheese sauce that they are known for was not in a push button dispenser anymore, however in a soup container with a ladle scoop it out. The top of layer of the cheese was dried very hard and burned around the edges and the condensation from the lid above, drip down and left a layer of clear gross liquid on top. Half of the soda dispensers were empty were not working and the Diet Coke that I got had the worst flavor, I was unable to drink it. Also, the bathrooms were not kept very clean. Residual water covered the countertops and multiple used paper towels were wadded up and tossed near the trashcan, but ended up all over the floor and wasn t picked up. The burgers were good enough to return and the price was OK so not disappointed and would still return with caution.

For whatever reason this girl tried to block us off from eating in a certain area. Thats the place that my wife is able to eat. The other eating areas arent appropriate for someone who has a handicap. They shouldnt be blocking off that area for whatever reason.

I brought my family for lunch after walking around the mall. The floor believe it or not is the cleanest place in the customer area, the tables are nasty so are the walls I can tell no one actually wiping stuff down. There actually swarm of natts on a booth food is not worth the money or the advertisement world best burger world worst burger. I feel like I gotta shower after being in there never again will I take my family there.

I was so happy when I saw there was a fuddruckers in odessa since the one in my home town closed. Walking in it didnt appear to real clean. But I was hungry. While getting onions and such for my burger I see that the lemons are covered with gnats. Gross. Then sitting in my booth I notice the walls have all kinds of bugs on it as well as random specs of condiments and stuff like they never wipe the walls down. I decide not to finish the rest of Mt food. But drank the last or my drink before leaving. And I see 6 or 7 black specks in my ice. I look closer and its gnats. Im so grossed out that I just consumed anything in that place. Never again. I have never been so disgusted by a restaurant. Staff is all kind of dirty looking too. What a disappointing experience. I dont think I can ever eat at another fuddruckers again

Love fudd rockers. My favorite cant find another better Burger anywhere. Whats one of my first jobs in temple, Texas. Dont get me started about those season wedge fries. The food is always good, I do miss the banana peppers they use to offer. Three stars for the coke machine issues though, I cant remember a single time in the last 6 years Ive went to this location and they had a fully functional coke machine, very frustrating.

Fuddruckers hasnt been the same for a long time but every now and again, they do get some things right. I miss the Nawlins fish sandwich and the stuff that was baked always seemed fresher. Maybe Im just getting older I dont know anymore these days. Its alright but as most things, its a lot more expensive. Update, food has gone down hill severely and now the prices are even more outrageous due to the lack of food quality.

Its not bad for a chain store burger.not too big on potato wedges myself, but you can add the jalapeño cheese sauce and it makes them better. They advertise exotic meats and sometimes they actually have them. I like the elk and the Buffalo real well. Overall, pretty good food. You might want to teach your staff how to clean though. Some parts of the dining room really need some help.

Cant go wrong ordering the 1/2 pound smoke house bacon cheddar burger.. Parking: Lots of room and easy access into the establishment from withing the parking lot. You sont have to walk into the music city mall. Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of wheelchair accessible parking.

Its a very busy place in the mall. My kids love it here. Food is good. CS is good if not too busy. Stopped in at Music City Mall in Odessa associate who took order very friendly helped with questions. Burgers were cooked just as we ordered. Place was very busy yet clean. Live in Midland would drive again here to eat, the one in Midland really needs help to better serve the customer. Great job Odessa keep doing what you do.

They did not have any fries or wedges. They had tater tots and onion rings as an option but then charged us the upsell for onion rings. And dont call it a substitute when youre out of what is normally With the meal. Vegetarian options: I have 2 vegetarian burgers. This place is hit or miss, depending on who is on the grill. The prices are getting a bit high, but so is everything else. The manager at this location will not honor the 1/2 pound special that is advertised on the menu. Even though it clearly says includes fries and drink he will charge you again for drinks. So if you go watch out for that.
