I really like this cleaners. Sometimes a button disappears, but most of the time they re great! Edited to add: Didn t realize there are new owners. The button issue was a few years ago, not the current one.

RUDE, RUDE and more RUDE!!! Worst customer service. I left 3 jackets a week ago to get done. I had planned for Monday but the man at the counter said a week so I went ahead and said Tuesday would be fine. I went in Tuesday close to 12:00pm and the lady asked for the ticket and said they were not ready. That all orders are ready after 2pm the day of the pickup and that it should have been told to me and that the ticket should have said that as well. I let her know that the man did not advise me of that when I dropped them off. She said well that s mine and his problem. I changed my plans because I needed the coats. I went back at 4pm to pick them up. I let the man know when he brought me my jackets that this would be the last time and only time I bring my items here. He said That s fine, Tuesday isn t over yet! He clearly knew about the problem I had stated to the lady earlier in the day. Well if Tuesday isn t over yet, then when were my jackets going to be ready I asked, Wednesday? He continued rudely and in an aggressive tone that Tuesday wasn t over and that I needed to hurry because he needed to close. They close at 6pm and it was 4pm. I will never be doing business with them ever again. Once was enough for me.

Worst dry cleaning I ve ever experienced. Not only did my clothes smell funny, but they stained my sweater. What kind of dry cleaner makes my clothes dirtier than when I brought them in?

My husband took his leather jacket to get cleaned. The manager Richard was excellent and went above and beyond with customer service! It s hard to find service like this!

I arrived there at 7:15 am before heading to work but the doors were still locked. I waited patiently for 5 more minutes along with two other customers but we all decided to leave. They claim to open at 7:00 am, which is convenient if you want to drop off your dry cleaning before work and avoid the downtown traffic. I brought this up to the owner, but he didn t care. I understand things happen now and then, but if you hours are posted be consistent.

I would like to give 5 stars, but my suits all came back smelling musky like an old barn. Its most likely because dirty cleaner fluid was used to clean the suits.

They do a pretty decent job with both cleaning and tailoring. Theres a 2 for 1 deal on suits if you bring them in on a Wednesday (generally get them back on Friday).

I have been getting my clothes clean there for over 40 years ever since I was a teacher at a Paso High and I kind of like their services from the previous owner we got a long time beef and prices and I just like the way they did the other pressing on my plants and Foods and the starch and the way they did my shirts

This has been my go-to place for alterations now. I legitimately love this place so much that I hopped online to write a great review lol! Unlike other well known cleaners in the city, they do NOT charge ridiculous prices for alterations, even the slightest alteration comes with a reasonable price. In addition, their customer service is excellent! I felt very welcome every single time I came in for their services. Would 10/10 recommend giving this establishment your business, they are truly the best.

I love the service that I get from people, I only wish it wasnt so far from my home (West El Paso)! Also the prices are a lot cheaper than the Dry cleaners in my area!

I took my wedding veil to be cleaned and pressed and they returned it full of wrinkles and the headband was missing. When I asked for it, they found it with no beads.
