I absolutely adore all things old house, but did you know you could have your wedding here? Their bride room is absolutely gorgeous . And there was a ton of old architecture to enjoy. Plan on about an hour.

STAY AWAY! The place is beautiful but The staff is not helpful and the stress is NOT WORTH IT. They will lie to get you to sign the contract but as soon as you pay they will change everything they said. They said I could use my time (that I paid for) to decorate the night before if there was no event booked but when the time came they said I should have signed a seperate contract and paid seperate deposit (there was no event booked). The manager specifically told me to end my event at12 so that we had 1 hour for everyone to be out of the permises by 1am but she walked in at 1140 to kick us all out & said IT ON YOUR CONTRACT. My contract did not state any specific times. The security guards walked in and started harassing my guests. They were disrespectful and aggressive.They were recording but kept pausing it when they would speak aggressively(One sided video). They will rob you of your time and are rude. The manager even lied about the times we were there to justify not refunding my deposit. The way they charge by the hour we found other places that would have been cheaper once you add everything up. After reading other peoples reviews I see I am not the only person they have done it to

Great little gem to do shoot a photography session. The location is maintained by friendly folks so please do not destroy plants or loiter. Sometimes there are private events so call ahead.

I went to this place when I was young we had a field trip its a very historic place in odessa and I notice that they have some changes for the better. I dont live to far from it like a few blocks down and across so I walk past it alot when Im trying to get to were Im going.

Its worth a visit to the White-Pool House even if to do nothing more than stroll the grounds. Its a lovingly restored and significant piece of West Texas history. Just be aware that the neighborhood is a bit sketchy.
