I was one of the first customers of a hard-working, driven, young man who at first worked alone; but has built his business and created many jobs. And he is interested in building personal relationships with his customers as I attended his wedding a few years ago. Im not in his family; Im just a customer. I wouldn t recommend. They are going around my neighborhood (which is gated, private property, with no solicitation allowed) throwing flyers into yards/driveways. If they can t respect the law, I m not sure I d want them working on my home.

Kelley Properties is a great local Company that does what they say they will do. Our home on Lake McQueeney now looks like a brand new home with a brand new roof. We are also excited about a new service they offered. They waterproofed our driveway and enhanced our back patio and waterfront. The driveway and waterfront do look new. The crew and owner who was on site during the project are polite, hard working and dependable. Our family would recommend Kelley Properties to any one in the area. Larry and Gwynne W. We just moved down the street from our old house on Lake MCQUEENEY and of course the first thing we did was call Kelly Properties!!! They came in and power washed our driveway and several concrete area s in our backyard. They now look bright and new as they they were when poured. The other service that I m so excited about is they power washed our metal roof and then came back in with an oxidizer cleaner. This made an amazing difference. I m not sure if the service would have been good or not. I never got the chance to get a quote. Sent a request in the morning and called in the evening and again the following day still no answer or reply. Finally got a email October 5th but no response after I replied. Maybe they re busy, but out of all the different quotes requested from various vendors this is the only company that is still yet to give a quote or even a follow up email. Update: the owner reached out and explained what had happened and apologized for the confusion. It is appreciated.

Kelley Property Care Team( Josh & Colten) were very professional, courteous, and respectful, which you rarely see these days. They cleaned my gutters at two levels. They were very thorough and went far beyond what you typically would expect from other competitors by removing a wasp nest and dislodging a plastic water bottle from under one of my solar panels. Both the guys who came out Joshua Rangel and Colten Irwin came out and were very professional in the way they approached how they were going to do the work. I asked for photos before and after and they both agreed that they would take photos that I would have in a report sent to me after they finished their work. After they finished, Colten provided me with a few images, shown on his phone of the before and after photos. Both men were up on the roof for a good amount of time. I could see their shadows on the roof of the second floor using their pole soft brush to clean my panels. I just looked to see the difference in not only how they looked before and after but how they performed. I get a 50 to 60 Wh increase in production after cleaning. I will certainly continue to use this company for future solar panel cleaning.

Best service company I have found this year, professional and fast quote scheduling was fast with the details for my questions answered same day. The team Colton, Josh, and Cam arrived early on the appointment date and were well organgized and ready to work. These guys worked all day washing house, roof, driveway,(large w/circle), and sidewalks. They payed attention to detail, landscaping etc. and cleaned up everything at the end of the day. I liked that they took the time to inspect their work to make sure they got each and every spot on the roof as clean as they could. We thought we d never be able to get back the new look of our limestone home and would settle for it getting cleaner but not the way it looked in 2014. A neighbor introduced us to Kelly Property Care, a relatively young company, quickly making a name and reputation for itself. They soft-cleaned not only the house but the flowerbed stone walls, the coping and patio around the pool, the driveway pad and all three carvestone porches. The owner was onsite for the entire project. Zach and Josh thoroughly explained the process and patiently answered all of our questions and concerns. It s one thing to solicit door to door for your business it when you litter but speeding through neighborhoods throwing weighted flyers into yards, that s the final straw. Zach responded to our request within an hour and was able to provide a quote within our budget. We also asked for him to come earlier since we had family coming over and he was able to accommodate with our schedule to come sooner. The quality of the work is definitely top tier. If youve ever installed Xmas lights, youd notice all the details he put into his work. They used PVC pipes around the garage door frame so that it would look cleaner, there are no damages done to the house when installing the lights, ensure all the bulbs were pointed in the right direction. I mean we could go on and on. Definitely one of the best lights in our neighborhood. Glad we went with Zach!
