As you walk in, its difficult to tell if youre in a restaurant or a mens club. Staff was inattentive, disinterested, and waiting for closing time. While the menu was promising, the execution was suboptimal. A request to change the sports channel in the mostly empty bar was answered with a look of bewilderment and inability to do so. The lengthy food wait was rewarded with an inhospitable delivery of boxed pizza, underwhelming nachos, and serviceable fried jalapenos. No dipping sauces were provided. The napkins provided at the table failed in their purpose. Zero absorbancy. More like wiping your face with a slick piece of Tyvek. Most disconcerting was the option (requirement) to pay your tip BEFORE any service was provided. Clearly this staff was banking on the fact. I cant imagine visiting this place again.

Be careful with a cashier by the name of Candy she will help herself to a tip at your expense. My child ran off so I chase after him. Once I get him situated I come back to the counter to request my receipt and she refused to print one, and after my persistence I was finally emailed one. This is when I discovered she helped herself to an $17 tip. For what? Doing her job? I confronted her and was told that was on my side of the counter, basically saying it was my problem. I asked to speak to a manager several times and my request was denied. There is no place for a thief working the register. Chaotic will never get my business again after this experience.

My first time here and the customer service was terrible by the cashier Candy . She texted on her phone the whole time that she took my order!! And when I asked about stuff on the menu she pointed and said it s up there !?? Like really!!?? What happened to ol school hospitality??? Horrible wings! The bare minimum is to season the wings. There was literally no salt in the wings. The hot scale is absolutely bullshit. We ordered habanero mango which was on hot scale n it was so bland. They put just raw garlic on the wings on spicy garlic wings. We literally put all the wings to go box n fix it at home. Dont get swayed by the reviews. Total waste. I would never come back. I don t think they want to serve good food.

We order there regularly,something always isnt quite right. Today on 7/6/2024 we ordered a 30 piece bone in wing(10 original and lemon pepper mix mostly drums,10 west texas lemon pepper mix) these 20 were supposed to be mostly drums,extra crispy extra wet. The last 10 of the 30 were supposed to be west texas and lemon pepper mix(extra crispy,extra wet) mostly flats. Out of all 30 wings we we got a total of 7,7 and 6( thats 20 with my math) no lemon pepper mix and mostly flats on all,no drums. Called the store and all I got was if you bring order back up well correct it. So take time out of my day for their mess up,go back up there(maybe they correct it right) but no discount or anything for my inconvenience. This was their mistake and they did not try very hard to make it right.....

Worst customer service in Odessa. Food took over an hour with hardly any other customers in the restaurant. They seem very unapologetic and I guess they don t care about paying customers. Love the wings but terrible staff the same bartender constantly causes problems for us. Constantly is rude and doesn t know how to talk to customers. We order the exact same thing and it has never been messed up. But she told us well if you been here before you would know what spice to order. When we order the exact same thing. Always! And was talking bad about us for the mistake she made. We just wanted a refund or have it fixed because we didn t touch the wings. She always causes us problems always has. We were talking to her and she gave us attitude and was constantly not trying to fix the problem. Very unprofessional and defensive about the whole thing. We didn t raise our voice or were rude. She automatically got defensive about the whole thing, began to raise her voice and was avoiding the situation. We even tried working with them. we just wanted to enjoy the wings. All restaurants fix the mistakes made. But when coming to customer service it was terrible. We didn t get upset because of the policy it was the lack of professionalism and the fact she was being rude and had an attitude. If she just said I m sorry about miscommunication but unfortunately there is nothing we can do according to our policy because..... instead she said well I can t give you a refund or anything can be done because that isn t what you said . Oh let s not forget she told my friend well it taste like BBQ sauce because of their taste buds but we know what BBQ taste like. Only reason we even end up tasting them was because she said it wasn t BBQ sauce. The fact is we didn t even order that. And also said if you ve been here you would know what spice to order when we had always order the exact same thing even through the phone.

I got the chicken fried steak plate with mashed potatoes and a small salad. The meat in the steak had no flavor. The mashed potatoes were cold in the center. The salad was the only thing that was enabled. We spent a bit over 100.00. It was not worth the money. We will not be going back.

I had prostate surgery once. This place is making me remember the hospital food fondly. The pizza was greasy, the egg rolls were cold in the middle, the burgers were tiny, the chicken fried steak was chewy, the mashed potatoes were flavorless, the bread had this chemical under-taste, the seats were ripped, and the servers were too busy talking among themselves to greet us.

* I hope i am able to upload photos. Ive eat at CW in Andrews a few times now and my food has been fresh and yummy! Ive been on a chicken wing kick lately and this place fills my appetite...OH..and the curly fries! The best in town! Ive tried the pizza (meat lovers fan) twice and I dont get why the base crust of the pizza is paper thin. I just just an original meat lovers a few weeks ago..taste was great, but crust is thin..like too thin that its almost...soggy without being soggy and the ingredients just fall off. So I order a stuffed crust meat lovers tonight in hopes the whole pizza itself would be a little bit thicker crust, sadly it was not. Again, taste was great but paper thin and I mean paper thin base crust that you cant even pick up your pizza like you normally would to eat a slice..it just flops and ingredients slide off. So my husband and I either had to eat with a fork or roll up the pizza like a fruit roll up and eat. So, weve been going to this place for about two years now, and its been great. We used to love their wings; they were the best! But recently, things have gone downhill. Theyre serving the food cold now, skimping out on sauces, and it seems like theyre understaffed. The atmosphere is different now - no music, and the employees all seem miserable. Theres only one person whos always working hard, serving and cleaning with a smile(a man). Our last visit was a disaster, and were not planning on going back anytime soon.

Horrible service, charged me 21 dollars for a burger and onion rings. I added bacon to my burger and they said that it was 6 dollars for that. I was excited when the announced they were opening here because I frequent the one in Kermit. I was severely let down . I talked to three people and tried to make them realize that they were over charging me for bacon and no one showed any concern or professionalism.

We needed to find a place close o our kids sporting events. Found this and it sounded really good. The lady who took our order was not super friendly, she didn t really care to be there. We got our food and were missing an order of fries. We went to the front and told them, they came to our table to inspect and then went back to grab our bill and came back again to make sure we were missing them. My husband and two of my boys got burgers and they all said they were very good. My other son and I had wings, they were very overcooked and cold when we got them. We will not be going back.

FIRST AND FOREMOST: Believe the WARNING, VERY HOT box with the red line around it!!! I dont know the purpose for wings being that hot but believe the box. Youve been warned. Came ask the way from Midland to try this place because it looks good from the outside. My friend actually came and ordered ahead hoping to save us time when we got there. It didnt work. I took an hour to get our food out from the time she called. We had wings, the Chaotic Nachos, a d the Peperoni Pizza. Wings were okay. Nacho cheese tasted like canned and the chicken on the Nachos tasted off. The pizza was average and may have been frozen. None of what we got should have taken an hour even when busy. It also wasnt worth the $70 I paid. The one saving grace is the night is they bought us a beer, and the staff was nice (although Im not even sure some of them are old enough to work in a bar). As others have said the place looks old and grungy inside. All in all, not a great experience.

Look, one of the managers brought in pizza and wings in for a training lunch and it was FANTASTIC! I loved I found a spot that had great pizza and wings. We have visited them twice now and just so disappointed. This place you order your food and they bring it out to you. This is such a disservice. If you order an appetizer, they wait to bring out all of the food at once, so your fries are cold by the time the pizza comes out. This place would be awesome if they get rid of the weird tables/seating and had a wait staff. The tables are so high and the high chairs are short, our baby girl kept snaking her head on the table, and the wheels on high chairs is dangerous. Great food, no service, atmosphere needs some help.

Parking: around 12 parking spaces, 2 are handicapped spots. Kid-friendliness: other than the occasional loud drunkard, they have good kid food and a kid friendly atmosphere. Always heard good things about this place. It was good. Wings were good, pizza was good. Bloody Marys were made from scratch, no pre mix, but they were costly.

Heard about this place from a guy at work and he wasnt kidding Best wings intown by far. I tried some of their psychotic garlic wings and it was absolutely Sol melting and delicious highly recommend this

Food is great ! If you ever order extra spicy, they mean extra spicy , its delicious non the less mugs are cold. Beer is cold ! For a big order it be nice if they labeled their wings. Bring back the free Ice cream!

We came in to get wings and they where extremely over priced!!!!!! $40 dollars for two orders of wings and on top of that they where horrible and then for the kicker they want to charge $2.50 for a damn water cup !!!! This place needs to do better !!!!!

The food is AMAZING and the prices are very reasonable. Burgers are juicy with big patties. Pizzas are huge with good toppings. Wings and fries are seasoned and sauced well. Lots of menu options. HIGHLY recommend. Absolutely delicious. Definitely going back. :)
