We have been coming to the Hulen location for many years because of how great there service and quality of food has been until tonight. We have the Mansfield and Burleson location that is closer to us and yet we always go to the Hulen location. Tonight was the worse service and worse quality of food we have ever had. The moment we got to our seats, we were rushed. We like to order a couple drinks before we order our food and that seemed like that was the worse thing we could do. We didnt even get our first drink before we litteraly kept getting pushed to order our food. They were such in a hurry to get us to order our food to get us out of there. Then our food came and my husband ordered the Fort Worth 14oz ribeye and and it was so nasty, severely chard so dried you could barley swallow the dam steak. The Manger came to our table again to rush us out of there asked how it was. I told her we had such Nad service the steaks were so bad and all she asked is how were we paying. We td her card and she gave us the darn thing on the table to basically pay and leave. Never going back here again. Thank you Texas Roadhouse.

It was our first time ever visiting this place. The food was very good. The only issue was the blooming onion. The batter was raw underneath and had to be replaced. The manager was kind enough to replace it extra cooked. The steak was very good. Our waitress Joanna was very attentive. The shrimp was well done and the broccoli was very well cooked. It wasnt mushy and it wasnt undercooked. I really enjoyed the service here and wish I could have tried more on the money. I will come back again. The wait time despite being crowded was very short. The quality of the food is very good along with the service.

We entered the Texas Roadhouse and there was only one bench for people to sit on. My husband has a hard time standing very long. This was ridiculous. No place for handicap people to wait. We will not be back to this location. They said the benches were taking up space so instead of removing the benches where people sit why don t they get rid of the huge station where people come in to give their names. All they need is a hostess stand. Will definitely not be back.

My son and I were in tonight for dinner. He had the chili bowl and I got the chicken fried chicken which came to me half done. We had somewhere to be immediately after dinner so I wasn t able to wait for them to remake the meal and they weren t willing to give me a gift card for, a future visit to make up for this past failure I talked to Hannah, which was the manager and she was of no help at all. However, the service for my waitress was excellent.

STAY AWAY! I came here with my brother and got a sirloin steak. About halfway through, as I was chewing, I bit down onto something hard. I ended up with two broken teeth. The store manager wrote my name down on the back of a receipt and said he would pass it along and have corporate call me back. I never heard anything. I ve submitted contact request in their website a few times now and haven t gotten a callback! Now I had to get two teeth pulled, missed lots of work and have been in serious pain for almost a month now. Thanks a ton for your terrible service Texas Roadhouse. Not only did you fail to deal with a legitimate safety issue that happened in your facility, but you ve caused me and my family quite a bit of hardship is a result of my decision to patronize your restaurant.

Horrible accident not addressed! My two sons went to Texas Roadhouse off of 820 and Hulen last week Tuesday, August 20. My son ordered a sirloin boneless steak, but bit down on a bone that should not have been in there. It broke half of his molar out of his mouth! He choked and he swallowed it. The waiter Charlie came and wrote his complaint on the back of a receipt and said he would file a report and that someone would get back to him. Someone finally contacted my son a few days later, but the woman never received the report, just that he had a complaint. After this happened, the rest of my son s tooth came out and he is in a lot of pain because of this. His entire root is exposed! The dentist is quoting $3000 to help him, and he has lost work because of the pain. We are not sure what to do at this point. the restaurant still has not returned my son s phone calls to help him. Totally unacceptable and surprising, seeing that this is a high-rated restaurant!

My wife and I decided to have dinner here for our anniversary, and it was great. We had the pleasure of being waited on by Destiny she made the experience amazing. She has great customer service and was very attentive to all of our needs. The food was great I had the Bone in Ribeye steak which was very tender and flavorful and my wife haf the Ribeye with ribs which was also very good. Our drinks were also good not watered down at all. I appreciated the manger Maggie stopping by our table to ask how we were as well. Again, you all have a gem in Destiny I will always ask to be seated in her section.

Havent had a roadhouse 20oz Ribeye in a good minute so i really looked forward to eating it here last night for dinner. I asked for it medium. When they brought the Ribeye to my table it looked like Charcoal & then i cut it open, thing was still rare from the inside. They suggested to it to the back to reheat it. So a male manager brings it back this time, it looked like a chunk of coal, and yet it was STILL rare. He suggested to take it back on more time.. like the thing was already burnt up the outside i told the manager at that point i rather not eat it. And rather him maybe suggest something else or offer a new steak he could care less and walked away with it. No apologies or anything so guess what. Everyone in my table ate except me last night. Not coming back here. Garbage service from that guy.

This place is not a steakhouse. This is a reworking of carnival food with a slab of inexpensive (unflavored AND not cooked) meat that is claimed to be steak. Lets start with the appetizers, deep-fried pickles, deep-fried potato skins, and deep-fried septic gray filth. Its a type of place that handles food by slapping it onto a plate without cooking it and say this is good enough. For reference, I ordered my steak medium-rare cooked. It was ENTIRELY red-bloody. (Although the red liquid is not blood, you get the idea.) I think the guy who handles the food believe this is seasoning and nothing else should be put onto this gray slab of meat? Then the sides, a raw potato with a stingy topping on it. My word for stingy is a mere pinch of cheese and 1 teaspoon of sour cream. I am pleased to say that the second side was flawless. The bar was pretty low to begin with since it was applesauce (for my 1 year old). This also occurred to us, but it has 0 aspect on my review. The review is strictly about the food: After we were seated, the restaurant forgot about us. We waited for someone to acknowledge our existence for 34 minutes (from the time I started a movie on my daughters IPAD). A woman approached us without any reason to ask if we needed anything (assuming that we had finished eating and were still sitting around). She took it upon herself to take care of us. God bless her, she was a sweetheart.

I have been a patron of Texas Roadhouse, Garland, for a decade. I can honestly say that o have not had a bad experience there. I once had a steak that was below part, but the server took care of the issue immediately as they watch you cut into your steak when they serve it. I recommend them highly. The l Constant line our the door speaks volumes. It is worth the wait.

My husband took me here for my birthday tonight. The food was amazing! But they had no ceaser dressing so that meant no ceaser salad at all. The service was not so amazing. Our waitress forgot the butter we asked for. She also never offered anything to drink when my husbands water came out. Good thing they have runners but the older lady who brought out our food was so over enthusiastic that it was kinda creepy... Like the movie Smile creepy!! On top of that, I killed a gnat and my husband saw another gnat flying around. And they sat us in a small booth and could clearly see I am not a small woman I dont think we will be coming back to this place again.

My husband and I go here all the time and the service has always been amazing. Well we decided to order take out because we just had a baby and have been in the hospital because the baby is only two days old. When we got our food we couldn t even cut into the steak. It was all cold. The Mac and cheese had no cheese so I was just eating noodles. My husbands food wasn t cooked right and it looked like someone stepped on it. I don t like writing bad reviews but hopefully this review will help with the take out orders a little bit better. We will not be ordering take out again but we will come back to dine in. We love the service.

Food looked and smelled rotten. I ordered a to-go yesterday, 26 May 2024. The baked potatoe was discolored with a massive black patch, which I dont know how the cook could have missed. And then the whole thing actually smelled rotten, which explains the black patch. I tossed it, then called the store to speak to the manager, and naturally they put me on hold for a million years after I explained why I was calling. I didnt have all day to be on hold so I eventually hung up. So I guess this store will continue to sell rotten food and endangering the publics health because the manager didnt get a chance to know how negligent his cooks are.

It was packed and loud and the food was not so good. The waitress was great. My ceaser salad was pathetic. But my daughters burger was pretty good. We still had a great time because I finally had all 3 of my kids back together after 15 long years.

Had a really good time celebrating a friends birthday. The food was good, hot and fresh. And our server was excellent, she checked in made sure food was delivered as ordered. And when we had an issue with part of the meal; friend order the bbq chicken and was not expecting it to be spicy (she cannot do spicy foods). Tori quickly got a new order in and was very helpful and pleasant. Great service!!
