I visited this establishment at The woodlands earlier this week. It was evident upon entry that certain customers are not welcomed. They gladly took payment then proceeded to ascertain that our child was a problem, which was a blatant lie as I watch my child vigilantly and she s painfully shy and has additional needs, thus doesn t speak to children. On the other hand a group of boys of a different hue were harassing my child but were left to continue despite us notifying staff who said they were already aware but hadn t yet spoken to their parents. At that point we were done, we d seen enough, we advise those melanated parents, or those with children of special needs to avoid at all costs. FYI I wanted to leave 0 stars on this review.

I recommended the Woodlands for my cousin & his family to stay while visiting from the UK. Once settled in they wanted a place for their daughter to play and him and his wife to relax thus they chose Kanga s indoor play center. However, my little 8 year old cousin was mistreated at this playground, mind you she is extremely shy wouldn t hurt a fly and was accosted by the worker there saying she was aggressive . But the parents could see their children at the indoor center on monitors and saw the truth. The hurtful part was the person who Was working the indoor area, was un empathetic the way she talked to us was cold and led me to write this review. I feel partly responsible for my lil cousin because i recommended this place. But i hope they take their experience and shout it out back in London. Telling everyone they know who is visiting near spring/Woodlands/Houston area never ever, ever , bring your children to Kanga s Indoor Play Center especially if your child has special needs.

Came here for a Birthday party and it was actually a fun place for kids to have fun! 1) The cappuccino was good (came in a cute cup) 2) Loved the cotton candy machine. Very cool how the kids get to pick their own designs and colors. 3) Great space for parents to sit at the tables and still have a great view of the kids running around. Overall, a great experience and will be back!

Let me tell you, this indoor play center is absolutely tremendous, believe me. The best place for kids, maybe ever. It s a beautiful facility, folks, very clean, very safe, and let me tell you, they ve got the best toys. The slides are huge, really big, and the ball pit? It s like nothing you ve ever seen, folks, it s incredible. The kids love it, they re having the time of their lives, and the parents? They re happy, too. It s a big win, folks, a big win for everyone. I ve seen a lot of play centers, but this one? Top-notch, folks, really top-notch. Highly recommend it, believe me. And not to mention Brooklyn was absolutely phenomenal. Best in the business

I was worried after reading reviews about if we wanted to come or not, but our normal place is closed on Sunday so we decided to give it a whirl. My daughter had a blast! The staff was nice, the pizza was awesome, and the octopus hotdogs made my daughter laugh. The cheesecake tasted really good, and we ended the day with a cotton candy from their machine. It was good, and we will def be back on discount days as it s a little steep on normal days! It s clean, and when I brought up an issue to the staff she took care of it immediately and couldn t have been nicer about it. I think the only complaint I had was in the smaller kids play area it s supposed to be for 3 and under, and kids that were obviously much older than that were running around and ran over a couple of the toddlers. That s not the fault of Kanga s, though, more the parents who refuse to read and follow simple directions unless they are told to do so.

The best time ever for my sons 2nd birthday. The manager Moises and his team took care of us and made sure we had the best package to accommodate the kids that came. Yulisa & Brooklyn and the entire staff at Kanga make our daily visits exceptional!!! I bring my four grandchildren and it s the best indoor play area within 60 miles!!! Count on your experience being the best and it is safe, clean and well kept !!! Extra security measures are provided for our children!!! The food is great too . Great place for kids! I love as so surprised to see how clean, well established this place, absolutely safe for kids, very affordable. I got my cappuccino complimentary as a free drink! On Sundays they have a great promotion- 9.99 $ per child, no charge for parents and 1 free drink! Also they have a variety of different food for your child for lunch! Love this place! We love this Kangas! We ve been going since our little was about 1 and have always had a great experience. Today we went and Luis was working the rock climbing wall and was amazing with the kids- he was encouraging and the kids responded really well to him. It was wonderful as a parent to see someone patient and caring while helping our kiddo reach higher on the wall than she has before. Thank you to Luis and Kangas!

This is my third time to this location in two months. All three times my kids weren t able to do the rock climbing wall because there were no employees who wanted to open it. There is nothing wrong with it at all and my kids even asked if someone could open it for them. The girl said no and didn t give a reason why. We were frequent visitors of this location until a recent visit my son had with his class for a field trip/birthday party and now we will never be back. I was honestly so disappointed with the way I was treated and honestly feel like the management and staff could use some sensitivity training when it comes to parents and dealing with parents and how to speak to parents of little children. This message is for the owners. How can you charge $26 for a pizza that you know you are buying for $5 or less. I know inflation is bad, but to charge that much for a pizza will give people a reason not to return. I want to start by saying that i brought my 2 children to play in kangas this place is big,clean and so safe some places be feeling sketchy but not here i feel comfortable.The customer service was on point two so sweet but there were two employees that really stood out Omie & Julisa they made sure we had the experience we came here for most definitely recommend!!

I ve been a fan of Kanga s for some years now. I hadn t been to this location in almost a year. To my disappointment some things have changed but not for the best. The price has increased. I was shocked to be charged $6.00 per adult. (FOR WHAT?!?) It use to be $3.00 per adult. Today my husband and I were both charged. The children s price has increased as well. It s now $20 with the tax. I would ve been able to understand the price increase if the upkeep of the facility was maintained. There were rips and tears in some of the mats, the ball pit had so few balls in it that I could see the mat, only two out of 3 rock walls were functional, the zip line is down (non functional), one of the ball shooters doesn t work, the water feature slide in the toddler area was broken and the equipment looks a little dingy and worn. The employees were standing around at the counter having conversation. Price increases without proper maintenance, upkeep or upgrades is very disappointing. I won t be returning to this location anytime soon.

***UPDATED REVIEW*** I m leaving my original review written below but I ve edited my submission and changed stars from 5 to 2. When we first started going to Kanga s we loved it but we have seen the decline in the space as far as upkeep of their equipment. The ball pit is basically empty and they ve allowed the bigger kids to pull the mats from under the balls and place them on top of balls remaining in there. Which has turned it into a very UNSAFE place for my child. There are broken toys all over the place one of the main features has several broken bits to it where air should blow it doesn t - which makes the toy useless. When something breaks they don t fix it - they slap a band aid on it or simply leave it broken. When looking at the upkeep of the play space - you can tell the owner doesn t make their employees separate the balls and return them to where they should be each night which is unfortunate bc all the different balls floating around make for chaos and an empty ball pit. My biggest complaint (and what has led me to re-write this review) is they are CLEARLY not disinfecting this play space daily - like not even at all. It s dirty from top to bottom. My child has gotten sick every single time we ve been to this Kanga s for the past 4 visits. Thats right 4 visits to Kanga s = 4 urgent care visits followed by a week of illnesses. Even with lots of hand sanitizer used multiple times during the same visit. Overall - I m so sad about what has happened to Kanga s and I wish the owner took pride in the upkeep and cleanliness of this childrens play space. Great place for toddlers! Luis took the time to help us find a dairy free option on their menu for my boy. Parents, if you re looking for something to do w your 1 year old HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Great place!

Anyone zoned to Ford elementary, this is only 5 min from the school. My children under 5 LOVE this place. I have 2 teenagers and even they can go and have a good time. This is perfect for if you have young kids under 10, that need to seriously burn some energy!

Super clean. Lots of fun. They have a lot of variety for kids of all ages. A toddler zone blocked off so other kids can play in other areas of the playspace. A rock climbing wall for older kids. A bouncy house and a pirate ship for kids to ride. They give you tokens for parents to get one free item. In terms of safety, they give each kid a wrist band and a number for the parents to hold on to. Before allowed to leave, each number and wrist band need to match. Love that procedure! We enjoy kanga and are considering getting a member pass.
