We were sitted for over 10 minutes without any acknowledgment from anyone. No server even came in our area. Then when we notified the hosted it took forever for her to get the manager. This place I cannot recommend due to the service. I can not comment on the food since we were never served.

We did an online delivery order and the driver updated us several times while waiting on our order. On a 100.00 dollar order, a baked potato, shrimp linguine, rice and broccoli were all missing. And the biscuits are now half the size they used to be. The food we received was overcooked and cold. Sadly Red Lobster has lost two loyal customers.

Giving this location FIVE Stars for Service, Food I can honestly say was not quite a 5 star but it was plentiful and served hot, the staff went above and beyond making our special guest feel extra special on his birthday, he wont ever forget this experience. Wanted to thank our server Amanda and assistant Michael worked very hard to make this a special dinner event, I sure hope this location does not get cut on the reduction of locations.

In general Red Lobster food has been going down in quality it seems but the true stars here were the staff. The manager was a delightful sweetheart full of energy. My daughter has been longing to pet a lobster and many times we come and there isnt any. She assured us shed make sure at least 1 lobster remained for us. When we came she happily allowed my kids to pet it with enthusiasm and joy. Upon leaving another employee, Michael helped us with letting us pet another lobster and say goodnight while giving us a little lesson in lobster holding. They also sent a bit of ice cream for my kiddos just for the heck of it! So sweet Its hard to keep food at the quality it once was but service is well met its still make the trip out worth it Kid-friendliness: Accommodated menu choices, helped with playing with lobsters, and gave complimentary ice cream!

Made an online order to pickup a dozen biscuits from this location and nothing else. When my husband and I arrived to pickup our order they ask the name on the order and go check on it, they returned and told us that someone will bring it out to us, so we waited for about 30 minutes after the order said it would be ready to pickup, and then they tell us theyre waiting on bread so itll be a few more minutes, which they couldve told us from the moment we got there. We ended up walking out without our biscuits which we paid for and wont be making any future orders with them. They can keep the money because obviously they need it more than we do.

We were in the restaurant for over an hour and never received any biscuits. We were told they weren t ready yet but were in the oven. Every table had biscuits when I walked through the restaurant to use the restroom. The restroom was disgusting. The first toilet had fecal matter on it. The second toilet had fecal matter in and around it, the third stall didn t have any toilet paper, and the last stall had a tiny bit of toilet paper left, and the sanitary napkin box was filled with toilet paper with fecal metal all over it. Paper towels were overflowing out of both trash cans onto the floor, as you walked in and out of the bathroom, you walked through a stream of paper towels. The table beside us had been They are longer than us, and they were still waiting for their food. Thankfully, our food was hot when we received it otherwise I would ve given this place one star

Better workers are needed at this location. Went to pick up my order on 04/23/2024 around 8:30PM while on a work trip. Walked in and a bunch of workers are standing around in the back doing nothing. After standing there for 5 minutes, a male worker walks out, sees me, and scurries into the back. A second male worker comes to the circular window in the back and just stares at me as if I can t see him. Then a female worker comes to the front and asks if I need help. Clearly. Then a different female worker brings me the order. Does it take putting multiple people s brain cells together to come to the conclusion that I m picking up an order? Also, the food was garbage. Biscuits were clearly not fresh. Rice was stale and had way too much garlic and butter. Salmon was underseasoned as well as the shrimp. You d expect better for a $40 meal for one person. Hire better people who don t lack basic customer service skills (and evidently social skills).

The food was very good. My wife and I shared the ultimate platter with blackened salmon, scallops, and 2 kinds of shrimp. It was more than enough food for us both. The server was very friendly and attentive. My only downside was that the street out front was under construction making it a little difficult to get to the restaurant, but that is not Red Lobsters fault, so I wont hold it against them.

Food was subpar my coconut shrimp were overcooked . After delivering food our server never came back to check on us . She has a large party table right next to us and checked on them constantly. I understand bigger table bigger tip but when you have a large party isn t gratuity already included ? She walked right by us 4-5 times and never stopped to refill drinks check if food was good etc . Had not been here for over 3 years. Now I know why.. the only good thing is the biscuits still. I ordered the 12oz steak and lobster with fries and mash potatoes. The food came out, and I didnt have my fries. Had to wait for the server to come back and let her know I was missing the fries. She said, Let me get them. So I started with the steak, which had no flavor, not seasoned at all. Ordered it med well it was cooked well done. Then the lobster tail was the size of small potato!! I finished this meal before my fries were brought out to me. The serve never came to notify me that they had to still cook them. No communication. Didnt complain. I didnt send it back due to all the crazy stuff u see on the internet. So this is the best way. Put a review and not return to this establishment. Not a friendly environment. It was like eating in a library.

Carrisa is AMAZING!!!! Super sweet and friendly and always made sure we had what we needed and kept checking in on us. Calamari is always a go-to for our appetizer and never disappoints. I decided to try the Salmon New Orleans with a baked potato and a Caesar salad. And oh my goodness it was delicious . By far the best salmon I ever had! Husband got endless shrimp (his fav) and started with shrimp linguine, shrimp skewers and the new garlic shrimp. The cake, you must try the cake y all (was too far spoon deep to get a pic). We will definitely be back for more!!!

We have been having family birthday parties at this location for over 10 years. The location and service have always been great. The food portions and quality have gone downhill in the last few years. Ive always gotten the fish and chips - in the past it would be two large juicy filets the thickness of my thumb. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because they only serve Pepsi products BUT they refuse to carry Diet Dr. Pepper for the diabetic customers. NO, diet Pepsi is not okay and it will never be okay. Their tea is terrible so I can only choose water for my drink. The food was excellent and the service was great.

I love this place the food was great, our waiter (Williams G) was super attentive even though they were real busy. He was very nice and friendly too. He explained the menu to our senior citizens. Will come back soon. Great service and great food. I highly recommend.

The service was very slow when we went but found that was due to poor management. The manager let staff go early thinking it was going to be a slow night. Poor decision for sure! Old tables were not getting bused/floors dirty. Service was very slow! Our waitress was overwhelmed with having to pick up extra tables, training a new employee who was shadowing her, but tried her best to accommodate. The food was really good and the waitress professional.

Today I visited the location for a simple lunch. Not knowing that I would receive a huge blessing. I just wanted to get out and have something simple. I was seated and waited for my waitress to come. She came and introduced herself (Courtney) . She offered the specials and I declined because of my budget and my appetite. Her body language never changed. She took my offer and returned with everything. Just so polite. The manager (Lo) came by to ask if everything was OK. She was walking around greeting and engaging with the customers. We take so much for granted. I asked Courtney for her manager. Of course I know that she thought something was wrong. I wanted to let her manager know how well she treated me and how pleasant she was. People are very quick to complain about the service, but how often are we quick to give a compliment. Common courtesy is rare these days, so I just wanted to share with everyone my very pleasant experience at this Red Lobster. Thank you Ladies. Visit this location for a pleasant experience. Continued to help people like me, have a better day.

I had the Admirals feast, the scallops were cooked perfectly as were the shrimp, however, the coleslaw was very dry and had a little too much vinegar for my liking. We were taken to a table in the back of the restaurant that had two napkins under the table on the floor and a discarded shrimp tail next to the napkins. My wife had the surf and turf 7 ounce sirloin with shrimp. And she was very happy with the meal. Id say that it was a good dining experience.

Had such an amazing experience here, my family and i are muslim and don t eat any pork. Lorraine our server was extremely attentive and sweet. my family felt very taken care of and she ensured our food was served away from alcohol and pork. we will definitely be back and ask for her. 100/10 service !

The employees were fantastic, friendly, hospitable, and knowledgeable. The food was not great. Cold mashed potatoes. My Alfredo sauce had separated and my fries were not crispy. The shrimp was good. But they left the tails on my shrimp linguine, which was odd. I would take the tails off before since this is a fork dish. Bread was delicious and warm. Probably wont be back, the booths and floors were dirty.

First time to be at this restaurant. Honestly, not bad. But I found plastic wrap in my coleslaw, that means kitchen works really fast . I guess this coleslaw is from outsourcing but not home made. The lobsters are good. But the steak ..well ..don t order it, please. The butterfly shrimp, pre made, not fresh. After I removed the cracker cloth(it is super thick) the shrimp is very dry, at least it is over fried, this shrimp seems lay in the fridge for quite a long time. Tastes oily, dry, bitter don t order. By the way, the coconut sauce tastes very industrial, the olive oil .just oil, doesn t know what is that for, tasteless.

Michelle our waitress was amazing and friendly and all the above. The next time my wife and goes I hope to have the server up Michelle once again. Also the host and the Busboys and the food Runner were also outstanding. Customer service A+. Had a bad experience at another restaurant and in a good way if I didnt hi would not have had a great meal with Red Lobster. Dirty tables everywhere. Food overcooked and left to sit under heatlamp except my husbands pasta, which was undercooked. Waitress spent a lot of time with another table who was drinking heavily. Hostess was run ragged trying to bus tables and seat people. Just an appalling place with all the mess. Seafood left to sit on tables does not smell nice!!

Folks really sleep on Red Lobster but Im here to tell you I had a time and the food was sooooo delicious I went for the Tuesday daily meal which is a pound of crab legs for $20. Yes, you read that right, $20! The crabs were steamed to perfection and I had the roasted garlic butter on the side. The crabs really didnt need the butter, they were so good and succulent. Lets not forget about theyre famous garlic butter biscuits. Sheeesh! They set the tone for the meal. Aaaaaannnnddd they have daily special for every week day. Yall! Do yourself a favor and hit them up
