me and my family put in a order online, when we went to the store to pickup our food the employee and owners laughed in our faces and refused to give us our food that we paid for. then proceeded to not accept the email for us to get our money back.

Although the place doesn t look appealing at first glance this food is worth trying. That chicken is good! I was surprised by the flavor, it reminded me of one of the chicken places we used to eat at when I was younger. The price is reasonable and the guy taking the orders and making the food was really nice! - I plan on going back anytime I m in the mood for some fried chicken.

Positives: Your not going to find less expensive fried chicken anywhere. Good food at a great price. Negatives: Bathroom could take a makeover and cleaned more than once a day. Usually on the TV is CNN or a daytime show that will lower your IQ by 10 points but, I come for the food.

Simple place, BUT very clean all around the building. Had 2 piece (leg & breast) with slice of bread. I asked to try 1 piece of okra and 1 French fry just to taste. She gave more $4.35. The chicken were the size you would cut a fryer at home. While the leg was on the salty side, the breast was perfectly spiced. I m thinking different batches of batter showing freshness. Very crispy. Okra breaded well and evenly. French fry crinkled and just normal. I will go back for okra and breast only. They can keep the bread slice.

lots of food for low prices... I dont think he understood No Gravy or Unsweet iced tea when I ordered but for 2019 fast food pricing at $8.93 for 5 shrimp whole corn on the cob not half... This place is good but there is nothing spectacular with the food. I definitely had a great first time experience, and it s definitely worth me giving it a second try. I bought the #2 which was a (3) pcs mixed chicken with two sides a jalapeño slice of bread and a small drink. My meals was very reasonably price at $6.70 after tax. The prices of chicken were a good size. The okra was good but I think the fries we a little substandard.

Ate some thomass tonight and it was good as usual, I definitely prefer Thomass over Lisas any day of the week. You can taste the time and energy the owner puts into his work every day it comes out in his good fried chicken, never burnt and good pieces of chicken. Love this place and will continue to eat it all the time

I got the 10 pc, it had no chicken breast, I got two pcs that looks like chicken breast with all the meat gone from it, just the breast bones fried with coating, I will never go to this place again. I took pictures of what I got and on top of that I paid $17.75. Awful. I will post pictures on facebook.

OK so heres my honest review. The food wasnt bad but it wasnt good at the same time. If I wanted good fried chicken this wouldnt be my first choice. Some people have a different opinion of what good fried chicken is. The food is very comparable to a Williams or churches chicken. Where this establishment shines is the freshness of the food and the price. I cant speak on the service there wasnt much interaction but the food came out quick. If you dont have much money or a large family to feed this is the spot.

This place is awesome yes awesome I said awesome. Excellent service always nice and courteous and friendly. We usually get the chicken strip dinner with three sides and it is always juicy and excellent I have tried other things also that is excellent worth the drive I come from South Arlington all the way to Grand Prairie. I like the food there and Ive been several times.. however this last time I went, The server had a really bad attitude..she seemed very upset at my order I was placing. Worth a stop. The fried chicken was very tasty and fresh, which was the only thing I ordered. Their set up is a little odd, because it seems like the building was an old convenience store that they ve turned into this fast food restaurant. There are lots of stacks of boxes scattered about and one row of food staples, plus some refrigerated drinks. Other than that, it s fairly sparse. There are a handful of tables in the middle of the main room. The restrooms weren t filthy, but they weren t all that clean either. Bathroom gets a 4 on a scale of 1-10. Chicken gets a 7.5 (better than average, but not as good as my mom s fried chicken!). They also have a drive thru.
