Great online store and wide inventory selection at near wholesale pricing. However, their order processing has been having delays that are much more extensive than noted on thw website FAQ, although it states 1-3 business days, it was closer to 6/7 before I ever recieved notification the order was processed. Disappointing to practically double in processing time without any notification as such.

This is only for the Richardson distribution store. If I order cards and they will be delayed please send an email or something letting me know. I ordered two cards on the same day and one came, and when I called they said they were behind and didn t know when it would arrive. I visit the Allen store often and the service is always above and beyond. Just keep customers in the loop please. I want you to have my business and I know the card I ordered wasn t worth much, I just would like to be informed. Thank you.

It took a while for them to ship my order. When it finally arrived, it was missing three items. Turned out, they canceled those three items. That was never communicated with me. When I contacted support about getting my money back, they talked circles around me. I still havent received my refund. Theyve essentially robbed me of my money. EDIT: after this review, they did end up giving me store credit for the refund.

I found this shop online due to a trip Im on from PA to Dallas. They are FANTASTIC!!!! I pre-ordered several items, in different orders, to be shipped to my moms. Its not great. Honestly like them until they have sales because then it becomes cutthroat to buy anything. The whole website shuts down multiple times and suddenly credit cards quit purchasing. Then they sell out in minutes. Tons of scalpers show up with bots to purchase all the discounts. They should treat the loyal customers better than the scalpers.

I came during my lunch break and walked in the 97 degree heat to see if I can pick up a order I recently did. The person who helped me before was understandable and let me order something within minutes and I got my order but not today. It does say next business day for pick up but I wont be able to due to not having a vehicle ( I take the bus and train to work and back). Did explain to employee but still said no unfortunately. Just wanted to treat myself and my little sister for the week since she helps me out at the moment. Appreciate the customers who go out of their way to buy your product and not other stores please. Booster packs and theme deck is all I wanted. Waiting on my refund. Just wanted to share my experience.

They ve successfully shipped 16 times to me in the past year or so. Great prices. Excellent job packing the boxes. For example, I recently ordered a game with 4 books. The books were separately wrapped in two bubble mailers within the main shipping box for added protection (in addition to the normal packing material used to fill the box). Fantastic! They were a bit slow when moving to a new warehouse this summer but seem to be back to normal now. Offered an apology on their website about their struggles during that process, which I appreciate. It s on their site s blog for all the world to read. Very detailed, humble, and sincere. No sweeping it under the rug. Smart. And it s paying off for them, at least for me. Game Nerdz is now my favorite gaming online retailer and will be getting a larger share of my purchases moving forward. So, keep up the good work! P.S. If youre a new prospect looking to get game accessories, dont order from their website. They left me in the dark for 6 days on an order, no updates until i finally called, saying the item i ordered got destroyed in a move, and they ordered a new one. Well, you see, theyre liars, because the high end binder I ordered, in a specific color, has been out of stock with DEX for months. Tried telling me, it would only take a week. I asked for a refund process through paypal, so its faster than a debit refund, and they agreed, but sent it back to my card anyways.

So, today I went to pick up an order at Game Nerdz. Its an online shop with pickup in Richardson. So an hour drive, tolls, etc. There was a miscommunication that occurred and honestly a situation that upset me. They just moved warehouses and are on a bit of flux right now. But when I got off the phone with their customer service, I was unsatisfied. And at that point, I was angry. What I did not know was they kept working on it, and on my drive home, they called me back with a resolution that was more than fair and kind. They went above and beyond. I was a first time customer. They did not need to do what they did. But they still did it. And then they called me a second time with a follow up. I am floored and beyond impressed today.

So I ordered a book, during their move of their warehouses. So its understandable thered be, delays. But, 16 days, with no order fulfilled or any update at all. It is. egregious how this companies customer support has been acting. Ive e-mailed, a handful of times, asking for updates. The first time I received Its delayed by about 4 days, but in the late stages of processing, expect an email with tracking info in the near future,. Nothing after. So I email again, this time being answered with, our average processing time takes 1-3 business days, with a delay of 4 days, it will likely be shipped out early next week, Nothing. It is now late next week, and still, nothing. I sent one last one, hoping it would result in my book as, I still, REALLY want it. In fact Id love to support this company period, with some of the cooler geek stuff they, SEEM, to have. But emphasis on that word. But they completely ignored it. This company does not care about the customer. A simple e-mail first saying the order was going to be late wouldve sufficed, but Game Nerdz delivers. NOTHING.

Im a big fan of Gamenerdz and pay close attention to their deal of the day most days. Ive snagged many great games that route in addition to their already competitive priced games and selection they carry online. Their prices are competitive or often beat out competitors, also their Deal of the Days are always near all time lows for every game they list. Customer service is top notch they have always responded to me within a day or two at the latest. Involved with the hobby community, active on board game forums very receptive to positive and negative feedback in my experience. Yes it does sometimes take them a few extra days to ship an order but I dont mind its never anything I need right now and theyre free shipping threshold is the lowest Ive come across. They have impeccable packaging quality, so your products are always delivered securely. My only complaint is the prolonged delay in pre order shipments. They never ship out pre orders in a timely manner. It always arrives 2-3 weeks after release. At that point, there s no reason to even offer pre orders. I hope gamenerdz can fix this issue

I ordered a game that was impossible to find in local stores and goes out of stock online quite often. Gamenerdz had the best price and even gave free shipping. The order was delayed in processing due to a rare winter storm (company is based in Texas) that shut down the town. Once everyone was back to work, processing happened in a couple of days and the order arrived just a few days later. The product was well protected in the packaging, and they had the best prices on the internet. I called customer service to check on the order when it got to be 3 days and still not fulfilled, the CSR was friendly and helpful and informed me of the storm and being shut down as a result. I was worried the game was out of stock again but she assured me that it had been verified and would be fulfilled as soon as the workers got back post-storm. I went back to the website and saw it was indeed mentioned on the homepage. I will definitely buy from them in future

Ive bought several fairly large games from Gamenerdz, and its quickly becoming my go-to place for getting games that have been difficult to find elsewhere at a reasonable price. Gamenerdz usually even has them for a few bucks under MSRP. Theyre never the fastest in regards to delivery times, but my orders from them have always been accompanied by good customer service, and the items always arrived as promised in very secure packaging and in excellent condition.

Prices are usually the best, but dont expect to receive anything for about 10 days. (Dont even think about blaming covid) If you need something sooner, anywhere is higher priced but faster shipping. I dont tend to mind the wait, but feels like the timeframe gets longer and longer. I am in the same state, about 3 hours away from the facility. Literally can drive there and back in 6 hours. Not sure why there is a normal severe delay. Everything else I order is 2-3 days right now. Amazon is same or next day.

Worked online with them to get Star Wars RPG items. Not only did they have many items that other places, including Amazon and the official store not have, they actually had them at discounted prices! You can get a bonus for creating your account, and it was wonderful working with them. The shipping on the first item took a couple days more than expected, but A. it was the holidays and B. I was just super anxious to get the books and C. It was a decent number of books. Overall, a great experience. The only thing Id say is sometimes a category might not be there. Star Wars FFG doesnt have one, which made things a little tricky to search up. Still, so so good. If I need another book, this is likely the first place Ill go.

As of right now I am straight up offended. I bought two Pokémon card booster packs and all the cards inside are resealed. I can prove it with the code cards. It says they ve already been redeemed! How is that possibly if I bought them factory sealed . I called and asked them if they were genuine and they told me yes. I m hoping I can get a response tomorrow. I recorded me opening all of the booster packs I ve opened so far. If I don t get a response or a refund I m reporting to the US fraud bureau.

I want to like these guys, but 2/2 on bad experiences. 1st order took 8 days to get to me and I live 45min away. Some of that due to Xmas shipping delays, but also how they shipped it. And now with my 2nd order it took them 9 days to ship the in stock product out which is just crazy amount of time. Also says it wont be here for 4 days and again I live less than an hour away. Also both times took over 48 hours to get a response.

They have excellent prices, but do not seem to be able to get new releases in a reasonable amount of time compared to other shops. Ive ordered from them several times in the past and as long as it isnt a new release, they are great. I preordered a new release from then recently and weeks after launch day, all my friends and other reviewers already had their copies of the game from other retailers and mine had yet to even be received by GameNerdz, let alone shipped out. It might not be their fault, but it is definitely a failure in their supply chain somewhere. - edit- It was Aliens, Another Glorious Day In The Corps and its expansions.
