This review is for the food truck in Chandler. Elote en el vaso not good. Canned corn, not roasted and it was $7 a cup. No parmesean, hardly any mayo or cayenne. I rate it about a 2. Barbacoa tacos tasted great. Strawberry lemonade is a 10....soooo goood, even at $5 each. Overall very overpriced and not worth my return. There are so many better tasting, authentic, better priced taco trucks out there. Overall review a 2 due to good service.

The girl who took our order wasnt the most polite but the birra tacos were great and the red salsa they have is really good. I like that you get the option of corn or flour tortillas because personally I prefer the flour. The flautas looked good my husband got those. The raw onions on top were different but big enough to pick off. I do think they should turn the ac on because it was really warm in there

Before I placed my order I asked if they served beans in their breakfast tacos and they replied yes, we serve them however you d like them . So I ordered a couple of tacos with beans, eggs, and ham. Picked them up and they came without the beans. The tortilla was ok, but I d recommend people make sure their food comes as ordered before leaving the restaurant. - ongoing issue in the morning

Brought my MIL for her first time. She is in a chair so accessibility is always an issue. There is a bit of a lip, maybe 2-3 inches, at the door but wasnt a huge deal. Food was delicious. I ordered her the red enchiladas instead of the green by mistake. She said it was too spicy but was so delicious she couldnt stop eating it. This was my mistake, not a reflection on Rubys. I got the birria tacos and got an order to go to bring my husband for lunch. Ive had them many times and they were delicious as always. We also got some horchata and a strawberry lemonade. The mango drink is a favorite as well. Wheelchair accessibility: The ramp is short and easily accessible but there is a bit of a lip to get in the doors. Maybe 2-3 inches.

Was recommended this place by some coworkers, and we ended up going together. Outstanding food, people there were very nice, and the tables outside were perfect as it was so nice out. I was told to get the Number 1, which I did, and I have no regrets. I also got the strawberry lemonade which was very refreshing, and I loved that it had actual strawberries as well! Im an out of towner, but I will be back someday when I next visit!

Nachos...disgusting. liquid cheese. Felt like a concession stand. Gross. And for $10? Couldnt even eat it. Son ordered burrito that was too small &only had 1 small sliver of avocado for $10. Bad value. The other dish came with a big plop of meat over soggy chips smothered in mole & drowning in blop...unidentifiable... will never go back. Worst Mexican Food experience.

My family and I tried Rubys for the first time on Sunday 3/3. It was busy and crowded so we didnt say to eat in. The establishment is small and quaint but also loud in such close quarters. HOWEVER the food and portions were good. I will have to remember to say no onions, lol. An order of enchiladas comes with 5 but no beans and rice. They also have great kids meal option. They had many aguas frescas and the mango was delicious. As well as Bottled and canned drinks for various sodas. Overall I liked it and will go back again.

This is a local hole-in-the-wall treasure. Beautifully displayed, absolutely delicious Mexican food. While comfortably clean with sweet people, its not the ambience, its the food!!! We had the green enchiladas (slightly hot, but not over- the- top) and the potato tacos (tasty and flavorful) Would I recommend??? YES

The food is great .. the workers really take care of your needs . They take the food to your table .. Yes they get busy and maybe Ill take a little longer for the food to arrive but it comes hot and delicious.. I have ordered almost everything in my time coming here and everything is great .. The price is reasonable.. I hate when people say its expensive when is not .(if its expensive then go to McDonalds). other places they give food cold and expensive.. but not here.. 5 on the strength of the doblados and tacos alone - theyre just delicious. Some of the best pastor Ive ever had, and of course the barbacoa in the doblados was great. Skip the cheese dip (its like gringo Rotel dip but somehow even worse), and the horchata de fresa which is probably from a mix.

Rubys in White Oak. This is AUTHENTIC Mexican food. Dont expect flour tortillas, butter and syrup (what East Texans call Sopapias) on every table or canned chili on your cheese enchiladas. Rubys is the real deal. We moved from Houston 4 years ago and finally found real Mexican food close to home. This is what our small town needs. Its a blessing to get the diversity of wonderful food from authentic cuisine. You wont find East Tex-Mex here. Take a chance and try the real thing. Rubys Mexican Restaurant deserves our support.

Doblados de bistec taco with rice and dipping sauce. The portions at that time was a lot, so I decided too try something by taking the extra meat and rice which has vegetables, dipping sauce and mixed all together and it warmed my body.
