SCAMMERS BEWARE !!!!!!! I was told over the phone a price to fix my phone screen for 160 $ . I drive all way from wise county to this place(over hrs drive) and when I got there was told they changed price to 260 !!!! And told me whoever told me that price is on vacation and cant get ahold of him !!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE !!!!

The charging port on my kids Nintendo Switch Lite wasnt working. I spoke to the shop owner on the phone, he gave me a fair quote to replace the charging port, so I brought the Switch in. He took a look at it and told me one of the prongs inside the charging port was bent. He was able to bend it back and fix it without replacing the charging port, and he told me I didnt owe him anything (I still paid him though). I will definitely be going back for any future electronics repairs I have.

I got my phone fixed by this repair shop and it was good until it wasn t. My charging port stopped working after getting screen fixed and had to drive about an hour and a half to get that fixed. I received a notification on my phone stating they didn t use genuine Apple parts in order to repair my screen and there would be more issues to come. I m having touch sensitivity problems , a pink line on my phone once there is a black screen. Also the screen is popping out and it cracked due to them not using the correct parts. A waste of $100 + for sure .

I d give them 10 stars if it was an option! I took my Dads old phone in for repair. They did diagnostics day of and talked me through the repair options. Sam was attentive, kind and transparent with options/pricing. We decided to repair the touch screen sensor on an old IPhone 6s and were able to recover all the phone data!

Back in October I was trying to switch carriers from Cricket to Mint. Something odd happened and Cricket couldnt completely unlock my phone. I went back and forth with multiple people from both companies and no one could figure out how to fix it. I decided to just replace my phone. I came here so frustrated already and this gentleman made my day better. When I told him I needed and phone and why the first thing he wanted to do was attempt to fix the current phone. Then he had an associate try as well. No one could but I appreciate the effort. So I purchased a refurbished phone and wallet case. He refused to charge me for the services on my older phone gave me and the lighting charger that he normally sold. Definitely the hero of my day! Now Im going to look into phones for my kids!

This is the best place to get your phone fixed! I called a few days ago to get a price estimate, went today to get an iPhone XR s front screen repaired and an iPhone XS s back screen repaired. Both got done in less than 2 hours and they look great. I highly recommend this place!

Have went to him multiple times for myself and daughter s phones and not only does he give me the cheapest rates, he gives the cheapest options so you don t pay for something you don t need. And usually only takes him 1-3 hours. Also exchanged a charger I bought for an auxiliary cord with no hassle. Would give 10 stars if I could highly recommend.

I dropped and broke my phone it was 7:30 pm I messaged several places trying to get a response to get my phone fixed. I submitted a request to Smart Fix they replied within2 minutes. They closed at 8 it s 7:40 pm by now. I took it on in to them to fix and he had me in and out with 20 minutes. The cost was what he quoted nothing extra and no surprises. Highly recommend this phone repair.

Call them on Wednesday to find out the price and told them that i am on my way for repair. But when reached the store at 6:00 pm they where closed their store timings where 10:00 am to 8:00 pm. They wasted my time will never come back. There is another place on wautagu on 377 which is 2 mile from there got the screen repair their at same price. My only suggestion to this place value customer time and give good service change store timings if they cant keep it open
