Unfortunately, I can t rate the food. We waited in line for 20 minutes. When it was our turn to order we were told they were pausing all orders to get caught up because they were behind. I understand it was a busy time. The line was out the door. However, we could have been informed before we waited in line. First time and last time to visit.

The staff were friendly but they dont wait your table. I ordered the morning after which I thought was a traditional pancakes, eggs, and sausage. It was not. The pancakes were cornbread pancakes, covered in pulled pork and queso. Yes, you read that correctly. Why would anyone think that sounds good? It was absolutely disgusting and I barely ate any of it. While that is just one meal, the sheer ludicrousness of anyone putting this item on a menu is enough to say the food is bad. Im all for creativity but not when its straight up vomit. Queso and pancakes????

Went on 07/06/2024 for an early dinner/late lunch. This is my 2nd time here and both times the workes stay on their phones and have very poor customer service. Young lady taking the order was mumbling and expressed poor body language. Food is good but your workers are pulling the establishment down. Highly encourage some type of customer service training and rules about phone use.

If I could gv a 0 star I would. The counter girl with short blue hair tips made us feel like we didnt belong there and at the end I did thank her for that. Having to explain to my 2 daughters that racism still exist is just sad. I hate to throw the race card but thats exactly what they did to us today for breakfast. I thought it was just all in my head but it wasnt. $75 I spent there and I wish I never had. We were on the road back home (4 hours away) and decided to stop there because they had good reviews but I guess being Hispanic wasnt their Forté. Absolutely disgusted by the way we were treated and I really hope this gets to the owners so they can see what kind of employees they hire. I Explained to my 10 year old n 9 year old that they should never treat anyone like the way they treated us no matter their SKIN COLOR... clearly the girls at the counter didnt want to serve us all while the other tables were served frequently. This place has become a little date tradition for my teenage son and myself. We love the quiet atmosphere that allows us to sit and talk to one another without having to yell over music, etc. We normally get the cheeseburger with bacon and its always super yummy. Love the downtown walk.

This place was great! Lots of awesome choices for breakfast/brunch/lunch and great prices! I had The Morning After with the savory cornbread pancakes, pulled pork, fried eggs, and home fries. It was absolutely delicious, and everything was cooked perfectly! Pretty good choice of drinks as well, including mimosas with orange, cranberry, or grapefruit juice, bloody marys, and some cans of beer and cider. They had Live Oak Hefewiezen, East Ciders Original and Pineapple, and a couple of others I dont recall. Really great place for food and drinks! Chill atmosphere with friendly, helpful staff. It was also very clean! Definitely will be returning here.

Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING is really good at 3rd on Main, but I ordered something today that I normally wouldnt have but Hey, its 3rd on Main... they always put a unique spin on things! And it was, without a doubt, better than I expected! In fact, Im hooked on the Big Ole TX Chilidog!!! Yep, a chilidog! Went to downtown Bryan for First Friday and wasnt impressed with the food truck scene... stopped in and decided to give them a try. Got an amber beer and the steak & cheesy grits. Ordered my steak medium, but it was closer to rare. The cheesy grits were and the steak was competent. My wife got the bacon jam burger, which was outstanding. Will likely return while in the Bryan area and try other menu items.

Look... Its a hipster place in a trendy location. Youre gonna get a great atmosphere and vibe...but the food is mediocre at best; and, the staff gives room temperature freshmen year of college service. You go to places like this for social media pictures, just to say you were there. The entire staff stayed in their phones the entire time (including the cooks)...not once was our table checked on. My whole plate was literally room temperature. My fries were soft and limpy. The brisket was decent, but I only got maybe 3 forks worth of it. (I had more melted cheese than meat). The cornbread appetizer is a very tiny muffin for about $3...but the cornbread was very dense, and tasted like I poured straight corn meal in my mouth. My friends plate was so bad she didnt even eat the other 3/4s of it. If youre going for good food, draft drinks...This aint it. Go try somewhere down the street.

The food here is AMAAAAZZZZZIIIINNNGGGG had the pulled pork queso sandwich, and it hit the spot for sure. The chicken tenders and fries my son had were delicious as well along with the ranch and honey mustard so good. Also had one of the regular root beer floats and topped off a great meal with a delicious timeless dessert. The staff at 3rd on main are super awesome polite, patient, and courteous for everyone that walks in. 10 out of 10 for the food and a 10 out of 10 for the staff as well keep up the great food and hard work Im definitely gonna be a return customer.

Food was pretty good, but the service was abominable. When my friend and I picked up our drinks, the server rudely told us to move from a booth (4 person seating) to a 2-person table. I understand where they were coming from, but they could ve been so much nicer about it. When they served us our food, they didn t even say anything either. They just put the food down and left. THIS PLACE UNDERSTANDS BREAKFAST!! Absolutely love breakfast! Love eggs! The veggie bowl has like 3 eggs! Fresh, delicious and flavorful! The salsa is amazing. I tasted a salsa earlier that was more watery than flavorful... this salsa brought the flavor! Strong flavor! Went perfectly in the tortilla with the refilled beans and veggie egg bowl... and the cheesy grits... AND, almost forgot bc i didnt take a photo... it looks like ordinary coffee, but the specialty coffee is surprisingly delicious with a nice hint of cinnamon in a smooth nutty blend. I dont normally drink coffee, but today was a treat! Will definitely be back! Also love that we pay up front so we can leave wherever and dont have to wait around for a check then taking the form of payment and coming back again. Yes, will definitely be back!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at 3rd On Main and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The highlight of my meal was undoubtedly the burger. The burger was cooked to perfection, with a juicy patty that was bursting with flavor. The bun was perfectly toasted. The chicken strips were also outstanding. The breading was crispy and well-seasoned, and the chicken was moist and tender. Overall, the quality of the food at 3rd On Main was impressive, and the burger and chicken strips were standouts. Great spot in downtown Bryan. I eat here about twice a month. One thing to improve or change: The online order does not work yet it is available. Twice in the past two weeks, I placed an online order for pickup, unfortunately, it looks like the staff doesnt get the order. Luckily, the employee working the register was able to refund my purchase. Ill still get food from 3rd on Main, but it might be a good idea to remove the online order option from the web. I recommend calling in the order if you want food to-go.

Not impressed. Food is okay. Employee attitudes and service were subpar. Most of employees on shift at this time came across as incredibly judge mental after saying yes to a request. If there was an issue with the request in any way and they said no that would ve been fine, but instead they said yes to the request, so the judgement and stares weren t necessary. I did not enjoy this dining experience and the food wasn t near good enough to make up for it.

Terrible experience. first don t know why they call it Bourbon chicken all it was grill chicken with cheese and avocado. Secondly the worst grits ever, I asked to add butter and they soaked it in what taste like butter you eat with crab legs, not even Edible and cold soggy fries. Have visited this place so many times and the chicken is always burnt. I really don t know why I came back. No exaggeration, every time I ve been here the chicken was over fried and burnt. Brown haired girl with the glasses is a great server, though and she deserves better than burnt chicken coming out of the kitchen.

The Food was terrible - waited more then 1/2 hour to eat a cold toasted sandwich with cold eggs and greasy bacon - supreme coffee was not supreme at all! If that s supreme regular coffee must be mud water - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

An American eatery thats pretty competent, and reasonably priced. No table service though often the ... bartender? Will come by and ask if youd like refills or something. Not really a bartender but they take your order and serve the drinks from behind a bar that no one sits at. The food varies in its quality, when its messed up its usually on the overcooked side except with eggs, where its the opposite. My fries and fried chicken often comes out this way, Id say one thing is generally over or undercooked every other time I eat here, but the variety and particularly the corn bread pancakes and cheesey grits have me coming back. Breakfast and brunch is better quality on average than dinner. It, like all downtown, gets very busy on game weekends, but their speed in getting the food out is usually quite fast even during peak times. Pet peeve, not alone to this restaurant, and many in downtown do this: You pay in advance, at the counter, and the final screen asks for a tip. So you are entirely tipping based on guilt, morales, and your ordering experience, which is a simple transaction like any youve had at best buy or whatever. It does not function as a service incentive. The counter staff in most downtown is typically women, usually pretty ones, and that doesnt seem to be a coincidence with the payment system. Im curious if the tips go to all staff working at the time or just the counter staff? There isnt table service, and the prices arent so low that they couldnt pay their employees fair wages. The prices are currently hiked 12% for covid supply issues, and Id not mind another 12% if it meant fair wages. If the wages are already fair, remove the tip screen. Overall, a recommended place downtown! Great to bring picky eaters who just want a burger while you might want something a little less vanilla, if cornbread or pulled pork are your game. Healthy options exist and arent bad at all!

Bacon avocado salad and cup of chili! Salad is huge and I added pineapple salsa. The option to add blackened or grilled chicken is available. The chili is the best Ive ever had. The jalapeño cornbread is just the right amount of moist to stay together and crumble perfectly with few crumbs trailing behind. Well be back to try more of the menu.

Great place for locals and out of town guests My local friend took me and another out of town guest to 3rd on Main for Sunday brunch. We had a nice experience. There were some fun finds on the menu. You must try the cornbread pancakes! support local small businesses

Chicken & waffles was not good. Employees care but the recipes are not up to par. Needed more syrup than provided for how dry the waffles were. Good atmosphere, I wish there were some other places available down town that did brunch in a nice atmosphere.

We came on a Sunday morning seeking brunch, and were not disappointed. We had the Bacon Jam Burger, the chili bowl and the cheese grits. All were fantastic! Great flavor and super filling. Even though there was a line out the door the staff got everyone through very quickly, and took great care of us. I highly recommend this cute little gem in DT Bryan.

Great place to eat if you go at the right time depending on your preference. We went at a time when it wasnt busy at all. Infact, we were the only one, haha and brother knew when to go but thats because he lives there!!! I hear it can get crazy busy once college students are on the loose!!! The food was great!!! My Mimosa even better!!! Would certainly eat there again!!! Atmosphere was relaxing!!!
