You know I visited this Wendys on a day that I was really hungry and had been wanting Wendys. When I got my food the burger was cold and fries were old and I just couldnt believe that people would work in the food industry and not give 2 cents about how they prepare food. I will not be going back. It really doesnt take alot to make the food hot, its not like they are making it from scratch. Very disappointed.

The food lacked seasoning. The biggest problem is customer service. I m not sure if that was the manager or just a worker. Whoever she is, she told me to press continue. I understand confirming the order when picking up DoorDash. I was picking up a mobile order. How can you press confirm on a mobile order? I show her proof. She wasn t gonna give me my order. I show the receipt. I grab the order. She just says bye rudely. Didn t even apologize. She thinks I m stupid. I will go to another location next time

I am giving this store a one star review for their service. My daughter ordered a meal through their app. I went to the store to pick up her food and they claimed they had not record of the order. Perhaps, this was an issue with the app. However, we clearly had an order number and the app showed that we ordered from their store. They should have tried to mitigate this situation because we infact already paid for the food and should not have to pay again. They refused to look at the app showing that we ordered from that store. I had to file a claim with her bank to get her money refunded.

9/2/23: Thought we would try this Wendys again. Bad choice. Must be idiot day again. The salad that was ordered is spelled C-A-E-S-A-R not C-O-B-B! Im allergic to tomatoes and any part of the lettuce touched by tomatoes has to be thrown out. What a waste and bad customer service. If you cant spell, youre doing the wrong job! 8/24/23: Usually has good food. But we wouldnt know today. Counter person didnt give us all we ordered. Hope that person or the next customer enjoyed the free food. Damn! Wished people cared about their job and DID IT! Like, CHECKING THE ORDER to make sure its complete. 5/4/23: Aggravated at Wendys and my friend who went to get the food. Order person had a HANDWRITTEN list of what were ordering. #1 double w/medium sweet tea, 3 baked potatoes butter only, AND a CHICKEN CAESAR SALAD. NO SALAD received and not charged (thank goodness) for it either. Must be an idiot day...Wendys and my friend. Ugggghhh! 10/2/21: THANK YOU for a FRESH Caesar salad. Lettuce/romaine was nice and green...no brown spots or slimy/transparent lettuce/ romaine. The entrance/exit can be difficult for trucks.

The only issue I had was... I repeatedly asked for no ice for the two Dr Peppers which came with the biggie bags. Also I asked twice for my bacon on the side with my pub fries (cheese was not melted neither) My assumptions was that different staff (especially late hours) long lines so room for era is a given however I disliked the fact that I have to wait a whole 20 minutes via drive thru to correct my order. Hence I also DD time to time so I feel like they should have a separate window for PU. Other than that they do what they do.

Only gave a 4 because I m tired of the worker catching a attitude because I asked for extra sauce. 1 sauce does not work for me. They act as if the cost for the sauce affects their check or they will get in trouble for giving extra. The charge for the sauce is not even my issue, it s the attitude that I m giving as if they don t use 4 sauces when they order their food. Please do better and just gimmie what I ask for. Thank you

We got our order exactly, the way we asked. Nothing was missing and everything was fresh. I love it when the bread is soft and fresh. The burger meat and toppings were also fresh! Delicious! I Love there breakfast sandwich the number one. The potatoes wedges and so good. The only thing they need to do is a little bit more honey butter. Because It was a little dry. But its still so good. I left Whataburger for Wendys. And there ice coffee is delicious as well. I always get the chocolate. Thanks guys !!
