Waited 10 minutes for server to take my order while they were helping people who came in after me. After she takes my order it takes another 10 minutes to get my beer while others are ordering and getting their drinks. Visiting from Dallas. Family suggested we come here. Cute place, but they were severely understocked. I asked for truly, they were out. I asked for western son strawberry or watermelon, they were out. I asked for Rumple and they were out. I asked for green tea shots and they were out of peach snapps. What kind of bar is out of that much liquor?! The bartenders did their best, they worked with what they had, but the drinks were so bad and inconsistent. Not hating on the bartenders, they were great, but the severe shortage on liquor is unacceptable. How can you expect to provide excellent service when your bartenders are short on supply.

My server was very nice. The drinks was very watered down. A shot of tequila and four drinks one strawberry margarita and 3 long islands and still not drunk?!?! Thats a problem! The food was horrible. The wings was burnt and no flavor. To the chef when making wings dont cook on high and change your greese. The flies had the nerve to join as well. Please do better with your menu and cocktails.

Despite the bustling atmosphere, the bar lady was an absolute superstar. She juggled the crowd with finesse, handling the flow of customers with grace and efficiency. Despite being incredibly busy, she took the time to apologize multiple times and express gratitude for our patience. Its a shame I didnt catch her name, but her dedication was unmistakable. It turns out shes not just any employee shes the Assistant General Manager! Even with that title, she rolled up her sleeves and dove into the fray, covering for a colleague who couldnt make it in. Her professionalism and adept handling of the situation were truly commendable, making our experience even more memorable.

I was in town visiting my husband and we picked this place to watch the UFC fight. Our server was so sweet, super attentive, and made sure our drinks were always full. We had a pizza, drinks, and a couple of shots. The managers were also very sweet, checking on us and making sure we were okay. My mood was ruined when another waitress came to us asking if we even knew who our waitress was because she didn t think we were being taken care of. Her demeanor was so negative, and I could tell she didn t like our waitress. Very catty, and this is NOT good for the image of the restaurant. Will definitely be coming back but I ll make sure to avoid the mean waitress. We came back the next day and played darts and pool and it was very calm and casual. Perfect for a Sunday. Our waitress that day was also super sweet.

I had a pizza n nachos The pizza was a brick oven style pizza that was really good. It was cooked to perfection but a little short on toppings even after I paid for double topping. Across the board failure. Every single bar game was broken. The tables were all sticky. Keep in mind, it was only 5:15pm. Pregnant server, inattentive and slow. I ordered a White Russian. She tells me they are out of Baileys (it doesn t even have Baileys, but whatever). I ordered a Manhattan. They don t know what that is, and can t make it. It s ordered a crown and coke. It shows up, flat soda, and it was Diet Coke. Out of regular. All of the food took forever, was cold, and without flavor. This place needs to go out of business, so someone else can make a go of it. Great location, could be great. This place is a massive failure.

Why would you have a staff meeting at 8:30 on a Thursday night. Bartender was nice. Never even talked to a waitress. Funny thing is this is the 3rd time I ve had this same experience. On average I d say a fifteen minute wait for a drink at the bar. 20-30 minutes at the tables. If you can get a waitress off their perch by the restrooms. I d say 90% management fault.

We decided to sit at the bar because the first service took so long and it didnt change the rest of the night, unfortunately. The little black girl behind the bar really didnt care if we had drinks or not and really made that known by avoiding us the entire night until I had to physically wave her down. Even after waving her down she still would only talk to the other guys at the bar and pass by us like we were some kind of disgusting. When we would order a drink she made us feel like we were bothering her. She would rather talk to the people that came into the bar on their time off and make them comfortable than take care of anyone at the bar...I would not recommend this place to anyone...ever.

Fun place to hang out and have a few beers. Entertaining atmosphere and drama free. If you get lucky you may get to see the cops toss around some drunk people. 5 stars. Would go again.

Slow night and service was average at best. Meatball sandwich was good but small for the price it costs. Staff is not overly friendly. Tried it, but not again.

Its was a really nice scenery,however carding everyone to include grandpa is over board,drained all the energy ! It seems like a good spot to hang out but it reaches more of a younger uo scale customer!

Good choice of beer or alcohol. The pizza was awesome!!! Great atmosphere.. The service was horrible. We had to go find our waitress twice. We thought maybe she was having a bad night. Went back on Friday night after dinner elsewhere, new waitress, again terrible service. If you can live with the poor service, you can still have fun.
